Place is awesome and can take care of any hair needs you have. And makeup and skin products you like too.

They carry the latest items at a competitive price. parking lot is annoying to pull in and out of but its totally worth the hassle. the staff are ALL very polite and extremely helpful, never an attitude and always working when people come in and they never rush you or stalk you and they check on you and make great customized suggestions based on your needs.

They have enough supplies to fill a location the size of 2000 sq ft but theyre only 500 sq ft. Good prices

The place is overcrowded and overwhelming, always adding something to the already crowded place. Im sure its a fire hazard in there. But other than that you find what you want after jumping or walking over the boxes in the isles, and the workers are sometimes friendly.

Over priced, rude, and not many variety of products or hair to purchase. You will spend $15-20 extra if you have to shop here

Customer service is always dependent on the staff that helps you anywhere you go. Everytime I go in there, I can never easily make a choice on which wig. I will try on many & the girls thus far are patient & kind. Yes the store is a little cramped, however you can move around safely. Overall, I Love this store. They have Everything hair. Prices are great. If you want something and are coming from a distance call ahead. They are very helpful.

I’m good with hair products so I don’t normally need help but the girls don’t do their job really and I was over charged on my card . Than after I left store someone tried purchasing things online from amazon . So please don’t use your debit card in hair store cause this was the only place I used card at . I don’t trust the girls there sad to say . And the manager couldn’t even see that I was over charged I had to close my account down

Loved beauty beat when they first opened. With the new workers there not to helpful its like they dont wanna be bothered your literally on your own in that place. I do give them a A + for the variety in wigs and they do have everything you need in there.

There is a ton of hair care products here for people of various ethnicities. It is located on a main street and is easy to find. It is a small establishment and is crowded. You should be able to find what you are looking for here.

The owner is very knowledgeable. The have always carried colors the most stores dont carry. They have a great variety of prices ranges.

The store is literally cluttered! But the variety of hair products are good although what I was looking for they didnt have. The owner said he would order it for me if I wanted it which was nice. The store hours during the week are okay but wish they would extend it by 1 hour. Lol. The ladies who are there to give knowledge on products are not helpful at all. So make sure you do your own research on products before purchasing at this store. Overall they get a 3 star. Not bad but could be better is all.

I was looking for a specific item that I could not find at the Afro beauty store in Brass Mills. I was actually able to message this establishment and they answered me right away. They knew exactly what I was talking about and when I got there sure enough it was there. Associate asked if I found everything ok and I was in and out in less than 2 mins. Excellent and convenient service!

Although they have the products, the customer service really blows here! The employees like to stand around, talk amongst themselves and/or sit on the phone! When you ask about a product, they direct you to an area... instead of getting up and showing you! One thing I will say is they arent rude... BUT definitely need to step it up with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was so excited for this store. I was really rooting for it. But I just had to walk out because of terrible service. I walked to the wig counter knowing exactly what hair I wanted but the woman behind the counter was acting like she didnt want to help me. Every time I asked a question she would give me an unhelpful answer and walk away. I asked if they had the specific color I wanted she said not really and walked away. I found her and said I have a few I want to see from behind the counter. She got one for me, told me the colors and walked away. She never asked if I wanted to try, if I needed help, what I was looking for, nothing. I asked her to try it, she brought it down gave me a cap and walked away. By that time I was so annoyed I just walked out. Im really disappointed because I really wanted to spend my money there but the terrible attentiveness of the staff changed my mind. Ill stick to my regular wig shop.

What a great little place. A bit cramped but alot of selection. We had help from Wisdom and she was so understanding and helpful.

Employees and owners are very nice and helpful. I go here all the time now. I used to go to the mall one or the one on bank st but these prices are better than theres and its the same product.same product.

Terrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever had. The manager behind the counter was rude. I went there got some hair she was rude & on the phone the whole time but anyways I got the wrong hair so I went back to exchange the hair. She ignored me standing there for 5-6 minutes then when I asked about exchanging she told me “I need a receipt” so I told her she didn’t give me a receipt. She told me “i remember I gave you a receipt when I gave you your change” which is a lie because I paid with my card. She then told me that she “doesn’t know what I want her to do about it because I don’t have a receipt& there was no receipt behind the counter” she shrugged her shoulders, laughed & got back on her phone.
