Everyone was very helpful, patient, and professional from Freddie, who helped us in the decision and purchasing process, to the two gentlemen that delivered the mattress. Everyone was very courteous, and everyone was wearing masks. The men delivering the mattress wore booties as well. We have not yet had a chance to use the mattress, but based on our current experience, we look forward to making our future mattress purchases here as well.

He was able to sell me a mattress, box spring, and frame (the frame was free) for less than my budgeted price! With tax, it was slightly over, but still! I was so impressed! And he didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need or couldn’t afford. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Plus, FREE delivery and FREE haul-away of my old mattress! My wife went in looking for ofcourse a new mattress. She had complained her back was hurting sometimes when waking up. We went in met with a gentleman (Freddie). He was really great answered all our questions regarding what type might be best for us and truly helped us to make an informative decision. Went in just to get idea of what is out there as far as technology and price since it’s been 12 yrs on our last mattress which we purchased from MatressFirm. What a wonderful experience this was! Our saleslady(I cannot recall her name right this second, what a lovely person)was sooo nice. I know, shes trying to sell a bed, but honestly, she was so accommodating it almost felt like we were lucky to be walking out of there with our bed. Cathreine was friendly but, terrible customer service by greg! we were misinformed and told we were going to get our bed on a certain date but it fell through. My husband and I were upset about it and greg never tried to find a solution to help us get the bed we wanted. He could have at the least offered other means but we felt pretty much pushed out of the store, he was not professional, he was rude and seemed like he didnt want to serve us. i would much rather go to mattress land where the service is great and professional.
