Layout felt very familiar, I like how warehouse-y the interior feels.

Cashiers r very friendly. I don’t like how the stockers are in my way when I shop. They should have night stocking and get paid over time….

Only complaint is pricing. But love the store selection and support for local business.

Changing my 5 star to 2. No P.P.E., no way you can social distance with store setup, no sanitizer or sanitized carts. 🙄

I shop at 3 bears on a regular basis, I got there 10 minutes to 9 on Sunday, with hours being so odd I checked hours on the google, and it stated they were open till 10pm. When I drive up an older male employee came to my vehicle and stated they closed at 9pm not 10, I said, ok all I need to get is one thing and I can pay with card and its still 10 minutes before closing. He continued to yell at me saying they were closed (despite it not being 9pm yet). Im not trying to be a Karen here but the situation could have been met with better manners rather that this man who was obviously on a power trip. Maybe state you actually close at 8:50 instead of 9 and update your hours. This emplyee deserves 1 star the rest of the employees do not.

Over crowded. Hard to get in store with cart. Registers are to close to doors making it very hard to get in while people are trying to exit. Large carts with small spaces. I had to keep moving out of the way. Could not stop to look at anything, to many people in same space.

Place has gone down hill, especially in the area of customer service !!!!! I understand the mask thing when your working with the public but speak up when your talking so you can be heard. Idk about you but its hard for me to understand or hear people through them. And of course theres NO eye contact. Then theyve implemented new rules, like the rest of America, without informing the customers. How am I supposed to know not to place my items on the belt until all of the person in front of you has had ALL of theirs taken off of said belt. Maybe you should, oh idk post a sign for your customers if this is how you wish it to be. And MAYBE you should inform your snooty cashiers that most people arent mind readers nor do they appreciate being reprimanded for doing something they had no idea was against store policies now, in front of other people like your a child or something!!! Needles to say I informed her to keep what I had intended to purchase but I really wanted to tell her where she could stick it!!! Just saying!!!

Great location, great prices..But the aisles are always stuffed full of extra pallets they take their time to unload (including milk and eggs that were warm to the touch when I passed by). They have the big carts, but they either have pallets or extra random shelving in the way and you can barely get through to aisles when its busy. Im not sure why they want to unload pallets during 5pm rush but its awful. Hunting section is okay and food produce is hit and miss.

Watched an older woman get harassed by employees for theft when clearly wasnt stealing showed the employee is her bags and receipts proving she wasnt stealing but the employees kept harassing her whoever takes care of the theft department at that store needs to be fired

Everything that I buy at Three Bears off KGB is always fresh and the customer service is always great. The only complaint I have about this location is the backpack rule. Throughout the summer time I ride my motorcycle a lot and therefore if I want to stop at the store I have to have a backpack with me and I dont feel like leaving my backpack on the motorcycle to where somebody come walk off with it yet they complain about it being taken into the store. in a way I do understand the backpack rule because they dont want people stealing products and putting it in their backpacks but it needs to have some type of leniency even if its me leaving my backpack up front with them or them checking my backpack before I leave I would just like to be able to ride my motorcycle and stop by the store at the same time.

Convenience comes with a price. It is a good to have a full grocery store close by. Its well lit and fairly well organized. You will notice that some of the value received from shopping at Costco and Sams Club, disappears at the checkout stand. Nice selection of meats and produce.

Three Bears sells Costco products. It is a little over priced. However, if you need something quick and dont feel like traveling to Anchorage (especially on a Saturday). Then look no further than Three Bears they will have what your looking for.

The inventory manager needs to keep up stock. Thats about it, oh and not really a huge selection due to wearhouse/ wholesale prices also if an item is discontinued in your inventory find the price knock some money off and call it good, your a manager. If its discontinued dont you think you night want to try and sell it. Now if its recalled I understand but discontinued item with no price In your system sell it to make your LOYAL customers happy. K thats all other then that I like the store and staff.just keep up on Inventory. Thank you there bears.

I love 3 Bears.. its close to our house so we dont have to drive all the way into Wasilla and they have several things in stock regularly that I cant find anywhere else. 😊

I dont shop here all too much. Prices are a bit high. If your on a budget Im not too sure this is the spot to shop. They do however have stores all around town so its pretty convenient and they have always been nice & given great help & answers when needed.

Great people and awesome help. One stop place for all your shopping needs. Wide selection of groceries with fast friendly service. Has a pharmacy and more. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Pretty much its Costco and Walmart in one store. Peices are a little bit higher than in regular store but they have all necessary things that you need on regular basis.

Three Bears KGB has a suggestion box where you can ask them to carry specific items, and they have gotten them in stock! Excellent customer service and they sell feed and bedding for chickens, rabbits, and horses. You can also find unique items here.

Three Bears Pittman road has a problem with people with Disabilities shopping at their stores. I e been accosted a number of times about my service dog, multiple times I e explained my dog is licensed and have had to explain my disability to the same person! Last time this man accused me of stealing a single burrito AFTER I had just paid $190.00 for my groceries, and again preceded to tell me I wasn’t disabled nor needed my dog in the store. He was rude and stood very close to me. I would never steal, especially from a store I regularly spend money at. We were weekly shoppers there, but no more. I haven’t even received a call back from corporate and about my complaint! 🚫Three Bears Alaska for me from here on out! If you are disabled and have a service animal beware!

The staff is friendly and efficient. The isles were stocked in a way every product was easy to find. One of my favorite places to shop.

Some of the employees are nice, some are bitchy and that is both grocery and liquor store. You have to watch dates because they are not good at rotating and you will end up buying a close date or outdated item. Really, the only reason I shop them is that they are 3 minutes from my house. Totally for convenience only and only when I really have to.

More cashiers than your typical store that has double cash registers. Positive experience most of the time. Free trimming of bulk meat purchases.

Great place to go for large items like Costco and some smaller stuff really have to watch the dairy products otherwise really great place to go theyll even cut down meat for you any of it to make it into a smaller portion even for two people

Three bears has pretty much anything you could need. They resell Costco products with a little markup to make some cash and offer quality local products.

This has to be one of the cleanest 3 Dancing Bears I have been in! Nice job to the manger as the staff were fast and friendly.

Its great to have a store like this local. The nearest bulk store besides 3 bears is in anchorage and that is really inconvenient, the store is always clean and well stocked.

Its on the way home. But they are not consistent with what they stock. One time theyll have my item the next time not. And when I ask about it, most of the time I get someone who didnt even know they sold it.Its a hit or miss experience.
