Store was great, the cashier was not very helpful. There was a sign spend $150 or more and get $50 in reward points. I did sped over that I even went back to get more items so that I can get the points. When I asked the cashier if I got them she didnt even answer.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly, quite literally, from the moment I began crossing the threshold to enter the store, and continuing till I passed back through it to exit.Also, yes... there were plenty of other customers in the store; therefore, the staffs excellence had nothing to do with having an excess of downtime (or from being overly staffed).The great experience did not stop at niceties either. This location was clean, organized, had a great amount of in-store inventory displayed that seemingly also accurately reflected what the online experience stated they would have on hand (which is unfortunately not the case for all Bed Bath & Beyond locations) in addition to items most other locations were without.Im glad I drove the 60 miles to this location (and right past my local, unimpressive, store of ~10 mi.), and Id definitely do it again.

Really enjoyed this store. So many fun items to look at. Its literally home, bath and beyond. It gets pricey, however, the sales are awesome.Also, the customer service was definently an A+.

Stopped in this week to get some hot pots for my business (to repair bleach spots on carpet). The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the supplies.

Nice store very clean but how r u Bed Bath and beyond and not have all ur sheets in stock? If we wanted to order online we would but sometimes we need stuff right then in there and almost all the cal king sheet sets were sold out! Its like they want u to have to spend $90 for a sheet set if u need them ASAP! I will go elsewhere from now on!

We were looking for plastic tumblers, which are out of season. An employee checked in the back and brought some stock out. We were able to puchase 8 tumblers for $21.

The associates are friendly and helpful, you gotta check out the clearance area Ive been finding some good buys 😉

Got wonderful service from the staff. They were polite and friendly. At checkout they made sure we had our coupons redeemed. Placed a delivery with hassle. One computer station went offline and the staff handled it like pros. Lots of customers at the time, but the staff did perfectly to assist us all and get us through the lines.

I didnt find anything I was looking for. There were no Cal King comforters or duvet covers. There was an associate who was very helpful and offered to order one for me. I declined because I can do that myself but she was super sweet!

Theres were alot of sales and decent selection of things to pick through. Some empty shelves and some stuff they didnt have or size. Overall, nice looking displays for bedding and bath. Always love going through their various kitchen gadgets and they have lots of towels, linens, and other sorts to go through. Even have quite a selection of pet items, like beds and toys.

This store is one of my favorite places to shop !! They carry a wide selection of household goods that are of excellent quality. I often purchase gifts there also. If you sign up on their mailing list you will receive a sale flyer in the mail with a coupon on it to redeem . Wonderful service and knowledgeable employees !

This store is awesome! I’m always greeted as I walk in and I know most employees by name. If I can’t find something in the store a knowledgeable employee is eager to help me order it online and have it shipped to my home or to the store. Also, for a small fee, that pays for itself in savings, their ‘Beyond Plus’( not a credit card) entitles you to 20% off your entire purchase every time you shop! I’ve signed up to receive 20% off coupons via texts, email and mail! They also mail out their sale catalogs and it always has a coupon on the last page! I’m a happy shopper when I’m at Bed, Bath & Beyond!!

Wonderful. The young lady helped us even on Valentines Day! We saw an incredible sheet set that was on sale but not in the size that we wanted, so she offered to find it at another store and have it delivered to our home at the very same price. Excellent service!

Disappointed! I went in to look for a special size sheet (Cal king size, fitted 23-24 inches and yes they had them at least in the past because we have had our mattress for 8 yrs and thats where we used to buy them from). They had to order it online. That wasnt the issue. Not only that they didnt have the exact size even online but also if I had ordered the smaller size (22 inches deep) it would have taken 10-14 weeks just to be shipped to the US. What???!!! No thanks! I will be looking elsewhere.

Very clean, well stocked place to get every household essentials youll need, they have a variety of everything, from colors to size, you can even do a gift registry here, shop for dorm room supplies or just remodeling your household, most definitely will be back to shop here again

It was great. I found a really cool copper pan that elevates baked good out of the grease that your food would normally sit in. It was in the clearance section for only $7.49.

Went in to buy a wedding gift off of a registry. Didnt have the number, just a name and the gentleman printed off the whole registry for me. I was able to find the items that fit my price range and got them on sale. The cashier was very nice and the gift wrap was free (self service)! It included ribbon as well!

I was looking for some odd kitchen utensils that I couldnt find anywhere else. I asked an employee and she walked right to them. Love that place! If I made more than Social Security, I would spend more time & money. Great place to shop! Nice people!!

This place has lots of items for kitchen and home accessories. I only shop here for wedding gifts. It seems that this is a popular place for wedding registries. People seem to enjoy this place. There is a section in the store that allows you to wrap your gift for free. Its a do it yourself deal so bring your skills. Duct tape not provided.

My husband and I went for some sheets a week ago and we were dressed really comfortably (sweats/hoodies) and I swear to you every corner I turned there was an employee watching me. It got to the point I got uncomfortable. Idk if they thought I was stealing or what but I left and bought sheets at the marshalls nearby.

Most of the time employees on the floor are way more friendly than the cashiers. Im not sure why, but the cashiers aww rude, never talk to me unless they tell my total, and have the look on their face as they would rather be anywhere else. I could totally understand if I had been a rude customer, but even trying to have small talk with her, she stayed quiet. If I didnt like the things I buy here for the prices I find, I would definitely shop elsewhere. I understand retail is not an easy job, Ive done it, but cashiers are the most dealt with employees customers interact with. It is too sad that 98% of my interactions with the cashiers at this location are always bad. I give a 3 for the product, prices, and sales floor employees because these other factors bring it up from a zero. Im just saying, these girls can smile a bit more and be friendly. After all, it is their job.

Been shopping at this location since it opened many many years ago and I never felt as uncomfortable as I did today with her handling my exchange very rude and un-professional, trying to speak down on me in a belittling way. I really do hope she is not in senior leadership for this location. I will not shop at this company ever again, and I will let every one I know the poor customer service Tina bestowed upon me.

Super bummed that they no longer gift wrap. The “Do It Yourself” section is kind of a joke, not well stocked, boxes mixed up and the one I needed was difficult to fold and get to stay. It’s too bad that they’re dropping that one nice bit “going the extra mile” for the customer.

We get some of our household needs there and gifts very good prices.
