Worst furniture purchase experience of my life. And I can definitely speak to this as I use to work in furniture industry years ago. My shopping experience was good. But when it came to actual follow through they dropped ball. We put down a deposit for items to arrive. When they did no called, even after we kept checking ourselves. Not to mention we worked 2 doors down. So there was no excuse when items did arrive in November someone sold them off the floor. Out from under us. Know full well we had deposit and we’re only waiting to see it and complete purchase. One phone call it all it took. But that never happened! I had to wait till December 24 for it be sent to my home when it did my king base looked like it had been dragged across the concrete and Edward Scissor Hands sliced it apart. Which was crazyBecause I had just inspected this item 2 days before!So once again my king Matress and king base delivery had to put on hold.Finally it came on December 31 2020Only to break down 1 mo 14 days later!This is by far the worst experience everAnd you do is get the run around here !!!!Very dissatisfied! Not only are selling defective items their customer-service is certainly lacking!!So yes run awayFrom here and buy else where!

After extensive searching the internet about tempur pedic mattresses and others and countless stores I decided to take a look in person at the Mattress Firm store in Wanut Creek. My original mattress was purchased at sleep train 10 years ago and Mattress firm bought them out.I knew they would have a great selection to see and Im so happy I went. I have just had the best experience at mattress firm! Sean Linn is an excellent sales person. He showed me many different mattresses and told me the strengthsof each of them and encouraged me to lie on each of them for 10 minutes. I’ve been here for almost 3 hours and he was just marvelous in the way that he cared about my comfort and and wanted to make sure that as a guest I had the best experience.Because of him I bought a Tempurpedic and paid twice what I intended to. It was the best one for my hip replacement. I would never have tried it without him.

I just went into this store and had a really pleasant experience. Thomas was the sales associate who assisted me. I felt like he was taking my questions seriously and trying to help me find a mattress that find my needs. I did not feel pushed into buying an expensive mattress. I felt like his recommendations were really geared towards helping me with my sleeping issues, regardless of the price of the mattress. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm.

My daughter just finished college and is starting a new job in the Walnut Creek area. This weekend we drove up from southern CA and helped move her into a new apartment. She needed a new bed and we went to Sleep Train on North Broadway and was helped by Ben. He seemed nice and helpful. My daughter selected a Beauty Rest mattress set that suited her and Ben told her that he had a Grade A clearance set available. He explained that Grade A meant that the mattress was like new and had only been on display for one week or so in a store. When the mattress was delivered, we noticed a rip on one side where the handle strap was. Upon closer inspection the handle was practically torn off, leaving a hole in the mattress material at both ends. The delivery person said we should call the store and that they would wait while we did in case we decided to refuse delivery. We called the store and spoke to Ben who quickly passed us over to the store manager. Instead of addressing the issue and what he could do to make it right, he tried to make us feel bad saying that they had sold us the set for close to their cost and that Ben (salesman) was only making a couple dollars on the sale. We asked for an additional discount or a replacement that was not damaged. The manager said he could not do anything for us and would have to call his supervisor and call us back later that day. In the meantime, the delivery people did not wait and simply left while we were on the phone with the manager. The manager did not call us back.2/27/2017 Update: After posting my review on Yelp we were contacted by Sleep Train Social Care Dept. asking for more details. A few days later they called and said they had received authorization to replace the mattress. The replacement was delivered yesterday and is new condition.

Very nice sales people. They let me little jump /play on all the beds. She had an awsome time. But she left a little suffy behind. The staff took very good care of it and when we returned they let her play again and wrote a wonderful Velveteen Rabbit like note, about her stuffy stay in the matress store. Possibly the worst customer service and worst buying experience Ive endured. Short story, my wife ordered 2 beds and 2 adjustable frames. On the delivery date, only 2 beds and ONE frame came. The initial solution from an employee was cancel it altogether, which at this point, I wish we did because they dont deserve our money. Then the 2nd solution was to wait until November 19th for the other frame. So just throw my mattress on the floor for 2 months and thats a solution. Ok... So finally a resolution! Ill get a temp stationary frame until the adjustable is back in stock, which will be delivered 9/19. I get a call today that now the frame wont be delivered until 9/22. Maybe. Hopefully. Were on the schedule for delivery, but who knows. This is all a mess and a huge regret. Idk how they have so many good reviews unless theyre fake because this cant be the 1st time and if it is, its a shame. Wont buy from any Mattress Firm again. Wont recommend. Will post reviews on every site possible. Negative stars should be an option
