Tim the General Manager is amazing. Its very obvious he loves what he do and loves helping people too.. Even when my own insurance company was acting strange lol. Overall the service was great and fast. The entire team is nice and I highly, Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.
TCC is highly professional, dedicated and customer service driven. My car was in a collision and they brought I back to new. Paint job was perfect and fit was brilliant. They went over and beyond too. While my car waited for one of the parts from the manufacturer, upon my request, they covered my car and started my engine weekly to keep the fluids moving. I really appreciated that and them. While I hope to never have to use them again, I would if I was ever in another collision. Thank you!
Absolute top quality work. Ive seen other reviews complaining about the time required, but quality work takes time. These guys are METICULOUS about their work. If youre meticulous about the care and repair of your Audi, Porsche, Mercedes -- look no further than Tysons Collision. Theyre the best in NoVa.
I called Tysons Corner Collision to have my car repaired. I’m a returning customer and they’ve done a fairly decent job in the past. I made an appointment, and then received a call back from the shop so that they could cancel my appointment. I was told that they would not help me because my car is “too old” for their fancy shop. I have a 2010 Audi S4 that I keep in immaculate shape, however they made me feel like I would be disgracing their shop with my old jalopy and that their time was far too valuable to work on my car.I spoke with the manager and stressed to him the value of a returning customer and showing loyalty to your customer base, but was dismissed out of hand. This was a shocking and hurtful and I can’t in good conscience recommend a shop that would discriminate against someone just because of the model year of their car. I have customers, and I show them respect and loyalty. Tysons Corner Collision is obviously too good for those base tenets of business. They wasted my time and they’ll waste yours too…unless they think you’re good enough to help.
Someone hit my car and brought it to Tysons collision. Overall the quality of work was excellent. I had a few questions after the repairs were done and they fit me in right away to take a look. They were helpful and got to everything quickly. I would take my car there again if needed.
I would not use this center again. They kept my vehicle for over a month. Lacked follow-up. Wasnt transparent about what to expect in the process. The work was done well on my vehicle, but not worth the inconvenience. Also didnt really clean it well for pick up.
The collision center provided excellent service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs.
Most professional auto body shop I have ever used. Tim Pfeifle, Kevin Malcolm and Edwin are all expert craftsmen and stars. High Integrity Shop.
Overall, I had a great experience here when I had my Mercedes in for paint and body work. The process did take longer than expected as most of it was due to my insurance company. Zsolt Posgai did a great job at communicating with me through out the whole process. The front desk was always very kind and professional too! The work is excellent and I will definitely be coming back in the future!
I had the best experience at this center!! At both the collision center and the service center, I am always beyond impressed with their customer service and dedication to helping the customer. Every single visit here is pleasant! I highly recommend this center to anyone.
The service here is the worst Ive ever seen. Originally came here because the Audi dealership said they were their certified shop for them, but if you have the option, DO NOT come here. Once you drop of your car you will never hear from them again. You have to constantly keep calling them for updates and they keep coming up with excuses. They kept my car for over a month for a simple repair. I also had to correct them several times because they had all of my contact information wrong (phone and email). On top of that they lie to you. They said theyll contact you before any work is started? They dont. They will let you know when the car should be done and when its done? They dont. They bluntly lied to my face and said the car was not ready and then listed it in their system that it was. This led to a lot of problems with the insurance and the rental car company. They just make excuses and wash their hands. Oh and the fron desk lady is SUPER RUDE!
The customer service was good and Luis was nice . My vehicle concerns were met and went beyond my expectations.
I had minor body damage which was repaired quickly and efficiently despite the shop being very busy with cars with much more significant damage
They drag their feet when it comes to fixing your car and everything is the insurances fault. I have dropped off my car for more than a month and the insurance approved everything 3 weeks ago and they still say that the estimate for the repair is 8/27. when talked to the receptionist she stated it is normal to have cars at their body shop for 3-4 months! it seems like they are trying to make money for their losses during pandemic by scamming everyone. I am expecting a brand new car if it is going to be sitting in the shop for 2.5 months.
We were happy with the service provided and would use again. Daniel was very responsive and made sure the service was excellent.
I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I dropped my car off to get repairs done on March 15, 2021 and finally got it back on May 13, 2021. In the two months that my car was there the shop NEVER ONCE initiated contact to reach out to me with an update. After a month of not receiving an update I started calling and the writer just happened to never be in the office and I was constantly told he would call me back. He never ever called me back. And when I did finally get in touch with him he would give me a day and time he would call me back with an update and after a while I new that was a joke and I’d have to track him down again. I spoke to the manager about the terrible customer service and he could care less, he gave some insincere apology and rushed me off the phone. When I got my car back my drivers side door would not lock so I called the shop to get assistance with this... needless to say I was told the writer would be in soon and he would give me a call. NO CALL. I’m not sure if they get so much business that they don’t feel the need to treat every customer with respect but I would rather walk for the rest of my life then ever use this shop again.
Excellent service. Also did body repair, also excellentwould use them in the future
Outstanding service by a very professional team. Tamara and Ralph are both great at what they do. If you bring your vehicle here you are sure to get excellent service.
Absolutely outstanding. Got an adjuster to come out and see the vehicle on their premises during a pandemic. Constantly in contact. Fair prices. Beat the estimated finish date by a few days. Very nice at the location and gave me a tour. Really appreciated all of the service and would highly recommend. Grateful for them getting so much work done in like 3 total weeks. Tons of cool cars on the lot as well.
Ive taken my cars to Tysons Corner Collision Center for years for any body work I need. They always do consistently great work. They tend to be a bit on the expensive side but my insurance has always covered it. My one complaint is the last time I took my car in for a fairly minor bumper issue the car was there for almost a month. The cause of the delay may have been more on Audi as TCCC was apparently waiting for a part but it was very frustrating to wait that long for something I was told would take a few days to a week. Im hoping this was just a one-time blip and will still plan on using them again.
My consultant was knowledgeable and professional. He worked diligently with my insurance for repairs and also thoroughly explained the processes as well as the quotes. It took awhile to get the repairs started waiting on the parts and insurance approval but once underway, completion was smooth and finished with a few days to spare than initially anticipated.
Nice and Clean and Professional When you walk into the door...Excellent customer serviceWe are please...
I dont write very many reviews, My first impression. The front office was very clean and so was the paint shop, I was very impressed . I was greeted by a very nice young lady at the front desk, She quickly addressed my needs and had body and paint professional come meet me by the name of Chris. I brought the hood of my rare 1992 Porsche 964 Turbo to the shop to repair stone chips. Chris quickly assessed what need to be done and gave me a fair quote and time line for completion, I dropped the hood off on Monday, I was able to pick it up the following week on Tuesday. Chris was very helpful and updated me on the progress through out the week via text with pictures. The quality of the work is great, Black can tricky to get right and they nailed it. Now I need to let it cure for 30 days before driving my car and let be a garage queen for now, I very happy customer, I recommend you ask for Chris when you stop by Tysons Corner Collision Center .Helio
They took 1 month to replace a few plastic parts. They didnt do a good job on the wheel. Now my car smells bad inside.
I had repairs done on my Mercedes and Porsche and their work is flawless! Friendly and professional customer service is world class. Special thanks to Tamara, Chris and Sameera.
The team at TCCC did a great job repairing my Audi S4. The work was done beautifully and on the schedule they promised. I can’t say enough about Tamara and how professionally she handled everything, guiding me through the process from my first visit to the delivery of my car. Tamara was highly recommended by my Audi Service Manager and that recommendation was so well deserved. Awesome job!
It took over $5000 and 8 weeks for them to repair a minor scratch on the side of my car. The initial estimate by my insurance company was under $2000 and there were no additional hidden damages because it was an extremely low impact collision. Find another place if you can.
Although one hopes not to have to make a visit to a collision center, there is no better place to go to get work done than the Tysons Corner Collision Center. With a staff of well trained professionals, great customer service experience, one is treated very well. And the best amongst all of them is Ms Tamara Shaker, courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional . Dealing with her is a pleasure.
My Audi Q7 was repaired here in late March and picked up in April. The communication I received from collision consultant Tamara Shaker on the progress of the repair was extremely comprehensive and great. When I went to pickup the vehicle there was a $100 discrepancy that State Farm refused to cover. I had a conversation with Collision Manager Cris Taffo and he stepped up and agreed to take cover it. This truly demonstrates great professionalism and a focus on customer service and customer satisfaction that is emblematic of a first class organization. Keep up the good work.
I brought my car in for work and they had assigned me with Shaun R. . Shaun did a amazing job with keeping me updated on my vehicle. If you decide to go to this collision center I would Highly recommend you to work with him. I don’t really trust many body shops with my car because of the matte finish but this is one place that made everything perfect. They work with a lot of exotic cars and they go above and beyond. Is it cheap ? No but if you have spent a lot of money on a high end car I wouldn’t care to spend whatever to get the job done right.
I love this place. They fixed my new Audi after grazing a deer. It was a brand new Audi again. This time (I live in WV) and I ended up running over street cones. NO notice coming out of a tunnel. So Im back. They are very through and are doing a good job working with my insurance. I will ALWAYS bring it back here. However this better be my last time. LOL
An amazing staff and quality service
Very easy process from scheduling through delivery. I was kept updated as the repair process was completed (working via an insurance claim) and the quality of the work met my expectations. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic and I felt that every precaution was taken to ensure safe practices.
TCCC and Tamara took care of all of my needs.I am grateful to have her work with insurance claims adjuster that was assigned to me. He was not the best, but Tamara made a stressful situation better. She was pleasant, knew what she was doing and was driven from the beginning of the process to completion. Tamara kept me informed in the entire process. I appreciate the the work she put into getting my car repaired and returned to me. Thanks Tamara! You are awesome!
Repairs turned out great. Staff was super helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
My 2017 Audi Q7 was repaired here after being rear-ended. I can’t say enough positive things about the quality of the customer service received from Nabia Pirzada. Nabia was always in communication with us about the progress from the day our car arrived until we picked it up. I have had experience with repair shops over the years & have never been fully satisfied with the work. Their work is PERFECT! The car not only looks new again but it is mechanically perfect! As a side note, Nabia also went above and beyond helping to fight with the insurance company, who of course did not want to pay the labor rates. In the end the teamwork with her paid off and the insurance company paid in full as they should have from the beginning. She was apologetic for the extra time it took to hassle with the insurance company (even though she bore no responsibility in this delay) however, this was not even a slight inconvenience as the most important part for us was to have our car repaired the correct way. If you want your vehicle repair to run smoothly without issue and have the peace of mind knowing everything was done and done right THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!!!
This guy looked me in the eye and said it would cost between 10 and 15 thousand dollars to strip and repaint my car.
The service at this center was exemplary and super. I always worried about collision services but this one was terrific. On top of this my service supervisor (Tamara) was an amazing individual and incredibly helpful and efficient. She was friendly but most of all transparent and responsive. Took care of the work thoroughly and when I needed follow up she was on top of it. I would recommend this center highly.
I had the pleasure of working with Tamara Shaker. I thought my damage was more than what actually was. She greeted me and took car of my issue right away. Greatly appreciated.
Besides doing a beautiful job of repairing my car, I was most impressed by their outstanding effort to make certain I was not responsible for any of the charges. The estimate from the adjuster was below the cost of the repairs and the Collision Center had them re-inspect the damage and pay the total cost of the repairs. Amazing!!!
My recent experience with Tysons Corner Collision Center left me with two distinct impressions: professionalism and integrity. Heres why.1.) The estimate (while realistic) was less than the actual cost of the vehicle repairs. As such, it exceeded expectations.2.) The estimated repair time was an exact match to the actual.3.) The Collision Consultant (Erick) was courteous and followed-up every statement/promise that was made.4.) Communication between me and the collision center was excellent. I was informed at every step: initiation of work, stages of completion, and delivery.5.) My vehicle is a 2018 model and has an advanced array of sensors. All were set to exact factory spec.6.) The vehicle was returned thoroughly clean: inside and out.In summation, coordination, communication, and competence were first rate. No one enjoys getting his/her automobile repaired. Tysons Corner Collision Center, however, made the experience, surprisingly, affordable and enjoyable because the Center did its job 100%.
I’m downgrading my review. Avoid this place and don’t let them fool you with high end cars in their ads. I took my Mercedes Sl 550 here for body work. It took them over 3 months to fix a minor front end damage. They started including all sorts of items in their estimate which had nothing to do with the estimate. To make a long story short after waiting 3 months for the repair, I ended up having the car over heating and the passenger window no longer had a tight seal so if it’s raining I’m having leaks. The service department at Mercedes told me that I apparently had auto body work and the front parts of the repair blocked the thermostat so the car heated up and the coolant pipe busted. On top of that I will need repairs done for the passenger window since it no longer closes fully sealed. This is no joke please please avoid. The repair for the thermostat cost me $1488 but. It worth my time to take them to court. All I can say avoid please. The folks that are giving positive reviews are folks that got other items fixed outside of the actual incident. Which is what I did with my initial review. Actually my first review was negative but after they said they will include other items to the insurance claim I gave the a positive review. Now I’m downgrading their review and I deserve what I get for dealing with this business. Please stay away.
The worst thing that have ever happen ... I took my Audi here for repairs. The accident required the rear bumper and the left taillight to be completely changed. Its been 8 weeks and they are still trying to fix it. The cost of the accident was around 8K but they raised the cost to 15K after they decided to take apart the back of the car, and adding extra repairs so they can get extra money from the insurance. Naturally, insurance doesnt want to cover the extras. Ive been without a car for 8 weeks now and dont even know when its going to be fixed. By the way shame on Audi as well. The insurance said they would allow to me take it somewhere else, but this disaster place wont release my car. Absolute nightmare!Stay away from this money grabbing, dishonest business!
Ive had my 2014 Audi repaired here twice and the work has always been top notch. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because they are slow. Its taken 3-4 weeks for the repairs both times. Otherwise they are very good, service has been good, they kept me updated on my cars status and worked with my insurance to resolve all the issues.
Mr. Cosme, Erick is a TRUE professional. I went out of his way to make sure, I was completely satisfied with the service they provided. He also had my auto wash and cleaned. It was crisp and gleaming.
Tamara was very professional and knowledgeable! So was Casey over the phone! And the rest of the team who actually worked on the car to bring it back to its original, new condition! Thank you!
Tyson’s collision center has positive and negative attributes. I recently took my vehicle to them for what I assumed to be a relatively minor repair after a fender bender. The process took a good amount of time, granted with delays from my insurance as well. While it took longer than I would have wanted - they completely rebuilt portions of my vehicle that I would never have considered to be impacted by the crash. When I questioned why, the team was more than happy to walk me through why the fixes they were making was relevant to the overall life of the vehicle. Although I did not feel the economic impacts of the repairs since my insurance covered it, I can vouch for the quality of work. They were nice enough to buff out scratches and minor issues that would not have been caught in a normal repair. Without a doubt the vehicle has been perfectly repaired, and in fact looks and feels better than ever.I can safely say that if you are possession of a luxury vehicle or a vehicle you love they are the right professionals to go to. I would factor in a good amount of time for repairs however.
These guys were thorough with their work. They kept in touch with us every so often to keep us posted on the repairs. They are polite, responsive and friendly. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.
Took my car in for repairs after being recommended from a coworker. Id not worked with Tysons Corner Collision prior to this, but after working with Shaun Robinson at this shop, Im thoroughly convinced that they know their way around a fender bender - and in this area, you definitely need a go-to shop. Highly recommended. While I hope I dont get into another accident, Id happily recommend this place to friends / family.
Im updating my review because I had another excellent experience at TCCC. Im a car enthusiast, so perfection in matters like matching paint are very important to me. I had a tight window for the repair and my contact there, Tamara S. was able to accommodate my request. I felt the cost of the repair was fair, the work was completed perfectly and it was done on time. Tamara S. was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also, she kept us informed of the progress throughout and returned phone calls quickly. The first repair was similarly completed perfectly with good communication throughout and it earned another 5-Star rating! My experience with TCCC was exceptional. The car was repaired flawlessly and it was a very complicated repair. It looks great. I worked with a collision specialist, Erick C., who not only provided frequent updates and answered questions quickly, but also was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Erick gave me the confidence that the repair would be effectively managed. The claim was paid by insurance and Erick worked effectively and with my interests in mind to assure that the appraisal was comprehensive with respect to OEM parts and repairs, and he then worked with the insurance company to obtain timely payment. I asked if the special metallic silver on the car could be well matched. Erick said yes and the proof was the finished product which was a perfect match. When I picked up the car, I asked to meet the technician who specializes in Porsche vehicles like mine as well as McLarens, Ferraris and other premium brands. He is a master of his craft. Before dropping off my car, I was given a tour of the repair area. It is as close to an operating room as an auto repair facility can get. Orderliness means jobs done right and on time. I highly recommend TCCC and would not hesitate to bring a vehicle there again for repair if ever needed.
Just wanted to thank you again for the great experience I had at Tysons Corner Collision Center. Thats not always the case with vehicle issues. And, being new to town, it was refreshing to have a positive experience with a completely new to me company - knowing that I can trust you and your team, I will definitely be back if needed when my car experiences other known and unknown collision incidents.
Fantastic job on my Mercedes. Cant even tell that I had a dent on my car. And they worked with my insurance company to make sure I was covered.
On Thanksgiving Eve, I have to say I am extremely grateful for Tysons Corner Collision Center-- especially Shaun and Chris. This review started out as a maybe 3-star because my Mercedes took much longer than expected for a rear end repair that was expected to be semi-quick. There was a bit of a struggle with communication between my insurance, Tysons Corner Collision Center and myself. I ended up being without my car for about two weeks and had to partially pay out of pocket for my rental. The time estimate on my car was continually unknown. Obviously upset by all of this, I put pressure on both my insurance and Tysons Corner Collision Center; Shaun was my Collision Consultant and Chris is his manager. I spoke with both Chris and Shaun yesterday and let them know as politely as I could that I was angered by the situation and flat out could not afford to be without my car any longer and that I needed answers and my car to be ready today due to the holiday tomorrow. Yesterday evening Chris let me know that he would get with Shaun and figure out a resolution and call me back before the end of the evening, which to my surprise he did about an hour later.I was able to pick my vehicle up this evening as well as leave the rental at Tysons Corner Collision Center. The wait was worth it-- my car looks just like it did before the accident-- pristine. Shaun and Chris were extremely helpful and accommodating and Shaun walked me through start to finish what was done to my vehicle and gave me some advice on questions I had about the car. Shaun truly went above and beyond this evening to have my vehicle ready and I am truly grateful because he could have just as easily told me tough you-know-what, itll be done when its done. Although it was windy, wet and freezing outside, Shaun took the time to go around the vehicle with me and even had it washed before I took it home.I understand that someone could read this review and take the negative from it, but thats not the point here. I want to be honest about my expletive and the beautiful work performed on my vehicle was worth the wait because it was done right by technicians who truly know Mercedes like the back of their hand. This is the only certified Mercedes Collision Center remotely near me and it shows. The parking lot is lined with beautiful cars and every customer that I saw leave this evening was very happy with the work performed. If you keep communication open with this collision center, youll be happy that did your repairs. While I hope that we dont need any more collision related repairs, we will be repeat customers for collision or body work needed in the future. As both a BMW and Mercedes owner, I wouldnt think twice about having body work done anywhere else. Their pricing was very reasonable and their knowledge and attention to detail was invaluable.
My benz has been in the shop for over a month, when the repairs were only estimated to take a couple of days. Such an inconvenience, I should’ve repaired my vehicle somewhere else. When I finally get my car back, we’ll see if it was worth the wait.
This is the third time I took my car to Tysons Corner Collision center and have been a great experience all of them. The first time was for an engine replace, second one for a rear ended and the third one to replace a door and other cosmetic changes. Expect to receive the same quality of service that the one you receive when you bought your car. Communication was great and Tamara was able to explain to me the entire process. If need auto body work again I definitely recommend them.
Best experience from any service provider - ever. Extremely high service.
Our point of contact was very professional, knowledgeable and provided better service than all other insurance and companies involved. We were provided great service by Tamara who ensured that all of our needs were met in the most efficient and timely manner.
Mrs Tamara Shaker has done great job. She is one of the best employe in Tyson’s Collision center .She has been caring and helpful professional employe.
I brought my 911 in to have a scratch on my mirror fixed. I had nicked it on the garage door. They said that the entire mirror needed to be replaced. I would have thought that they could just fill the scratch and repaint but I guess not. Then while they were replacing the mirror they broke another part which apparently the mirror mounts to and claimed the damage was done by me creating the scratch. I find that super hard to believe. I was paying this out of pocket and that hit me for another $300. I think this is how they do business to get more out of insurance claims. Which is of no real issue to most customers working through insurance even though its technically insurance fraud. So I give them 3 out of 5 stars because they do good work but perform unethical business. Its so hard to find a trustworthy body shop around here.
I am yet to meet the Porsche technician so I am not being judgemental and giving it 3 stars. The technician I heard is nice would be happy to give him 5 stars. The reason for 3 stars is for the treatment at reception. That young lady was not even talking to me for 10 minutes I patiently waited for them. And then they made me wait another 20 minutes just to tell it will take few more minutes for the appointment. That few minutes when I questioned turned out to be 40 minutes. Crazy! Whatever it may be, the front desk team is terrible! Just terrible. Improve customer service guys. Talk if someone is waiting on you. Stop being RACISTS!
Honest, straight forward. Made recommendation that was best for me and not the most expensive. I respect a business like that and would give them more business or refer to them as a result.
Tysons Collision Center is the place to take your car if you want it repaired correctly. They use nothing but original OEM parts. They would never use after market parts. In fact according to Shawn, one of the collision consultants, theyre not allowed to use after market parts. That is exactly what I wanted to hear. I have a 2018 A4 Audi that only has 16,000 miles. Someone hit my car In a parking lot and took off. Tysons Collision Center had to replace the RF fender, bumper and headlight. You would never know anything was repaired. They did an outstanding job. They have their own high standards they have to meet none the less the customers. So, if You want you car fixed back to factory new, I would highly recommed Tysons Collision Center. They specialize in Audi, Mercedes, Porsche. Just to name a few.
The front-end to my Audi got hit on the highway by flying loose bumper parts from another vehicle. No mechanical damage, just body-work to the bumper and grill. I decided to take it to Tysons Corner Collision. They provided a reasonable estimate (I had checked on the price of parts ahead of time), and I didnt drop off my car until the replacements parts had already arrived. No problems with the work performed, and the final cost was actually $150 below the initial estimate.
Before returning our MB to pick a new one, we went by the Collision Center to have them look at some minor body damage at our car. Luck had it, that we were greeted by Tamara Shake, She listen to our concern and then looked at our car, taking a cloth and cleaner with her. She personally eliminated some of the light scratches with made a difference to the appearance of our car. Thank you Tamara.
My car was returned to me better than before the accident!
Tysons Corner Collision Center was recommended to me by the Audi dealership that maintains my Audi S4 I was rear ended and wanted the vehicle restored to factory specifications.Nabia Pirzada was the Customer Service Representative assigned to manage the repair process for my 2015 Audi S4. She did an amazing job by keeping me updated throughout the entire experience. The folks at Tysons Corner Collision Center made an otherwise stressful situation tolerable. They were consummate professionals throughout the entire duration of the repair cycle of my vehicle. My vehicle looks great and the repairs are flawless. I highly recommend Tysons Corner Collision Center.
Ive dealt with this place in past for my Audi 3 & A6 repairs and overall service was okay. However, the last visit was terrible experience. I was told repair should be done within 1-2 weeks but it took them about 2 months to finish. I had to constantly follow-up for status. First, they responded late, and second, they kept giving me false date. I cant recommend this place to anyone.Additionally, after writing the this review.Tysons Corner Collision Center replied with nice note requesting contact, perhaps just to give impression they care. Just the way it started, its also ending. They never got back!
Nabia was amazing to work with and a great advocate for us as the client when requesting information and supplemental work from the insurance company. She was super friendly and professional, and great at updating us on all aspects of our car repair. We are thankful that she was our customer service rep!
Service is really good from Nabia...She is patient and explains everything in detail. It is better to go to these certified centers for big cars if you are ready to pay the out of pocket expenses apart from deductible .That is only thing I didn’t like. But at the end they helped me in lowering the out of pocket expenses by talking to insurance company.
I had a carbon fiber chin splitter which I cracked and broke while driving in Washington DC. TCCC and especially Shaun Robinson were recommended to me by several of my friends, so I decided to bring the car and the part by. To start, I was extremely impressed by the high level of attention to customer detail. I have had to work through several body shops over the years and one common issue is their lack of communication. That absolutely was not the case with Shaun Robinson. Shaun kept me abreast of the entire process. His technician Brian was also outstanding and is certified to work on Carbon Fiber Repairs. They did NOT use an epoxy of some sort but rather sanded the piece and used REAL CARBON FIBER pieces to repair the part. From start to finish I was proactively contacted making me feel as though regardless of how small the job, it is just as important as the major repairs they do there. When I saw the part, it looked SPECTACULAR and 99.999% of folks could not tell it was a repaired part compared to how I dropped it off. Thank you to Shaun Robinson and Brian for an outstanding job and great overall experience!!!
Im going to piggy back off a lot of the other reviews here.. Excellent work but slow progress. I dropped my car off December 20th and got my car back January 29th. So 6 weeks to get my car back. Since it was around the holidays and my insurance company dragged their feet in December a little, its a better time frame than most have experienced. I had a front bumper, headlight, lower grill and fender/door paint blend performed. Parts took a week to arrive. They are meticulous when it comes to work. The work looks spot on and they provide a lifetime warranty. Keep the time frame in mind when you look for a shop since you probably have a rental reimbursement credit that will run out, it did in my case. Luckily I had another car I could use. Communication could have been better. I always had to chase updates. The thing that upset me the most since I was already expecting a delay in work was that I asked to keep certain parts that were being replaced (headlight with 1 tab broken & s-line badges) and brought it up several times. Conveniently the tech didnt get the message(s) and I didnt get my parts. Hope this helps.
Fabulous experience and terrific outcome. Shaun Robinson guided me through the process, was my advocate with the insurance company and adjusters and kept in touch with me to update me on the progress of the repairs. Five stars.
Nabia was very good at keeping me informed throughout the repairs. She was also very kind and caring. The repairs were top notch and my Audis bumper looks 💯
Learned about this place through a friend and Im wont be going anywhere else. These staff here are pleasant to work with and get work done in a very professional and timely manner. Thank you!!
Shaun at Tysons Corner Collision Center is the absolute best. I brought my Audi in to be fixed after someone hit it on the rear and they did an amazing job. My cars bumper and trunk look brand new. Im extremely glad that i called Audi and asked them where to take the car for repairs and they said Tysons Corner Collision Center is the only place they trust, and they are right to do so. The insurance company was trying to convince me to move my car to some other shop so they can use refurbished parts to fix my car since Tysons Corner Collision Center does not allow to use old parts. Thankfully, I did not let the insurance do that and my car was fixed with Audi original parts and I know it was fixed correctly. The shop may take more time than a usual repair, but thats because they do everything right. They way it is supposed to be done. I know im safe again in my car because Tysons Corner Collision Center makes sure to do a good job.
Much to my dismay, this establishment exhibits utter incompetence and deception when fixing automobiles. It puts the Audi name to shame. I had a small accident which they said would be a quick fix up, but later lied to us once we got insurance involved and made us pay $18,000 for a small dent in the front. When I tried to get the car fixed up somewhere else when I realized they were ripping us off, they refused to let us. In addition, the shop said initially it would only take a week to fix, but later said it would take longer, making me wait nearly a month for my small accident that costed $18,000. Unbelievable. Moreover, they demonstrated nothing but utter disrespect to their customers. Never consider coming here.
Thanks to Erick Cosme who made an unpleasant experience tolerable. Erick kept me updated throughout the process of fixing the scratch on my Porsche and the quality of the work done is excellent. Thanks again.
Unfortunately, my car has ended up here more so than I had wished. Regardless, Ive always had great experience with Tysons Corner Collision Center. They always call in to give an update and are always prompt in returning your phone calls. They work with your insurance so you dont have to deal with them after youve turned in your car and called your insurance. The work they do on your car is professional. Once youre done, your car looks brand new, almost like nothing had happened. They are open early and till late in the evening which makes it easy to drop and pick off your car around typical work schedules. Theyre located near Enterprise rental, which makes it easy to pick a rental if needed. They do take a long time to do the work but they call you frequently to give you an update and if you would like, you can also call in to see why its taking so long. Usually, they give a fair estimate on when your car will be ready.
Overall great experience, not only with the repair of the vehicle, but especially with Nabia Pirzada, my service representative, who handled the insurance matters flawlessly and professionally. Not too many times you get to visit the body shop but with her help, ended up being a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment for top notch repair and customer service.
I had a small hit and run repair done by Tysons collision as they are a certified shop for Bentley. From the start they made me aware of the process and the time involved in repairing these types of cars. Shaun took me for a tour of the repair facility, what can I say, this place is the cleanest shop I have ever seen and its what I would expect from a high end repair shop.Even though the repair took longer than I thought it should both Shaun and Nabia kept me up to date every week. After receiving my car back I cannot find one flaw with anything. The bumper and pint match 100%.If you own a higher end car this is the only place to take it in NOVA!
I had a really good experience at Tysons Corner Collision Center. I was rear ended and took my new Audi to the shop. They communicated with me well, keeping me informed of the progress with my vehicle. Some of the required parts were backordered, which slowed down my repair. This was out of their control. When the required parts arrived, my vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner. Most importantly, when I received my vehicle back after repairs, it look just like new! I live in NOVA, there is a high accident probability. If I need body work again, I am definitely going to Tysons Corner Collision Center.
Top notch work, clearly professional body work and paint. I do however think the cost and delivery time was excessive. and the staff response and general attitude, below top mgt, needs some sensitivity training.
Nabia was very helpful and professional throughout the process. She answered all my questions and kept me informed of the status of the repair.
Nabia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was great about providing information and following up in a timely manner.
Good experience overall, they do good work. Had great communication from Nabia Pirzada, my service adviser. Not the fastest body shop but Id rather have my car repaired correctly.
Another perfect Job. Excellent customer service and impeccable attention to detail.
This is the only shop in the mid-Atlantic that holds a license to work on AND order genuine OEM parts for my particular vehicle. If you go anywhere else, you risk your car getting a cheap, quick fix that doesnt last. At the end of the day, if the end result is anything less than perfect, they will work with you to make sure you leave knowing you took your car to the best shop available to you, and this comes from someone who has a high disdain for body shops and is very particular about his car. If I didnt have a need for money, Id like to help them create new efficiencies and improve vehicle care best practices, not that their work isnt already excellent. Sometimes you may have to be proactive and call them to get frequent updates, but considering the volume of rare and exotic cars they have to find parts for, it is not surprising that you have to exercise a little bit of patience (my repair took 4 months). I still found a couple minor defects; so QC could have been a touch better, but they had no problem correcting them. Overall, I have to thank them for making my car as perfect as it could reasonably be. I will definitely have to bring my car back to them if I want more body work done in the future.
Great service and staff
Military members stay away. A “supervisor” told me it would take 2 hours to charge my battery so that I could factory reset the system in my Mercedes. He told me he would do it later today and charge the insurance company on the bill. This place is shady. Either the man thinks I’m dumb concerning car batteries, or they just up charge everything because they have the ability to do so. I’m upset for considering them as a shop to tow my 3 year old Mercedes after an accident. But at least I’ve learned my lesson and can pass my experience on to others. Received a response from the company (see photo) requesting me to remove my comments from here. Im not sure why his response states he couldnt assist me, as I was there when the business opened at 0700. Also, three people showed up when I said I would jump my vehicle myself so I could factory restore my vehicle. Not sure why the statement was made that nobody was available to assist me. Also, for some reason, they didnt want me to hold my key to my vehicle the entire time I was there. The vehicle is still mine. I personally think he finally provided me with assistance because I called my husband. Please know that this bad business practice will be shared with USAA. Hopefully someone will look into their bad practices. Either this guy has a problem with working with females or he just doesnt know the definition of good customer service. My one star remains. My personal experience with the company will not be stiffled due to the managers fear of losing customers.
Rip offs, liars & kings of sabotaging others.I got in an accident and had major damage on my 2016GLC found this place as the MBUSA certified shop. Had Geico tow to them and went to get an estimate. Sean was assigned to me, OMG, before he even look at my Car he started lying about almost everything. Geico 1st estimate was $9K, and Sean promised that he cant match that and it will be way more out of pocket. Geico advised me to take it another shop in Arlington. When I released my car from these rip offs, Sean calls me again, now trying to keep the job, he sabotaged the other shop. He said: They are liars, they put After market and provide papers stating OEM, their shop is dripping water from the ceiling, they are shutting down, they are being sued, they do illegal transactions, they dont buy parts from MB…. went on and on, I told him they will match Geico with all OEM, he went off again. He admitted that he gets over 20% on parts from MB and he marks up almost 300%. I am glad I didnt listen to this liar. Oh ya btw, the job ended up to be 20K. So should I have went these guys, I could have paid more than 5K out of pocket.I understand you are in Tysons and you wanna make money and you are used to rip people off, it is ur choice, but it is not ok for you to lie to people and trick them in order to rip them off during their hard time and sabotage others when you end up being the liar.DO NOT use this shop. You just CAN NOT trust them.Just got my car back today from American Service Center Mercedes of Arlington and yes they are MBUSA certified and they are amazing. All OEM, provided all paperwork from MB - complimentary detail. Give them a chance.
Extremely friendly and professional service and staff. Very happy with the service.
Tyson Collision Center was outstanding to work with due to the excellent customer service provided by Nabia Pirzada. Ms. Pirzada eased my mind about having to deal with the insurance of the individual who hit my Audi. She took care of all the details and kept me informed throughout the process. We chose Tyson Collision (which is an hour from us)because they are the only authorized Audi repair shop that will get our new car back to factory standards. The workmanship appears to be flawless. This is the only place I will take our car should body work be needed in the future.
I had an amazing experience with Shaun at Tysons Corner Collision Center... One of the most expensive cars Ive ever owned got hit, and I didnt know where to take it. Thankfully I got ahold of Shaun and couldnt be happier with the car and most importantly the communication and advice throughout the process. Any future accident hopefully never and my first call will be to Shaun at Tysons Corner Collision Center. They make sure things are done right the first time and I couldnt be happier. Also got a follow up text from Shaun even on his day off asking how everything was. So glad knowing when life throws one of the worst experiences at you, you can come out better than ever.
Nabia Pirzada did a great job of keeping me posted throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the work was also excellent.
This review is for my 3rd visit to the shop over the past 2 years and finally have a reason to leave a positive review. Dont get me wrong, this place should always get 5 stars for the quality of their work. Regardless of everything that has frustrated me in the past, I still come back to Tysons Corner Collision Center simply for the fact that I have 100% faith in the quality of work and the fact that theyre a certified shop by Mercedes-Benz (among other European brands). In the past, the car would spend weeks at the shop without much of an update. I would always have to call in myself and rarely get through. This time around, I was working with Nabia and shes been wonderful. I received weekly updates and through email (much preferred over a call which Im likely to miss). The updates were thorough and detailed with progress updates that helped to keep track of the repairs. What Im also thankful for is Nabia working to accommodate my ask for expediting the repairs before my rental coverage ran out - and she did make it happen 6 days before originally estimated completion date.Does this place a little more time to complete the work? Yes, no denying that. However, if you want to truly take your car back to factory-specs and get the best results possible, then bring your car here. The wait is more than worth it and luckily for me, I worked with Nabia this time around to have the work completed a bit sooner (with zero compromise to quality of work) and was receiving weekly updates (multiple times a week at times).
Tysons collision is the place to go with any body work that needs to be done to your car. Tamara is the person you would want to see! she is very good at keeping you update with what is being done to your car and helps you get the result that you want! This shop is the pace to go for any German cars I couldnt even tell my car was in an accdient thats how good they are!
I would not refer anyone who has an accident to this body shop. There have been massive changes since Penske took over, and I can tell they are trying. The manager is friendly and very helpful, the GM is a huge help as well.
Very very slow my car has been there since April 22 n I was promised to hv it on June 28 th n now supposed to be ready today .. their timing is awful.. I wasn’t accommodated at all .. I hv to keep calling n asking them ?? I just requested to speak to the manager his name is Tim .. I am very angry at this point
Just got back from picking up one of my vehicles from Tysons Collision Center. Though I never write reviews, this time was definitely different. I had a great experience dealing with Nabia through the entire process of getting my minor hit and run incident repaired. She was very professional and always kept me updated with everything that was going on. She also went above and beyond in taking care of the issues I was having with my insurance. I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone and if you want a great experience ask for Nabia.
Gave them my Audi S4 for front fender accident repair. A job which could have been done in a few days took 3 weeks. Was told that it will be done ASAP at the beginning. My misery did not end here, the check I gave them got cashed twice from my bank account. Matter still pending.Made a mistake taking my car to this workshop. Do not have the optionto give them no star ranking.
