Before I get into the negative, I will say this was a great place to find some unusual boxes. I had a plastic sign I had to mail 18 X 18 and this was the only place I could find a box. I had previously gotten a quote from USPS for the item size, wt with a box and the destination zip code for $19. I show up in pakmail today, since my USPS was closed, and they quoted me $60!!!!! I have been mailing tons of items through eBay, items that were much larger and significantly heavier for not even half that price. And at $60 the item wouldnt even get there for even a week!!! Ridiculous I dont recommend shipping here.

Incompetent. Completely wasted my time.

CRAZY PRICES!!! Labor is $.80 a minute on my receipt! I ended up paying $16 for labor to pack my box because it took 20 mins to do so! Also packing was $34 dollars total! Shipping; the cheapest possible was $44 USPS Priority Mail! I ended up paying $78 to ship to Massachusetts. I was so pissed. I called the corporate office in Colorado they said their is no regulation on independent franchise pricing.HUGE MARK UPS ON SHIPPING PRICES AND PACKAGING! DONT BOTHER!!!UPS STORE OR FEDEX OFFICE INSTEAD!

Do NOT send items through this company that is located on Laskin Rd. TWICE Ive sent two different cards here (the expensive fat ones too along with money in it and requires several stamps) to my mother and she never received anything, they magically get lost.. yet when I go to the US post office to send cards and packages she ALWAYS receives it. Will NEVER go here again!!Over priced too btw.

They speed a valuable painting across the country with no damage at a reasonable cost. Thanks Ryan for great, friendly service.
