I wouldn’t go there.They ordered the wrong bed even though they were specifically told the 2 certain features wanted. Didn’t find out till it got delivered today. Top it off the bed frame is broken. What are options told “ you can decline the bed and order the right one” leaving me without a bed for 2 months min. Keep in mind I’ve been waiting over a month for this one.You spend $8k on a bed it should be what you wanted and not damaged and have better customer service.Here I’m on hold because only customer service can do something. Which so far nothing.

I considered both mattress places that sell the adjustable beds, but comparing the beds between the two stores was night and day. Sleep number beds have more options and what sold me was the automatically adjustable through out the night. Have not received my bed yet but dont think I will be sorry for the purchase at all. The store is clean and JR took me through each bed and explained everything clearly. No pressure at all. I like how you can see your pressure points and then have the bed adjust and they disappear!

JR was very patient and easy to communicate with. He knows his product and listened to what we were interested in for the right fit. He informed me of sales and promotions so that we could get the best deal. I would recommend JR from the Visalia store, extremely helpful.

Did not get information on what I was looking for. I guess it happened because I went with a shorts on and they did not even entertain my questions. Asked for an estimate on a bed that I had already zeroed in but told me due to covid it cannot be done. Any covid rules should not interfere with business. Well, more of my money for online order.

Great place with very helpful people. The beds will change how you feel just while you are there let alone once you start sleeping on one. Really enjoyed my visit.

The sales experience was very comfortable. Just slow and at our own pace. I was somewhat pleasantly surprised that each bed was separately made then shipped.

Knew basically what I wanted and was willing to spend on a Sleep Number bed as I had one I in the past. My salesperson Jesse was very respectful and very funny with a great outlook in life . He did not pressure or over sale the beds, he did point out a few item about the difference in packages I would receive with each bed. I left the store with a smile on my face and got exactly what I was looking and more.I would recommend Visalia Sleep Number. Everyone was very very nice but I really enjoyed working with Jesse.

Dont buy this bed set. The motor broke on one side and we couldnt fix it. Its going to take 2 weeks toreplace. We wanted to return. Please read paperwork before you buy. Find a better bed. The base is what cost the most. They will not take back or refund money for the part the mattress sits on. Dont believed that you have 90 days and can get your money back. Research this product before you buy. The

My Sleep Number bed was delivered yesterday! I slept my first night on it last night. What can I say?... It was my best nights sleep ever!

Bought a new Sleep Number bed. We had our old one 15 years and it was time to updat. Love all the new features. The crew from the Visalia store was great. They really know their stuff.

Would give zero if possible...when we bought the bed we were told how it self adjusts..then when it was delivered the guys said we had to have WIFI but we are very rural and cant get WIFI, but we said it was ok that we were going to move soon and asked if we could hire them to move the bed, they said yes it would cost $200...that was ok with us. But today they came to move the bed. I had paid the $199 over the phone when I went to make the appointment. I gave old address and new one(just a few miles apart) SO guys showed up and said no it is $200 just to disassemble the bed. We would have to move it and then pay another $200 for them to come reassemble it. That is not what I was told, LIARS all the way...BBB is sending me a complaint form to fill out.

The product is awesome, however the sales team made errors in our order and when brought to the attention of the store manager, he seemed to care less about customer service. When asking for the district manager contact information he replied that he can not give that information out.

Very nice store and the staff is amazing. I love the way you can adjust the firmness of the mattress. Best store on Mooney.

Great people and the best product there is.

We got scammed,sold us the floor model and said the warranty is like buying a new one. So when we called about one side leaking and the other side had moisture 3 layers down just on the air bag, salesman said call customer service, they gave us the run around and were stuck with the issues, we will never go back. They all say the same thing, call us, call us, call us. We did,we did,we did.
