Bad services, I wasnt surprise I used to go the Carquest on mission ave in oceanside because of the machine shop and the service GUY provided. I was hoping that maybe their machine shop would be the same in Visita Location. But thats not the case! Suggestion ask around I know it hard finding a good machine shop but it worth it. Am already looking for another for my next engine build.

Had a bad experience. Usually go to the Autozone near my house in oside. I wanted to get an ac repair kit from a Chris fix video and this was the only place that had it. Found the part online but it said I had to call to order. I called and they told me to go to the store. I drove the 30min to the store and they made me pay and ordered the part. The next day they called me and said they couldn’t get the part and I had to come back to get a refund. Just got my refund but what a waste of time. Don’t bother shopping here.

Ordered a part online and expected to walk in and pick it up. One person being helped while three other employees played on computers. The three just stood there clicking things and not even on the phone looking like they were ignoring me. 10 minutes later of standing in front of them all, I was finally helped and then not even a gram of customer service. I dont complain on things like this, but I had to complain here because this was ridiculous. Its not like I was ordering parts or bringing things to the counter! My part was a tiny little thing I ordered online, just needed to get picked up. Unless youre on the phone, which no one was, customers in person should come first. Worthless employees!
