They don’t answer the phone, they just seem to put a “bandaid” over the problem with my fridge. They don’t give clear answers and always give me the runaround about my appliance.

I’m only giving it one star and that’s only because you can’t comment without leaving at least one star I’ve ordered a washing machine from this guy over a year ago and he brings me a washing machine Every time he brings back one that is broken and I have no choice because I can’t have my money back. They tell you that they’re going to be there at a certain time and they’re not you have to constantly called them just to remind them about the situation with the washing machine never again. Back again after a year never got a working washing machine and never got my money back 🤦🏽‍♀️

Most disgusting store and people to deal with. My family and I went to the store at 4:30pm purchase washer and dryer, store was not open when they told me they close at 5pm. Call store owner, he says someone would be there in 15 mins. Waited 15 mins and called back he said 10 mins. Waited 10 mins and called back and his dumb ass didnt even answer or return my call. This is not a store to do business with!

RAQUETEROS DE PRIMERA! Never got a refund nor a call from Carlos AKA Rico Appliances he just stole my money and ran to a Waterbury location.

Bought a washing machine from them on a friday. They said they would deliver it on saturday which turned into sunday and finally monday it arrived. Went to use it and it was broke. Was told they would send somebody right out and nobody ever came. Nor are they answering their phone now.

They are never available when you need them. Always put old parts on the machines so they can get money from you.
