Recently bought an e gift card. Was shocked they didnt have the regular ones. Oh well. I did not get the e gift card to my email. Have to say....top notch customer service. They asked me to check spam...wasnt there. Sent it again popped right in my inbox. Not only great drinks....but the team at the main store impressed me with the customer service. Was prompt with call backs. Keep it up. You have a great thing going.

The staff is wonderful and the place isCozy. I had the ham and cheese sandwich and the cashier recommended adding an egg. Fabulous! It was a great lunch, perfect portions.

I cant say enough Positive things about Exit 11 and the owners. For starters I started going there when it was just the coffee shop, and now they have two drive thru locations! I am excited they have one in union! I would use to drive out of my way just so that I could get a cup of GOOD coffee. If I were to compare their coffee to Starbucks or Panera.. well its 100x better. I get a little sad when I travel they dont have a location everywhere! The food is excellent as well!! If you havent tried their breakfast burritos, they are a must try! They are made with organic and locally sourced ingredients and it totally makes a difference. Its awesome to see owners who care so much about quality and consistency. They are also very efficient, with the drive thru locations you wont be waiting as long as you do in any other fast food drive thru. Hands down my FAVORITE coffee shop EVER!!

Exit 11 is a great place to go if you are meeting a friend or client. They do an amazing job at the coffee house, providing quality food and drink.I also enjoy utilizing Exit 11 as a remote office to get work done. The decor is wonderful and the staff is phenomenal.

The employees are so friendly and quick to apologize if anything takes even a second longer than its supposed to.The handmade whipped cream and chocolate gives the coffee a good and natural vibe to the place. Angela was super accommodating for our visit. My husband and I shared a the private workspace, comfy chairs even though they dont look like it, day reliable internet. The coffee was perfect, so were the quick bites! We will be back!

Im not much of a coffee guy, but after entering Xpresso Coffee House that changed. The owner helped me pick something that was right for me and explained everything I wanted to know. He was a very nice guy and I could see how passionate he was about providing quality to his customers. I hope to see Xpresso expand.

The friendliest place on the planet. They are all passionate about coffee and want to give everyone the best experience possible. The Louisiana cold brew is by far the best cold brew I ever tasted.

Rather than serve me coffee that was not fresh at the moment, Scott whipped me up a flat white from newly ground beans that smelled amazing. The drink was excellent and on par, if not better than Starbucks due to the friendly service. Recommend highly that you stop in and try one!

My favorites are the 4 berry smoothie, the breakfast burrito and a mild cup of coffee. Everyone is so nice.

Tried my favorite Café Mocha at this place after struggling to find the location. However I loved their coffee. The service was wonderful and I was treated well.

I started with a new company that did not have a brick and mortar office in Washington. Having the private office, with receptionist, mail service, printer and copier was like having my own little private office. It was perfect!

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a new coffee shop for quite some time now. We could never quite find a cafe that met our caffeine addiction requirements. That is, until today. As we drove down Highway A, we discussed our quest to find the coffee house advertised by the billboard on Highway 100. Upon our arrival at the plaza on the corner of Jefferson and Fourteenth, we discovered our latest and greatest hangout space and coffee drinkery. Xpresso Coffee House is not only equipped with incredible customer service skills within their staff, the coffee is some of the best my girlfriend and I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. We cant wait to come back and enjoy more coffee and pastries!

This was my first time checking this place out and it was great! Scott opened the door for me and made me a flat white with the skill and knowledge of a professional barista.
