I have used a few storage facilities in the Waco area and can easily say this has been the best experience yet! Cynthia and her staff are very kind, transparent, and helpful. Everyones communication was great throughout the entire process. Also, the facility is in a great area and is very secure. I am a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone looking for storage. Baylor students, Diamond storage has some of the best rates in town and is a very easy drive to campus. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff and facilities. The manager was extremely nice, very professional, and very accommodating. Manager lives on property so the facility is very secure. I have used many storage units in my life and this is by far the best.

As far as storage facilities go this one ranks pretty high they are generally running at close to full capacity so it would seem others agree with me and nobody really wants to give up their spots friendly staff clean area reasonable pricing

Would give negative stars if I could. Store our RV there for several years but management is THE WORST. We have informed them for 2 years that none of the lights are working in our section of covered storage and it has never been repaired. We are paying for covered storage with electricity to keep our trailer batteries charged and EVERY TIME we go to check on our trailer there is no power and the breakers on the storage area are tripped. We have called about this multiple times only to get excuses. They increase storage fees EVERY 6 MONTHS too. Worst place around but all other storage areas are full. Do not use them!!!

I made a reservation with this location and called to make sure that they still had available units. 15ins before they were suppose to close the lady was rude, short with me and told me they were closed. Who closes 15 mins early when people have a reservation to come in

A MEXICAN WOMAN AT THE OFFICE IS VERY RUDE I WILL USE THIS PLACE FOR A MONTH AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE IN WACO TEXAS !!!!!

I’ve been looking for a closer place to storage my business trailer for Holt H20 services since I live I. The city limits of Waco. We do pressure washing cleaning. So I drove by and decided to check out Diamond Self Storage to see if they had any Available trailer spots. I spoke with Cynthia and she was great. She informed me of all the had to offer and showed me the perfect spot that would fit my trailer.She provided me with great service and professionalism. She was quick and prompt with the paperwork which made it a breeze.If you need a storage space or trailer storage come by and ask for Cynthia.Next mth I’ll be moving into a storage building as well. After weeks of calling multiple storage companies only to be answered by a voice mail, I came across Diamond Self Storage. From the initial phone call to inquire on storage for my needs to meeting Paul and Naomi in person it was a great experience. They both provided the best customer service Ive received in a while, Paul took me on a tour of the facility it is very well kept and secure. I would highly recommend anyone looking to store personal items to look no further than Diamond Self Storage you will be in great hands dealing with Paul and Naomi, they exceeded all expectations I had.

I was fortunate to find Diamond Self Storage & Cynthia after an unpleasant experience with Aarons self storage, which is nearby. Cynthia was most helpful, gave me the full tour of the facility and even reserved the spaces that I needed almost a month in advance. For a larger space at Diamond, I ended up paying $30 a month less than I had been paying at Aarons.If youre looking for self storage in the China Spring area, Diamonds the place!!!

Nails everywhere on the ground. Storage unit doors could be better honestly. If Im paying for a unit I do not feel like I need to struggle to close them.

I currently live 3 hours away from this storage facility. When i called to purchase a unit, their internet was down but was able to send me the paperwork to be filled out. I filled out the paperwork and scanned/emailed them back and everything seemed to be in order. I load up my truck to drive those 3 hours away and when i got to the facility I was faced with so much troublesome. First, my gate code didnt work. The excuse was the database was not updated due to the internet. Second. When I pulled up to my unit, there was someone elses lock on it. Third, when i tried to call the number provided to notify them about the situation I received no answer and no call backs until 2 days later. Fourth, the could not electronically refund my money so it is snail mail and with the way all this went about, i doubt they really sent a check. Fifth, they wasted my time and money during this whole process and did not offer anything to fix this. Just We will mail you your refund..TLDR: Started off well but ended so horribly wasting time and money

Not sure about the other ladies that are mentioned in other reviews but NicoleYvette that helped my husband and I was so nice. She was friendly and polite. She answered our gazillion questions. We were given a tour and assured of the safety of the storage facility. We will defiantly be back to rent a storage space.

I normally would not complain or write a review. old white lady that works there said shes the new manager, no name tag. She is VERY rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I walked in an sighing at me. Like I was causing her a inconvenience. I was very polite when speaking with her. Her tone of voice speaking to me just had attitude. And this lady appears to not know what she is really doing.I will no longer using them for my storage needs. I recommend Tri Star they are friendly and act like they want your business. Also they handle everything in a timely manner.

Ms. Cynthia went above and beyond to help us with our u-haul trailer return when the originating location messed up the contract. She was patient, helpful, and incredibly kind!
