Great service snd experience from all star! Started with contacting Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right washer and dryer for what I was looking for at a great price. Delivery/ set up guys were were friendly and made sure everything was balanced and worked correctly before they left and hauled away my old stuff.

The agitator in my washer started grinding, so I called up another company but they couldnt fix my washer as it was newer. So They directed me to All Star. I got an appointment that Thursday,parts came in Saturday and they were here Monday day to finish work. The man that fixed it showed up early both times and was very professional and courteous. I plan to call them if I ever need something else fixed. Highly recommend.

My washing machine died after 21 years of reliable service. After much research and confusion, we saw a ‘35 year Anniversary’ ad for All Star Appliance in Waterbury in our local paper. Upon arriving at the store, we were met by Jeff, the manager, who has been with All Star for 15 years, he gave us all the time we needed to decide on the perfect washing machine (did I say it has been 21 years!). After comparing features, reliability and warranty, we decided on the Maytag model 766. Jeff is very knowledgeable and a friendly person to do business with. Delivery was set a couple of days later. This lead to the next level of customer satisfaction. Josh and Jay arrived within the designated time of delivery. They set everything up and they, also, were extremely knowledgeable with the features and operation of my new washer. They answered all my questions in perfect detail. So when they left, I was ready to tackle my laundry. I did so much wash that my old dryer could not handle it. So, once again, we called All Star, this time spoke with Josh, who helped us decide on the dryer that would work best, Maytag model 465. He arranged everything comfortably over the phone and delivery is set for Monday.In our opinion, after the service and prices that we received there is no reason to shop any where else.Congratulations to Pam and John, and their staff on their 35 years in business.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! Called to have someone look at my refrigerator. A technician came out on October 6th. Said that the fridge needed a new solenoid which I figured (I tested it). They had to order the part and said it may take awhile to come in. I said okay and they wanted an $80 deposit which I paid that dayFast forward to today, November 24th. Still no part. I called and spoke to the owner. Who said the part was on backorder because of the pandemic. I have seen the part on many websites available to be delivered within a few days, not almost 2 months!!!!Since it was taking too long, I wanted to cancel the order. Spoke to the owner who said they can cancel the order, but the $80 I paid was their service call charge and that it wouldnt be refunded. This was not explained to be from the beginning. It doesnt even reference on my receipt I have that I paid for a service call. It simply says deposit with a total amount.Basically this company is scamming people. Taking calls and money from people, saying parts are ordered but never following through. What a scheme.

Went and ordered a Dishwasher, very helpful, kept me from making a mistake (going to a big box store) Feel confident about my purchase thanks to the Sales staff and Brand name. Should be in first week of December. Will update on install.😀

Had refrigerator installed a several months ago.There was an esthetic issue that needed to be addressed. Installers said I’d receive a call that day. After 2 days I called and the person I spoke with said I’ll get back to you. Waited a couple of days and spoke with owners wife regarding issue.She said she never knew anything about it but will get back to me.Still waiting.Too bad, thought I found a reliable place.I’m now in need of a dishwasher.Their loss.

Got my part overnight. A little more than online, but theyre keeping the lights on for us, and it was quick shipment. It was also worth the price because the tech gave me a few minutes to show me what I was doing, and theyre very friendly. Ill use again.

We recently needed to replace a refrigerator, so I called Allstar Appliance. John helped me figure out what would best suit our needs, and gave me a great price. Our new refrigerator was delivered and installed, and they even took away the old one. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I also need a new stove and will definitely be returning to Allstar !

John, Pam, and the whole team at Allstar were fantastic. I needed a smaller washer and dryer for a closet install. They special ordered the units and did a left dryer vent at a great price. I strongly recommend using them!

I needed a new stove, and went to Allstar on the advice of my in-laws, who have been getting their appliances here for years. The shopping process was simple (not trying to up-sell me on anything I didnt need), and the delivery, installation, and removal of our old stove was handled perfectly. Its been a little over a year now and we havent had any issues with it. Heading back for a new fridge soon!

The repair man (John) was on-time, polite and thorough. Could not ask for a better outcome. Very satisfied customer!

Weve been buying appliances from All Star since 1998; just about to purchase our 9th major appliance from them. Pam is always willing to negotiate a price and is very honest when she cannot meet or beat a competitor. Service has always been excellent; on time, quick and clean. Also, we prefer to buy from a local business than from the big box store. Highly recommended!

I was in a panic...we were planning Christmas dinner and we had to purchase foods that needed refridgeration...I woke up and the refridgerator was warm. I was scrambling to find a company to come out last minute. I contacted Josh at All Star Appliance and he sent one of his repair technicians out the next day! The technician was very professional and honest....he got our refridgerator up and running again! We highly recommend this company they are a 10 star company!
