Picked out a mattress, was told it would be on sale on the labor day sale. Went to get it and the sale price was $100 over regular price. Checked the mattress out and it was a discontinued or last years mattress. Lost my trust in your business. Customers are smarter then you think.

What can I say about Sharon! She was professional, welcoming, comforting, and she made sure to let us shop around with out following us around. She said, “I’m here if you need me, I’ll be at my desk if you have any question just wave me over.” She then said, “Or I can walk around with you but I know most people do not like that.” She went to her desk as we shopped. She answered all our questioned, have us some prices and then we decided to go check out another place. We came back right before Mattress Land closed. I’m talking 4 minutes before they closed. She created us with a laugh of “I had a feeling you’d be back.” She was able to beat their competitors prices and the best part, customer service! Wes was amazing. He helped me find the right fit for my budget and for my needs. This bed was for my son and when I brought him in he got to try them all out and he felt like a little king. :) I really appreciate that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and that it suited our needs. I highly recommend going there. I never would have thought they would be as affordable as they are.The delivery was also smooth and Wes even told me when they would call and they also made a reminder call when they were 10 minutes out since the the delivery was from 11-1 that was helpful. Bought my mattress here, salesman was nice and helpful. He never pushed me to buy anything outside my budget and worked hard to make sure I found something suitable for me within the price range given. He gave me loads of time alone with family to debate what we liked and what we were okay with doing. Never felt any pressure. Possible other salespeople may be a bit more pressured to make sales, my guy was relaxed and 100% okay with us leaving and returning later if we needed to.

Wesley sold us on a queen medium hybrid temper-pedic mattress. It’s the first time my fiancée and I have bought a brand-new mattress. We were long over due for one! We purchased a Euphoria mattress from Mattressland for my teenage daughter a year ago and she loves it. Sometimes I think she loves it too much! We knew we had to go back and see them again when we needed a mattress for my son. Rob our sales guy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to pick the right mattress-No pushy, hard sell tactics. They have lots of mattresses to choose from (and we did try a lot) at all different prices. When we finally did choose (another Euphoria pillowtop) we got an awesome deal and ended up buying a Sterns and Foster for ourselves along with those extra special pillows! Financing was a quick walk in the park. When you need a great mattress at a great price you gotta check these guys out. Rob and Wes are our mattress guys for life!

I could not believe how simple this process was! My fiancé and I could not be happier with Rob and how awesome of a deal he gave us! We went to check out the 4th of July sale. The bed and base we wanted even though it was already on sale was still a little out of budged but Rob made it happen! After working in sales I thought it was going to be a longer process of back and forth to get the bed and base we wanted at the price we could afford but that wasn’t the case. Have not bought a bed yet but when I do this is the place to go. I dislike walking in to places and the sales person is pushy. He was not answered my question, very honest with me. They have this tester to calculate the firmness that your body needs. Cant wait to but my bed.

Buyer beware, when shopping at this location, Wes was very helpful. However his service after the sale was horrible. I can only describe him as a used car salesman. His only focus was on making a sale, not making sure the customer was satisfied and comfortable. He told us that if we bought from him and not Tempurpedic online that their policies are exactly the same, they are not. If you are not happy with your purchase at Matressland you get a 1 time exchange (cross your fingers and hope it works for you, if not oh well.) On Tempurpedics website if you are not happy with your purchase they offer a money back guarantee, and their pricing is identical. Do yourself a favor and go pick out your bed and then order it online, you will probably receive it faster as well.
