Every problem I have had with appliances over the years (and I have had several) have been solved with advice and parts from this store. The owner has even given me valuable advice without buying parts many times. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, patient....what more could you ask for.

Very knowledgeable and had what I needed in stock. I could have savwd a few bucks if I ordered online and waited but i needed it asap and I dont mind supporting a local business in the process. I shopped here a couple of times and all were good experiences.

My 10 year old dryer was giving intermittent heat on some cycles, none on regular wash . I was convinced it was the heating element . The Technician / Sales associate said Nope,your contacts on timer are worn . If I had brought the suspect parts with me they would have tested the continuity.I had read lots of information about the reasons of loss of heat and that was one of them . They knew it !My wife had her heart set on a new machine, I was like nope the good old Roper is still kicking, like a Dodge Dart or Ford Maverick 👍

I have been visiting Chipper since 1990. He has provided excellent service in helping me to maintain all home appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and new Wolf electric cook top. He is constant, dependable, cheerful and helpful. You cant get that level of service from a website.

Chip is THE most knowledgeable parts person on the planet. Always helpful and upbeat. When I cant figure it out I call him and he gets it right every time.

This is a one man operation that sells appliance parts. The owner goes out of his way to find the right part and save you money. I had a bushing wear out on my dryer and you could only by it else ware in a complete bearing kit. He went to his stack of parts and came out with just the part I needed saving me $50. Hes been around for years so can give you advice on diagnosing your appliance too.

Awesome! $25 agitator rebuild kit for a 10 year old washer in stock! Doing laundry again in under 15 minutes! My wife thinks Im a hero! These guys are the best!
