I needed four new tires and this Goodyear location made it easy and convenient! The team started working on my car promptly at the beginning of my appointment time and completed the work ahead of the estimated wait time. Robert (the store manager) is easy to communicate and work with. Based on his experience he recommended I also get everything aligned. I’m glad I did. Definitely would recommend and go back to this location!

Robert turned a 1 star rating into a 5 star with his stellar customer service. We left with a leaking drain plug after an oil change. Luckily they had been honest and told me it might have been stripped, or I wouldnt have been checking for a leak. We lost about a quart of oil in a day and I have to replace the drain plug and all of the oil myself. When we called to let them know what had happened, Robert offered us a refund and a credit on future services. The situation could have been a lot worse, and were happy with the way it ended up.

Customer Service and communication from Robert was great. The car was ready at the time they said at a price slightly lower than their initial quote. Cant beat that!

Great customer service. We had difficulties getting our car there, but they were patient. Once the car was there, it was quick. The only thing to be aware of, parking can be tight in their lot. Good to know we have this place so close to our house!

Great service from scheduling to checkout. The Store Manager Robert took my call and even helped me figure out my tire size. I was seen at my appt time and Robert reviewed what I needed done. I appreciated that he didn’t push me to get anymore than what I needed. I have always had a great experience here, and Robert is always friendly and helpful. Yesterday I apparently got a screw in my tire that caused a slow leaking flat. I made an appointment last night for this morning, took the car in and they repaired it for free (they’re not even Goodyear tires, they are Michelins that came with the car). I also decided to get a tire rotation and a wheel balance since I was overdue for it and have a road trip coming up. Even on such short notice they finished my car in about 2 hours at a very reasonable price. I’m very grateful to have them so close by!

I go back to this Goodyear again and again because of the excellent, consistent, and fair service.I had an emergency issue with my brakes and Robert and the team accommodated me on the same day, quickly diagnosed, and resolved the issue. I recommend this location.

I received excellent service! I discovered one of my tires was completely flat. I called triple A and they pumped it up enough for me to drive out to Goodyear for a closer inspection. Turned out the rim was corroded a bit, and that’s how air escaped from the tire. Goodyear patched it up with new sealant and about an hour later I was good to go. And they tire patch didn’t cost anything! So far the car works just fine. Many thanks to Robert at the front desk for taking care of me.Also note that this location had masks for all employees and plexiglass dividers in the office space to help keep everyone safe.

Outside of the issues I have with my car, I never have an issue with the technicians at Goodyear. They tell me what is wrong with my car, they provide exceptional customer service, and they remember me every time I come in for an oil change (even though it’s month apart) or whatever else my 2005 Honda Accord decides to do. While I wish their cost of labor was lower, I know this is not created by the establishment or employees themselves, I have been faithful customer for over 4 years and plan to keep coming around.

So far so good. Towed my car to Goodyear DC. The manager was congenial and seemed to be well versed in auto repair. Monday theyll call with a diagnosis and an estimate...stay tuned.

Shop isn’t busy, they have plenty of techs and they are taking their time. The mechanic couldn’t form a sentence correctly and then was disrespectful. Plus had me wait extra 45 min to bring vehicle inside to say he couldn’t repair. The customer staff was great and helpful.

This is a fantastic place. Keep in mind that I have had no work performed other than tires I bought and the maintenance to those tires. With that said, I am extremely happy with the way I am treated from the time I walk in until the time I leave. These guys are very professional and seem to excel at their craft.Maybe one day I will trust them is other areas of work as well.

I came here because of the reviews but my experience was not so good. It took over three hours for my front end alignment (and I made an appointment). I knew something was going on but I remained optimistic. Once I finally got into my car I hit the breaks to put the car in gear and I heard a pop noise and my breaks went flat. I looked under the car and my break hose (driver front) was broken off. The mechanic came to claim nothing was wrong and he didnt do it. I got with the manager and he said he could fill me with fluid and pop the line back in place but not to take responsibility for the broken line since I got suspension work done and not my breaks.. knowing cars, I told the manager this was caused by the mechanic not being careful. Anyone that knows cars, knows the break house sits right in front of the suspension where the work needs to be preformed. Careless attention was a result in breaking this line. I believe this is what took so long with my alignment. Im sure they were making an attempt to quick fix the break line. After the manager said he would try to pop the line back on and fill the fluid, I knew it would not work due to the pressure that it will just pop off like it did when I first got my car back. The manager kept claiming there not at fault even after I responded that I havent even moved my car... It was a lost cause. So me and my 2 year old son left and drove the car back home without breaks, using the emergency breaks and shifting down to stop. I would not have let a customer leave my shop with secondary breaking after my employees performed work. Regardless of whos at fault.I got home, ordered the part ($11.00) and did the replacement myself. I would not recommend their service to anyone. I seriously couldnt believe they just assumed to try a quick fix on a break hose.The alignment isnt even that good, my steering wheel is not quite aligned when driving straight. Waste of my time at the shop and replacing a beak hose at home.

I needed new tires in a hurry having had a nail stuck in one of mine. I ordered the tires over the phone and in 24 hours they were waiting for me and my car to arrive. You can drop your car off or wait for service. There is a waiting room; staff is courteous and work quickly to get you in and out. I was very satisfied with the service, reception, and attendance my car was given.

I think this Goodyear has great service. The employees that I speak with are always very kind (even though the customers are not always that way). I have had small things fixed on my car here a few times. They always have it finished in the time that they say they will. They called to ask if I will be able to pick up my car today, to make sure I did not need them to lock it up in the garage. I was actually late picking up my car, and Robert called to give me a friendly reminder, then waited around for me to get there. I felt terrible about him having to stick around because of my mistake, but he was very nice about it. I dont know anything about cars, but I always feel very comfortable and well taken care of there. Nice people. Thanks again, Robert!

I was shopping around for some tires and I dropped by GOODYEAR tire center. After reviewing certain tires I decided to get the Assurance Maxlife these tires will lastyou 85,000 miles

Robert and the whole staff here were rock solid. Ordered my tires through the Goodyear website and they got them shipped down that morning and installed in exactly an hour and half, as advertised. He even had the rebate paperwork filled out for me to send in at checkout.

Set up appointment online on 2 separate occasions and got called back each time saying compressors are not working and have to cancel appointment. Not quite sure how a tire shop can work with faulty compressors

Brought my car here for work to be done on it. Came back with almost as a many new problems as I brought it in with. They told me Id have to bring it in for a few days for some expensive, time consuming electrical work.A quick google search and you tube video, $9.52 at the auto parts store, and 2 minutes to pop the hood and change two fuses eliminated the need for multiple days in their shop to find the problem. I suspect either extreme dishonesty or incompetence. Ill never bring my car here again.How is it that someone that knows almost nothing about working on cars could fix a problem so easily, yet they had 2 days with the car and couldnt figure out that I needed a new fuse...AFTER I ASKED THEM IF IT WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE A FUSE REPLACEMENT?

I came in with a flat tire for a plug. There was a small nail in the tire and when I showed the guy, he took one look at the brand new tire and said Nope, we cant fix that, youll have to get a new tire. I took it to Mac Tire and they plugged it in 15 minutes for $17.
