I selected and paid for a mattress over a month ago. Every week, someone from Mattress Firm calls me to schedule a delivery, and every week they cancel the delivery the day before and tell me that my mattress will be delivered the following week. This has been ongoing for over a month. Today, Adrian called me and told me that my mattress was in the warehouse - yay!! - and warned me that if I didnt schedule a delivery during the week (while Im at work) that the mattress I paid for would be delivered to someone else. When I called him on his b---s---, he backpedaled and blamed the computer. I have no doubt that I will love my mattress when I finally get it, but customer service is lousy. I imagine that by now my mattress has been in the warehouse several times but has been delivered to other customers because my job means that Im only available on Saturday. If they screw this up again, Im canceling my order.

As soon as I walked in sunaina acknowledge me right away, made me feel welcomed and when she approached us she gave us her full attention. Excellent customer servic. Definitely will recommend family, and friends.

In overall, the product is a bit more expensive than others. However, the service and attitude of their salesperson are fabulous, which makes me finally choose them.

The people here are scammers, we bought a mattress, didnt use it, we travelled after it was delivered and decided to return the mattress 48hrs later only to be told return would only be accepted after they have deducted 20% of the original sale price and they made every step difficult. Also we were not told of this 20% policy at purchase. This is like buying a timeshare, I would advice you to shop from Costco or other better place. They are greedy money hungry company!

Ron at the Visalia, CA store was awesome!After we qualified for the no interest no payment out the door but short about 5k, he made a few down grades, eliminated small comforts like 8 degree mattresses to 3 degree mattresses and no AI on the frame. This brought it down to under what we qualified for. Great experience in the store... I purchased the Beautyrest Black Ice memory foam pillow for $145.00WHAT A HORRIBLE CHEAPLY MADE PILLOW. I had to fold it up all night to support my head and neck. Not thick enough to hold head up. So upset that I am now out $145 hard earned money due to no returns.
