Nice people and helpful. My only complaint would be that this location is tight. There is not a lot of customer parking. The place is nice otherwise.

Nice, clean storage units and easy online rental (even when moving out). But I knocked off one star because their access hours for the climate-controlled units are too restrictive (only to 10 pm) and the outdoor units are not access controlled by any gates. They are also a bit pricier than other local options. That said, I love them for not haggling over rent when I moved out a day after my unit was supposed to renew, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. All in all, I highly recommend them if you arent on a strict budget or need access to climate-controlled storage at odd hours.

I reserved a Uhaul and a storage unit for move day. I got there to pick up my truck at the time confirmed in my confirmation email from Uhaul (9:30am) and was told that my reservation was for 11:30am. I showed them the email confirmation that I received for 9:30, but they didnt have a 26 truck on site, so I was unable to pick it up. I have labor arriving at my house to help load it at 10am, but now I had no truck to load my furniture in.To make matters worse, I had also reserved a 10 x 15 storage unit to put my furniture in while I am waiting for my next home, but even though I had a confirmed reservation for it, they gave it to someone else, and had not other storage units available that were large enough for my things.So, here I am on moving day with no truck and no storage for my things. I had to go home, locate another storage unit, and was able to round up a couple of trailers from friends to get my furniture moved. Instead of one trip with a Uhaul, it took 2 days and 4 trips with trailers to get my things into storage. I am so unhappy with Uhaul, I will never use them again.The point of a reservation is so that you have everything lined up, but apparently reservations do not mean anything to them. This has been the worst moving experience of my life.

Drove all the way to this uhaul because it said they had vehicle in stock. Made a reservation with the TRUCK. Showed up they have no trucks. There were three other uhauls closer to my house I could have drove to but of course they can’t UPDATE THERE INFO ONLINE TO MAKE IT CONVENIENT

Quick and convenient pick up and drop off. Only complaint is that they moved or location from the one right by our house to one several miles away.

Lee and Rashi were so very helpful!!Where we rented our U-Haul in CO, they put the wrong truck ID# on our contract so it was quite the nightmare to return!! But Lee and Rashi worked hard to resolve it and they got it checked in and returned. Thanks Lee and Rashi for working so hard to help us! God bless!!

Ive used this facility twice to rent moving trucks. Everything can be done online- very friendly staff and good rates. Definitely recommend!

Manager is very unprofessional and petty. Theres plenty of other U Hall places to go other then this one.

The two young lady that were there were very pleasant, and masked up I might say. They thoroughly explained everything to me and also recommended a couple options I hadnt thought about, or knew existed. I like the visual and that she showed me as far as storage space( thats a first for me seeing that in a storage facility) . If I actually end up needing storage & truck rental, I will definitely be returning.

Horrible experience! Storage uunits are over priced and their customer service is horrible as well. We spent close to $300 renting a truck and a strorage units both in different locations (same town) and we planned everything according to access hours to the storage unit so that we could be able to unload the truck at the storage then go return the truck at the time we had scheduled to have it delivered. The girls that checked us out for the storage unit seemed like either she was new, she didnt know what she was doing or simply just had a day OFF! All storage units have locks prior to someone renting them, first she didnt even take the lock off our unit so that we could access it when we needed and thankfully we caught that before we left the day we rented it to come back and drop off our things. I GETS WORSE!! We went back the next day to find out we needed an access code to get into the unit that was not even mentioned to us whatsoever! So when we got there at 6am we couldnt access the unit that we paid almost $100 for!! And our rental truck needed to be back by 8am.. Keep in mind the office to the storage unit didnt open until 9am so we had to drive back home wirh a loaded truck, got no access to the unit at that time, we had to put more miles on the uhaul truck that on top of that they expected us to pay for!! Seriously if you dont like your job find something else to do and stop making peoples life more complicated than they have to be!! Never again will they get our business!. Not to mention they never answer the phone and when they finally do answer is someone out of state who basically has their hands tied down and cant do anything to help at all!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Not helpful. Had a reservation that also required a trailer and the vehicle didnt have a hitch. Then I had to provide a phone number of someone who wasnt involved in the rentals and they had to call and talk to them. This is hard to do on a Sunday morning but I accomplished. Finally they tell me my car is to big for their trailer and I could not have it. All that b.s. just to be rejected. The worker had to get the management of the phone and she was rude and unhelpful. Luckily there is another store on valley mills. They will get 5 stars

Awesome service. Easy truck rental, planned ahead. Storage units are hassle free. Looking forward to the new indoor climate control units under construction on the same site. This storage facility is convenient to our home.

If you rent a pick-up here and return it out-of-town it costs more. Also theres storage units here now. Also I have to say that if youre going to store anything for any length of time you might just want to go ahead and buy the boxes instead of going the liquor store route. mold. plastic containers are best.

THE UHAUL TRAILER I RENTED ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY! It was either the wheel bearing or the brake system that failed. It seemed pretty obvious that the maintenance was not up to date. It caused me to almost lose control of the trailer and run into the cars beside me. It started 2 fires on the side of the road coming into Colorado Springs. The Trailer also caught fire and I had to use all of the drinking water in the vehicle, along with a moving blanket to put it out. Then Uhaul roadside assistance took 5 hours to finally come get the trailer. Then we had to move everything from the old trailer to the new one the next day. On top of all this they charged me a cleaning fee when I returned the new trailer to the Central Texas U haul, when it was absolutely spotless. There was a complete lack of empathy from the company, as they didnt bother to reach out to us for reimbursement for the hotel that they promised . This was probably the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with a company. Im pretty sure if I didnt pull trailers on the regular that I wouldnt be alive to write this review. At the very least bring a fire extinguisher with you!

Storing my stuff while I save up for my own apartment. Safe, clean, secure. The staff was very helpful. Just what I needed!

So, the staff were really nice, but we fell afoul of some BS company policies. They forgot to give me the dolly that I ordered, and they wouldnt offer any sort of compensation for the cost in gas/mileage of driving all the way back to get it. Since I literally hired the truck to move one thing, going back would have doubled my mileage, so I had them cancel it and my friend and I lifted/carried/loaded a washer/dryer set without any tools. To their credit, they didnt make a fuss about canceling the dolly (although they did make it seem like they were doing me a favor and that company policy was generally not to refund anything, which, no, if you didnt give me the dolly, Im not paying for it). U-Hauls policy was at fault here; they should have been allowed to comp out my mileage to go back.

Customer service was terrible. Reservation was not ready when attempted pick up. Overcharged bogus after hours fee.

Great facility and the owner is awesome. When you have to have a place for storage you want it to be clean, secure, well lit, etc. This place has all of that and much more!!

I own a moving company and have been dealing with Uhaul for many years now and thos was always the best Uhaul to deal with because of the manager Marcus. Sadly I learned yesterday he is not there anymore and there are already problems.
