Been waiting on a worker to call back about my washer to order a part, never called me. New guy calls and says same thing. Still no call. So first guy never did his job and told the next person. Was supposed to be done and fixed three days ago. Absolutely RIDICULOUS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS INSTEAD OF HAVING A HORDER OF APPLIANCES

Gentleman was very uninterested to help me. When I asked him for a business card he told me he didnt have any and pointed at the show room window to show me his phone number, then turned his back and walked away. Very distasteful. I then left and made my purchase at Lowes. They were very kind and eager to help.
