My wife and I purchased a new firm BeautyRest pressure smart mattress from Mattress Firm here in Walnut Creek, CA on Sunday March 14th 2021. Took only 30 minutes to decide which mattress we liked best because the sale associate (Craig) walked us through the whole way. Also the bed we had before was terrible and way to soft for us. Craig explained different brands/firmness and what you need for a foundation. He explained the delivery is free including a 10$ only mattress recycle free, if you want to get rid of your old mattress.We received our mattress today! The delivery company will call you before they deliver and was right on time.I don’t have an old mattress in my garage & the mattress feels great!

I went into Mattress Firm looking to see if I could afford to get my parents a mattess for a Christmas gift. Theyve had the same one for as long as I can remember. However, I am a college student and was nervous about walking in and not seeing anything in my price range. Howard greeted me right away with the friendliest voice. I told him about my plan and he was able to show me a few options that would work. He was considerate of what I was looking for and my price range, and I felt like he really listened to me. Howard was so easy to talk to and made shopping for a matress enjoyable. After he let me test out the matresses and educated me about the highlights of each one, I was able to pick one that I thought would work for my parents. Really great experience! The staff was so patient with me as I tried at least half a dozen different mattresses, making sure to lie down for several minutes each time to see how my body settled. All the effort was worth it, as the last mattress I tried was the one I bought, and nearly six months later, its proven to be a winner.

Walked by one day and a member of the staff was in the door frame, asked if we were looking to buy a mattress in a sort of silly, not at all pushy way. We politely said no and he said have a nice day and let us be on our way. A few steps later I changed my mind and wanted to check out the Purple mattress, but had no intention of purchasing. We went back and Andrew greeted us with a smile. Even though we told him what we were there for but that we werent purchasing, Andrew shared his time and knowledge with us. He answered our questions, asked if wed like to watch his demo, and it was a good experience. I cant say I ever thought Id walk out of a mattress store thinking that was a good time but with all of the help we wanted and none we didnt, Andrew took care of us. I would definitely recommend heading there to buy a mattress, or at least shop around. Theyll take care of you either way.

Went in to buy a twin and full for my kids’ bunk beds. Arash showed us a few and my kids could try them out. We set up delivery for a couple days later- the guys were right on time and quick. Upon further inspection there was a small tear on one of the seams of the mattress. I went back to the store an hour after delivery and Arash set up a replacement right away.Great customer service- I would highly recommend!

I was having really bad back problems I never experienced before, trouble sleeping and staying asleep and found that it may be my mattress that was causing this. I went into this place hoping someone could help me figure out what would work best for me. Luckily I ran into Keith, a super helpful employee that didn’t try an oversell me on the most expensive item in the store, which is why I was skeptical to even go into one of these stores in the first place. I left this store feeling good about my purchase and can’t wait to see how well this will impact my day to day life. I spent 15 minutes on each bed till I narrowed it done two two different mattresses this is where I really needed his help his experience and personal opinion mattered a lot to me and helped me make a good decision. I especially liked that he didnt approach me like a salesperson I remember when I first learned about the adjustable base I was talking about my lower back pain and he asked if Id heard of one I said yeah but I didnt really know much so I laid on the mattress and he moved up my feet just a little bit and I said ohThats great! He said I didnt even show you everything I can do, wait till you see this. When the head went up too just a bit it was perfect I knew I had to get one. I am going to tell everyone to check out our and see what theyre missing. I didnt realize that buying a mattress and bed frame even an adjustable base would be so affordable!
