Never noticed this hair store before its really big inside and has a really big selection of damn near everything. Def my new favorite spot.

Love this place and they have way more space now!!! All hair products are in here! From hair to dyes its the spot.

Do not recommend as they have no loyalty or care for the people that buy their products. Just another dollar to take.

I bought a hot comb from there that plugs in and it broke in my hair I went back with the receipt and only wanted a new one they tried to charge me for a new one wouldn’t do any exchange or nothing bad service I do not recommend and I spent $80 that day they will never get a dollar from me again

If there a ZERO star to give, this store would get it. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE. I purchased a large bottle of lotion and got water. WATER. The bottle was filled with water. I took it back the next day with receipt in tow and was told it cannot be exchanged or refunded. The store attendant checked all the bottles of the same type of lotion and they all contained water, however she refused to give me an exchange or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I AM IN CONTACT WITH BBB.

Good beauty store. Found most everything I needed. They carry one-time use Mizani Butter Blend and Affirm relaxer here. I was happy to find Affirm here as they dont carry it at another popular beauty store in waterbury.

I would give no stars if I could! I go here all the time and never had an issue, but the last wig I purchased ripped while I was trying it on at home and they wouldn’t even exchange it and it clearly was an issue with the wig
