He was patient while I Goldilocks-ed my way around testing out several mattress surfaces. He did not pressure me for one second. I walked in looking for a pillow and Kim assisted me. She was so helpful I decided to inquire about the mattresses since they were so comfortable. I tired four mattresses and I had trouble deciding because I was overwhelmed by the different options. Kim was so lovely and patient with me throughout the process of finding the right mattress for me. She had excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. Although, I didn’t but one today, I will come back when I’m ready.

Talked to a sleep consultant today and get some helpful information. Kim Murphy is very knowledgeable about the mattresses and gave us some good advice. Will definitely contact her once we are ready to get our new mattresses, which would be our third time we buy tempurpedic mattresses.

As others have mentioned Kim is exceptional, my fiance and I bought our first Tempur-Pedic due to Kims knowledge. Walked in to a clean and organized store. We were greeted by a very professional, friendly, knowledgeable associate, Shakila. She made sure to understand what brought us in and what was important to us in a mattress. She made sure all the beds we layer on were sanitized with protective covers. Wealth of knowledge, she had an answer to every question. She even asked us questions we hadn’t thought of ourselves. We walked away very excited about our purchase and we have to give Shakila all the credit! Can’t wait to sleep!

After searching for a mattress company on Yelp, walked into the store and Wayne came to help us immediately. Showed and tested 2 mattresses. The first one was great but a bit out of our budget, the 2nd one was good too. Still shopping around, nonetheless, Wayne was very welcoming and helpful!

Wayne at the store helped me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and a very pleasant person to deal with. The store was clean and all the beds were well displayed. With all the COVID-19 issues, they have disposable covers for the bed and pillows if you want to try out a bed in the store. Would definitely buy from them again. Have yet to take delivery of the adjustable bed and mattress we bought. Hopefully it lives up to the wonderful experience we had at the store with Wayne.

We had an amazing experience in the store this afternoon. Matt H spent loads of time answering our questions. He was super patient and walked us around and showed us every bed and told us the pros and cons of each one. He told us his personal and professional opinion of the mattresses, and not once was he trying to push us to make a purchase. We ultimately ended up making a purchase and he walked us through the process making it as convenient as possible. We could not of asked for a better experience from Matt, and will definitely be staying in the tempur-pedic family.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store in Walnut Creek. As soon as I walked in to the store, I was greeted by Vanessa Cardenas. She was able to point me in the right direction after learning about my preferred mattress firmness and sleeping preference. She took her time and sanitized all areas before I sat on any mattress. She was very knowledgable about the mattresses and was able to answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and provided a great shopping experience.

Our visit to the Walnut Creek store was very educational, as we learned all about the mattresses and bases in the Tempur-pedic product line. Wayne, the store manager, walked us through the features and benefits of the Breeze series mattresses. His extensive knowledge of the products helped us in deciding which mattress best met our needs. We’re looking forward to taking delivery of our new mattress and base set, and the Tempur-pedic restful sleep experience.

We worked with Shakila who was very knowledgeable about the products. She was personable, fun, & helpful. She spent over an hour with us, explaining, demonstrating about the different products. All the mattresses felt comfortable. It was hard to decide on what we wanted. Shakila explained again in details the differences & helped us narrow down to the best choice for us. We purchased a king bed with some discounts. She even added a pair of pillows for free. Were supposed to get our bed delivered in a week. We think well be happy with our bed.

When I came in, I specifically told the sales associate, Shakila, that I wasnt going to purchase at her store, as I was just there to get more information on the various products and needed to buy the bed through a warranty issue from another mattress store. This was my first time buying a Tempurpedic mattress, and wanted to know as much as possible about the differences in the mattresses.
