The staff are great. Supper friendly and helpful. The property is always clean. I like that they have a layer of insulation in the ceiling which reduces the amount of heat (baking) that occurs in normal storage units around So. UT during the summer. I have 6 large units, some at other facilities without the insulation, and it makes a noticeable difference.

This is an excellent facility for storing all of the things that you just can’t fit in your house but just can’t seem to part with it. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. They regularly spray and maintain the area to ensure that neither bugs nor rodents will get anywhere close to your possessions. Access to the individual storage units is very easy and accommodates a wide variety of vehicles, including trucks of various sizes. Rick is the person who helped my wife and I and he’s a true joy to work with. Very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. If you find yourself in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend Towne Storage!!!

I went in to Towne Storage and the customer service was remarkable. Sue and Rick were so courteous and kind. They were both so helpful and informative. I didnt end up getting a unit at this time, but when I am ready for a storage unit I will definitely rent a space from Towne Storage.

Terrific experience at the Towne Storage on Washington Dam Rd. Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to help us through the rental process. The office is clean, friendly, organized and quick. We searched many other options in town and this was the right choice for the best customer service! Highly recommend the facility and the employees.

I highly recommend Towne Storage! It is a great place and Rick, the site manager was extremely helpful as well as the woman in the office! (Sorry to have forgotten her name, but she deserves recognition because she was absolutely wonderful!!) She was so patient when I came in 20 minutes before closing to get a unit and explained everything very well for me. She made sure I was prepared and ready for my chaotic move. Rick was able to answer any questions I had and reassured me that they have very safe and protected units. They require codes to get in and out of the units and are open from 6 am to 9 pm. They have some of the best times of availibility for their customers to access the units from my research of places around St. George. I am extremely grateful for their wonderful customer service because they made my stressful move so much easier! Definitely going to miss them when I am back in Idaho!

They treat you like family. Rick is awesome to work with. If you can get a unit here you wont regret it. Availability until 9pm, unlike other places that only allow to 7pm. I have no problems. A++!

I went in to set up a unit and Rick waited for me and worked through his lunch to help me get set up. I really like that the units are alarmed each time you leave the facility and I also appreciate that the code to enter is not universal. That eliminates past renters from having access because the code depends on your specific unit and changes with each rental. I love the peace of mind knowing that what I leave there is safe and in good hands.

Very happy with our experience. Rick greeted us and took us around the property to show us a few units, and efficiently processed the paperwork. We actually really enjoyed talking to him, super nice guy.As far as our unit, it was clean and ready to go. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this place at all.

The people there are really nice the other day I went with my grandma and sister and the guy who helped us with are storage compartment and went out of his way and brought us some water I recommend this storage facility

Ive been reluctant to get a storage unit over the years, but with the help of Rick this weekend I feel very secure about my personal belongings being safe .Rick not only was extremely friendly but very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the correct size unit to ensure I wasnt over charged or trying to pack to much stuff in a smaller unit .Awesome place, awesome crew. Would definitely recommend to others .

Excellent facility and very helpful staff. By mistake I reserved a unit that was too small, but they were able to switch me to a bigger unit right away. I only needed it for a short time, but everything went smoothly. My unit was clean and it was nice to have drive-up access with a large truck. My only complaint is that you have to be out of the gate by 9PM. I appreciate the security, but it would be nice to get in a bit later sometimes.

Highly recommend this place for any storage or Uhaul needs! The staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Great pricing for storage, moving supplies, etc. Best thing about this place though, is the customer service here. It is beyond anything Ive experienced. Shout out to Rick, thank you.

I typically don’t review businesses, but after our experience with this location, I had to.We drove straight to this location after driving for 6 hours in mid-July, in hopes the unit that was available that morning, would still be available.While we waited to hear if it had been cleared out by previous renter, we chatted with Rick.I get these are just storage units, but at this particular location, you also get Rick & the girls. Everyone is so kind, and each time we come to grab random things out of storage, Rick comes out to say hello, see how things are going, ask how he can help, and I can’t tell you how many times we drive in and just wait to hear him in the distance as he walks over to greet us.The units are clean as a storage unit can be, and we were keen on the gate code system. You check in, you check out, and if your lock has been removed, but your code wasn’t used to get in the gate, you are alerted immediately. They have set hours that you may come in/out, and we loved the idea of NO ONE coming and going during the night.I was reading through heaps of reviews, and was so happy to see how many people mentioned Rick, he truly is the kindest, thoughtful, and genuine man I have ever met, besides my own dad. It was so great to see everyone else loves him just as much as we do!

I can not say enough how impressed I am with this company and with this location especially. Everyone that works in the office are so friendly and go out of their way to help. When we were moving out, we had broken a mirror and had forgotten to bring a broom and dustpan. They lent us the broom and dustpan and offered to let us put the broken mirror pieces into their own garbage bins. During the 3 years we rented from then, they had to call me a couple of time to remind me to make my payment and were so friendly in the process. I would for sure use this company and location again.

Best storage facility I have used. I have rented other storage units before and was ok. Towne Storage on Washington Dam Rd. Is the cleanest, best priced, most friendly, and Securest facilities I have used. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

My first impression on the phone were good. On my arrival, Sue greeted me and showed me around, explaining the services and security features. Our follow up visit was with Rick. His ability to quickly understand our unique storage need, providing us with the professional one on one experience that we have not found at any other storage facility. Lovely people running the storage unit. They keep it cleaned, and organized. They really dont answer the phone right when u call, so call a few times.

Excellent experience! The entire team at Town Storage helped make our transition to a new house easy. Big units at an affordable price made unloading moving van into storage efficient. Great recommendation for moving help from Stan, the facility Manager. Convenient on-site rental of U-Haul truck to move out of unit. Every encounter was an extremely positive customer service experience. I highly recommend the facility and staff of Towne Storage. They treat their customers right.

Washington Dam Storage made our year long transition as easy as it possibly could have been. Stan and his staff were great! Very personable, and helpful. Also, the facilities were clean, convenient, and always accessible. We were always coming and going, moving things to and from storage as life required, and we never dealt with a single negative impact related to storage. We will use them again in the future!

Really appreciate the service and assistance which Mike provided my wife and I. We have been looking for an enclosed storage unit for our boat and was not having much luck. Did a search on Google and found Town Storage Washington Dam. The facility is very clean and really like the security of the property and the easy access. Mike was very through in the paperwork and we were in and out in 20 minutes. We looked at a lot of storage facilities and this one was by far, the best!

It is a great, clean location. And Rick is amazing at helping to get what you need. 10 Stars

Needed room to store our entire 3 bedroom house full of furniture and belongings... and then some...we found Towne Storage on Washington Dam Rd to be the answer to our prayers with a clean and spacious unit that was conveniently located and reasonably priced.Stan ( the facility manager ) went above and beyond the call of service for us and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Make sure you sign up for auto-pay on your own. Dont let them figure it out for you. And make sure you cancel auto-pay a month before you plan to move out. Also, make sure you submit an intended move out date and speak with the manager and MAKE SURE HE CANCELS THE ACCOUNT before you leave. Otherwise you will have to contact them multiple times to get your account cancelled. Everything was great until we had to move out of the unit. Two months later and we finally get an account cancellation.

Nice place. Nice guy. Fast to get the truck and close to where I needed it. What more could you really ask for when renting a truck to move stuff?

I buy and resell units. I bought two at this location and immediately waited ten minutes for this guy to just shoot the breeze with some other old white guy - while I just waited to pay for my units.He treated me like a second class citizen. I had to ask for a code because he forgot to give me one to get in and out. He said, Here, just use mine. Ive bought and resold tons of units and have NEVER not had my own code. Very unprofessional.I checked my paperwork and couldnt find anything that said no yard sales at units, so I had one and he got really upset. Its not in the contract not to dude, and I cant read your mind that you didnt want me to have one.On top of all that I got a call this morning and he told me tons of junk was left. I hired someone to come clean and sweep out the units and THEY SENT ME PICS OF CLEAN UNITS. I asked him if he could send me pics of what he was talking about and he said, No. Thats Not My Job. He then gave me a lecture that I am CERTAIN he would not have given a man. When I tried to explain why I needed to see; he said, you need to take care of it. Thanks. And hung up.Despite his unprofessional and aggressive behavior towards me, Ive followed up with my cleaning people. They have confirmed that both were cleaned. I live in SLC and was only down for the weekend to pick these units up and basically just have their word (and THEIR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE) and then this ornery, sexist, old mans word who wont even walk to the storage unit to take a pic and send it to me!I will never buy another unit here. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this jerk.EDIT - I posted this same review on their Facebook page, and a stranger who lives in St. George messaged me and offered to drive by to check who was lying - the cleaner or the manager. Guess what? IT WAS CLEAN. She said nothing was out. She took pics to prove it and sent them to me. Makes me even more mad now that this jerk lied to me; and Im not even sure why, since he didnt have a security deposit to possibly keep. STAY AWAY!

We drove from Idaho to St. George with a Uhaul trailer packed with goods. We were running late, but Jessica stayed until after closing time at 6pm to make sure we got settled in a unit. She even helped us figure out where to return the trailer and gave us directions. Jessica was courteous and took great care of us. She was a lifesaver after many hours on the road. The Adamsons definitely recommend Towne Storage and their awesome staff like Jessica.

Rick is outstanding! I had to chase around for a uhaul trailer and it wasnt until I worked with Rick that I was finally taken care of. He was very polite and respectful and considerate when it came to the Time crunch I was in. If anyone is looking for a storage or a uhaul Rick at Towne storage is who you should be seeing.

I felt very comfortable leaving my storage here. It is clean, the people are actually there all day to help you, and it is gated and secure. They have security cameras and elecronic gate. Great service!

Never again. Utah is notorious for bad business practices. We rented a space and a couple of days later found out we did not need it. We were informed there is no refund or pro rated refund. I have rented spaces in other places that were more than happy to do partial month of the space was not even used for a minute. No hassles. There are better placed around town to rent space from. Steer clear of this place

I know this is a franchise so I wont speak for every location but the staff here reminds me of those swindler auto shops that invent problems in your car to fix. They claimed we left our unit cluttered when we were done and they tried billing us cleaning fees. When we provided pictures that it was clean, he kept insisting we come back and used very derogatory comments towards my girlfriend.

Stan was extremely helpful with our move in, making sure the unit we rented was exactly what we needed for our belongings while we built our home.

I been doing business with town storage for 4 years now.Stan & Jessica have the best customer service. If you need clean secure storage, town storage is the place to store.
