I bought a Fridge and a Dyer for a reasonable price with 30 day warranty. The fridge works great however they dryer did not want to blow hot air after the 60th day .1. Called in to have it serviced but they never reached back to me. I called a second time and left a message and still no answer back. Im down $300... oh wellGreat people but their service is not the best. Be aware when buying used appliances.

I telephoned and the guy hung up on me.Very unprofessional. Called back and the guy was driving. I just had a refrigerator to give them for resale.I also have rentals and was looking for a place to buy appliances.Looking at the other customer reviews, I am glad I didnt buy from them.

I bought my used washer and dryer from them a year ago. Today my heating element went out in my dryer. They made an appointment and fixed it all in one day for way less than they could have charged. Excellent service! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs appliances or appliance service!! 😁 Thanks again--

Worst service ever appliances broke not even a month into owning them brought loner never replaced my item will not return my phone calls 2 out of 3 of my items broke within 3 months... Synergy appliance totally ripped me off

John helped my family find a washer/dryer set as well as a refrigerator. Prices were great, customer service was even better! We will definitely be making this our go to place for any future appliance purchases.

Paid $500 cash for a fridge and within a week it wasnt working they came out once to fix it but didnt do anything except tape a the sensor to the side of the freezer with scotch tape... Then I paid them another $100 to fix my old fridge during the same appt and they said they replaced a sensor but my fridge is still doing the same thing. When I called them back for a second appt they scheduled it and never showed up. Its so bad I have to get the blow-dryer and defrost both appliances once a week.

Place is fabulous, highly recommended. Bought a fridge for 1/3 the price that I would have paid for a new one, delivered to my door with a warranty. He said if it broke past that date he would come to house to fix for cheap. Good selection of basic appliances all the way up to the luxury lines like GE profile. Fridge has worked good for 7 months.

My washer was messing up, I called and a technician came out within 30 minutes. Repair was made pretty quickly and for a decent price. Will definitely use again.

We bought a washer and dryer from Appliance Synergy and have had a horrible time with this set. We called and left numerous messages and it took 3 days to get a call back and the repair scheduled. When the repaur person came over he told us the washer wouldnt balance if the load wasnt large enough and did nothing. Same issue of course still happening and now when you call a message comes on that says the voicemailbox has not been set up yet. How do you run a business like that? Very disappointed in our experience.

I had a nightmare experience with this store. Tami was so arrogant, unacommodating and inconsiderate. John Hernandez is a bad owner. It’s okay for him to make few bucks but lose customers. These kinds of bad ownership will never prosper

Tami and John are bad people!We told them we are going to buy a gas dryer for $200 and $40 for installation.We paid at 12noon and then we changed our mind.We were asking for a refund since it was just 3 hours since we paid the dryer.But they are charging us 20% cancellation fee.They will return to us $196 only from the full $240.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and their prices are fantastic. My fridge broke on a Friday night, and since I have no way to pick up a fridge myself, I was desperate to find someone who was not only open on the weekend, but able to make a same-day delivery for me before all the food in my broken fridge spoiled. I would definitely go back there if I ever need another appliance or repair.

I am shocked that service is still this good! John looked at my washer, showed me what was wrong, gave me my options, collected my washer and fridge and provided me with a new, installed washing machine with a 2 month warranty in ONE HOUR. ONE HOUR!
