Saul did a terrific job helping me find the right mattress and helping me manage the financing process. The financing company, Synchrony, was difficult to deal with and I was not pleased with the store managers handling of the situation but Saul was terrific. He has a great way of interacting with people, excellent customer service focus and seems genuinely interested in solving problems so that everyone is satisfied.

The shopping and sales experience was quite fun, and satisfying. Saul impressed us with his knowledge, experience, congenial conversation and thoroughness with the details of closing the sale. I will comment later on the bed, as we won’t get it delivered until early November.

The sales rep was excellent providing insightful information about the mattress that we were interested in. He listened carefully to both of our concerns and matched us with the best product. There was no pressure to buy but we were satisfied with the product and the promotional sales do we bought a complete set. We had intended to look a bit more but Saul was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and we felt comfortable and motivated to buy from him.

Had a friend who received a defective mattress, only 6 weeks ago! She went back to return it and upgraded it to a more expensive mattress, they charged her a delivery fee ! I think that because it was defective and should have not been up to there standards,! She should have not been charged! I dont like going to Costco..... They offer great returns policys!

I recently went to Mattress Firm in Downtown Walnut Creek on Labor Day. I went with my wife and we bought a mattress that was delivered today. I couldnt be happier with the service and delivery process. The manager Arash was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate my wife and I even though I wasnt approved for the full cost of the mattress. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because I ordered a high profile pillow and its not going to be arriving on time due to being on back order. Once my pillow arrives I may edit my review.Update: I was called on 9/14 by the manager to go pick up my 2 pillows that I ordered. On the voicemail he left he said very clearly that he had two pillows for me to pick up. I went to go pick them up last night and was informed that they only had one pillow for me and the other one would need to be reordered. I am very upset about this. I think they sold my pillow to someone else. Now my wife and I are fighting over who gets to use the pillow. 🤬

I entered Mattress Firm today very stressed after having found out that my mattress was being shipped to the wrong address (and the shipping date was tomorrow). The manager there (8/10/2021) was extremely patient, kind, and efficient as they contacted the transportation company and, within 30 minutes, made sure that the company was delivering to the correct address and would STILL be able to deliver on the same day despite the new address being in a different city. If it weren’t for him, this could’ve been an incredibly stressful and taxing experience. Instead, I came out of the building extremely relieved and grateful.

Not sure if this was a one off but I did not have a great experience here. The salesperson started off fine. But after showing a few choices I began feeling pressure to buy. I had some questions since I had a written quote from a different store and I think this upset her. I was trying to compare the pricing with the adjustable bed frame and she was hesitant to give me a price and gave me a range. She then started bad mouthing that brand I had the quote from (very tacky). When I asked for a written quote because I wasnt planning to buy that day she didnt want to but did in the end. The final straw was when she said the classic salesperson line What is it going to take to get you to purchase your bed today? I felt like I was a number added to her commission rather than her caring for my needs as a customer. Wont be going back to this store.

The guys were on time and set up my bed in about 10 minutes. I got everything I ordered and I love it. Fantastic service! I love my new bed!!

I was dreading having to select three mattresses (one queen and two doubles) with all the testing, decision making, and cost that was going to be involved. That is when Saul Murillo came into the picture and took away my anxiety. It was obvious from the onset that he was very knowledgeable in his trade. Saul is smart, professional, courteous, and most of all has a delightful personality. He is one of those exceptional individuals who went well beyond what duty requires, presenting me with a good deal for the three mattresses during the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Saul is a true asset to Mattress Firm!

We came in late Monday evening before closing and was surprised to be greeted by three staff members. Since we knew what we wanted before entering the store, the only issue was to narrow the field of Hybrid beds and whether the Adjustable Bed Frame was a possible for our bed frame verses the normal box spring. There was no push, just guidance from the sales staff. This process of choosing a bed is so subjective. Even the manufacturers are not consistent in how they label their firmness, so I did trust the staffs recommendations and opinions. Since I already had purchased this very same bed in Seattle from Mattress Firm for my son, I can say there seems to be a pattern of knowledge about mattresses. In the end, I bought two Beautyrests. Inventory was an issue in Seattle, but not for the Bay Area.

Ria was our salesperson. She was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and explained everything thoroughly to us, and gave us a great deal. I highly recommend the store to anyone. If I could give it six stars I would.

We visited late AM at the Walnut Creek location and meet with Saul. He was informed, solicitous to us without pressure. We left after about 45 minutes in store did some comparison shopping and decided to return and purchase from him. He quickly completed the transaction for us and we are now awaiting delivery.

Both my experiences at this location have been excellent. My mom is hearing impaired and it can be very difficult for her to communicate with sales reps. Ethan worked with her via email so that she could communicate easily, and when we came back to the store to finalize the purchase he was so patient and understanding with us.

We went in looking for a purple mattress and Art the manager was very helpful. He listen to what we needed and made sure the bed suited our needs. He also very helpful in letting us know our options about having it delivered in another state as we plan on moving soon. We went into Matress Firm Walnut Creek last night and not expecting to buy a mattress right away but we were looking to replace our old mattress Saul was very friendly and very professional and guided us to the best mattress for us. We left the store knowing we had made the best choice and the best price as we were able to compare prices across different companies. We haven’t received the mattress yet it is due tomorrow and we can update the review once the mattress has arrived and we have tested. We decided on a Purple 4 Cal King And 900 adjustable base. We are excited to test out the new bed mattress and base.

I want to give a big thanks to Saul from this location who helped me about a month ago in selecting a queen size Serta hybrid mattress. I went into the store a few weeks ago with my mom (who only speaks Spanish) and luckily Saul was able to answer questions for to both of us. He was so kind and very knowledgable about what type of bed would suit me best given that I had a recent shoulder injury, while acknowledging my preference for a firmer mattress. What I dreaded would be an hours long decision took less than an hour since I absolutely loved the first bed he suggested and have been enjoying it for the past few weeks! He was also very helpful in ensuring a smooth delivery. I highly recommend coming to this location (all of the sales people were friendly and take their time) and highly recommended working with Saul.

So, we returned and were surprised that they spent even more time with us trying to get the right fit and did not make us feel guilty whatsoever for requesting a replacement. Was super happy that I could process warranty replacement of mattress through their website (had to prove the body indents were deep), come in store to pick out replacement that was delivered a few days later on-time and took away the back-hurting mattress we bought almost 2 years ago. After good in-store experience in selecting and ordering a new Tempur -Luxebreeze bed, I found a lower price on the same bed at Macys. I contacted my salesman for an adjustment under the low price guarantee policy. I was quickly given credit to match the Macys price. However, I was informed that the policy language of beating the competitor by 10% didnt apply to the brand of bed I purchased. WARNING. This detail is not stated anywhere in the Mattress Firm website or in the written language attached to my sales receipt.Initially my purchase included a $300 free gift as advertised in the store and online. However, my salesman reversed it from my order stating that applying the low price guarantee adjustment required him to remove the free gift as it no longer qualified. WARNING. This is not explained anywhere in the Mattress Firm online free gift details or in the store display.

I had went to a couple different stores before going to the Mattress Firm in Walnut Creek and when we got there the sales associate was helping another customer but made sure we were tended to. We then went to go look at the bed we were interested in which was the new Serta iSeries hybrid bed.
