Penske at Loop 340 is an amazing outfit.They have fast service and very kind and respectful staff.The truck was exactly what my family and I needed for our quick move.The price was as good if not better than the other similar services.I would highly suggest this Penske location for all your moving and truck leasing/rental needs.Thanks to the team at Loop 340 location, you guys rock.

Jason was a great help in allowing me to decide which size medium truck to rent! When I later picked up my vehicle at Home Depot he did a super job arranging for me to get a 16’ Ford for our 3-day drive to CA; it would do 75 with the cruise control on the long stretches of interstate highways.

The truck I rented was the only one they had not the best but got the job done. The desk clerk not so much when I got the truck they sad it had full tanks on the gage it read 7/8 which in the past ment full for some reason they never go to the full mark. So fill it before returning and he looks in the tank an said not full I can get more fuel in there so took it to there pump and force in he said 19 gallons I dont watch but it probably over flowing and the DIF was not full when I got it because when I filled at the end of the day after only driving 340 miles I put 5 gallons of the stuff.Got cut up by a part falling out of the upper part over the driver side where CB should mount. Also had to have it repaired once before I left and twice more on the road.

Well the washer fluid was empty & the windshield wipers were shot & hard. We literally couldnt see when we hit rain in the. Florida move. Thank God we were able to get off the road. Hewitt TX needs to actually check what they say theyve checked on their trucks. 1200 mile journey

The truck was an easy ride, Hewitt location needs to actually make sure they do the checklist. Our wiper blades were shot & no wiper fluid. Ran into rain & couldnt see at all. Did get a discount in the end 🤔 not sure it made up for the bad experience.

Very well maintained nice newer trucks when they have them available and in most cases offer unlimited miles when going one way. Employees are very easy to communicate with and give real good customer service weather it be in person or even over the phone they are there and ready to assist you. It was a joy to work with them and to drive there trucks which are very clean on the inside as well as on the outside.

We’ve rented from them three times in the last 7 months and returned a one way rental here.They are very easy to work with and very customer oriented.I will return if I need a truck in the future and have recommended them to friends.

Rented us a faulty tow dolly and knew it had issues but said it wasnt going malfunction. ...my car was damaged and they did fix it but I had to do all the running around for quotes. Never again will I rent from the Penske in Davenport Iowa!

Its bias but I work here. I just want the location pinned better so consumers find us easier.

Truck was in bad mechanical shape. Blowout in 2 of the tires. Cab leaked while raining...so I was soaked. And the truck pulled to the right badly when coming to a stop. Will use UHaul from now on.

I gave it 1 star becuse 0 stars was not an option. However if your looking for a place to not fix truck but tell you they did then this is the place. Dont worry after you break down the will send somebidy to pick you up sometime within 3 to 5 business days until then enjoy your hours of alone time

Rented 2 moves, one for personal one for business. Best trucks in rental business, no fear of a breakdown like the 10+ other white and orange box trucks I passed.

Trucks are not maintained. Lots of problems...leaky cab, flats, bad alignment.....really sad....
