I’m happy to say this experience was the best car purchase, in my long time purchasing cars. Joe who I initially called on a Sunday, believe it or not made it happen for me. A phone call, a few texts, and I was good to go. Even when something went wrong Joe, Mitch and the manager were extremely helpful. I blame the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was my end that went wrong. Once that was satisfied, I was back at Juliani Motor Cars, soon driving “Sally” back to Hartford. Thanks again.

I needed an everyday beater that was reliable and wouldnt break the bank so I went on Capitol Ones pre approved finance page and Jim Juliani was one of 3 area recommendations. I found a 2010 Ford Edge Limited and gave them a call. I started dealing with Dave Petruzziello and he made the whole process painless. I looked the car over and noticed a few things youd expect on a used car but didnt mention them because the car needed to go through their inspection and service. When I went to pick the car up it had new tires, a new battery, an oil change and service, it was detailed as well as some trim pieces replaced that I would have never noticed. The car is alot nicer than what I would consider a beater ! I waited 30 days to post this and see if there were any issues and there isnt a single problem with the car, I love it. Everyone there was professional, accomodating and alot easier to deal with over past dealerships I have been to. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Friendly and no nonsense place. Very happy with my new car, had a suspension issue that didn’t surface until after I bought the car. When I called, they honored the 60 day warranty and replaced parts. I am writing this 6 months after purchase. This car had crazy high mileage but it drives amazingly and currently (only thing since suspension was repaired) only a small oil leak which I am taking in to check next week.Thank you folks for doing honest business🙏

I did enjoy my experience with Joe and Mitch at the dealership. They were quick to address my concerns to my satisfaction, even getting me a better monthly payment and interest rate that what I was paying previously. A HUGE thank you to Dave and his team ! I purchased my BMW X3 in January, had an issue with it a few months later and it was immediately resolved with the help of Mitch navigating through my extended warranty and making some phone calls on my behalf to help out.. Last week a warning message came on in the car, I called the service dept, spoke with Dave about it and I dropped it off. Dave called me and kept me in the loop every step of the way and was able to get the needed repair done with genuine BMW parts at a BMW dealership AND drove the car himself to BMW of North Haven! Long overdue review, Bought my 2015 Audi A5 in the summer fun clean car with 0 issues. Roughly 3-4 months after purchase a steering sensor went bad and once they were notified the mechanic Dave took care of me with no hassle and went out of his way to make sure my car was on the road and will stay on the road for no charge at all! Now into December and still loving the car! Appreciate the whole team at Juliani motors!

Bunch of money hungry salesman who ran my credit an abundance with many hard inquiries I was unaware of. Only to offer some outrageous monthly payment to suite their needs. I asked them to send a video of the Vehicle because I was shopping from hrs away and they never even called back. I later get 3 notices from 3 credit companies saying they were trying to approve me for an amount I never even authorized. Do not use them! Very fraudulent company. I found a vehicle better than what they had and went through my bank for financing. I wish I wouldve known beforehand. Do not trust them especially salesman Paul!!

They helped me find a car in my budget and priced it out well for me. They let me test drive the car and sat with me to look for insurance companies. I truly like that they are there for me and I can always go back to them for anything I need.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! They sold me a car with three different size tires on it. They were all Michelin brand so I never checked to see if anything was wrong. $500 dollars and a new front axel later, here I am. They also ran the credit 6 times to get a loan. If I had known Id be out $500 and a hundred points on my credit score I would have purchased somewhere else.

I spent a good amount of time looking for a new vehicle and most people know its a stressful thing to to do. I came across an f150 at jim juliani motors so I went down to check it out. I spoke with the salesman Joe. I took it for a test drive with him and I pointed out a few things that stood out to me. He said he would speak to his boss Anthony to see if there was anything they could do about the things I was worried about. Joe came back and said they would have everything taken care by the following Saturday. I went back the next Saturday took it for a ride and everything I pointed out was taken care of. I was happy so I decided to move forward with buying the truck. Next came the part that makes me nervous. The paperwork. I dealt with Mitch who is there finance manager. He sat down with me and went through everything making me feel 100% comfortable signing the paperwork and I feel he got me a really good warranty to go with it. All in all I love my new truck and Im happy with the way I was treated. I would recommend jim juliani motors to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a good price!

These guys were amazing. They were helpful when getting me into the truck I desperately wanted. Being it was a 2007, financing isn’t easy to get! Amazing & honest people! I have bought all 3 cars that i have ever owned from them and had 0 issues!! After having my car for 2 years plus i needed to replace my transmission due to a bearing, being pregnant and due to go in the hospital on the first for surgery which gave them not even a week to work on my vehicle my car was at another shop before i knew the issue was that serious and they needed at least 2 weeks to get it approved with the warranty company and that it was very hard to deal with the warranty company AND they didn’t know if they will pay for the problem, i didn’t have 2 weeks due to needing a vehicle to transport and get ready for a baby to come and i also didn’t have 2,000$ to just throw away, i called the dealership letting them know the issue Mitch and Dave were amazing!!! I explained the issue on a Friday they told me to drop it off Monday and that they would take care of it. They got the issue approved in A DAY and it was also a holiday week they had the job DONE in 4 business days i once again was able to trust Jim Julianis and the staff!! Thank you Mitch, Joe, Anthony and of course Dave in service !! I will forever get my vehicles from Joe & Mitch & serviced with Dave !

Huge Disappointment. They called to confirm the car was ready and we drove 1 hour to the dealership. We arrived and the car battery was dead, the car was in pieces ( unable to open the door from inside,) and the car seat did not work.The photos of the car on their website were not truthful.Stay away!EBA

I have been searching for quite sometime for a BMW X3 series. I have been to several dealerships and decided to purchase from Jim Juliani. My sales rep was George. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle; being a BMW owner himself. After a few days, I contacted George and informed him of another BMW X3, same year, close mileage that was for sale. He looked up that car, and compared it to the one on his lot. After a little discussion, he offered me the BMW for the same price as the other dealership. The book value and price given was on point. George had all the service records for the car as well. The previous owner kept the car impeccable! I decided to purchase from Jim Juliani. I picked up the car later that week, George informed me that a few minor scratches couldn’t be buffed out and told me the owner offered to have the area repainted! Can’t get much better! I am very happy with the vehicle!I have referred coworkers to George and Jim Juliani and feel confident they will deliver. The car is going in this week to be repainted and will post update.

Juliani motors is a gem ! I was anxious cause Iv had some bad car dealer experiences but Juliani motors delivers good service and ethics !Got my dream car here and they honored warranty when a couple minor issues arose during my 30 day warranty period.Appointment to bring it in ended up pushing after 30 days but they honored it without hesitation. All in all they made me a priority from beginning to end and I’m so glad I found my Honda Element here. The long drive to get there for me was so worth it !

We traveled an hour just to pull up to a car with defects that are not shown in the pictures and no gas in the car. This was not a spur of the moment appointment either. They had plenty of time to put gas in the car and still fell short. I don’t understand how your a car salesman and don’t even have gas in the vehicle being test driven.

2010 Toyota Tundra4x4 Grade 4dr Double Cab Pickup SB (5.7L V8)$20,995UNSAFE VEHICLE. Frame has multiple rust holes thru it. Some as long as 6x 2. Mitch was shown the rusted areas and the truck is still for sale. Make sure you ask if they guarantee the frame will be replaced before purchasing.

Avoid them at all costs. Used them 3 times and 2 was complete waste of money first one tyranny blew in 6 months. Second one 2 Torque converters went in the first 200 miles and nothing but trouble since. And I used to be a neighbor if this is how they treat a neighbor imagine someone else dont just walk away run away .

I had a great experience with this dealership. After sending a request for details on a specific car, I was given that information quickly without adding pressure for me to respond. I had other dealerships pressure me by calling, emailing, or texting constantly. I worked with Joe Halloran to make an appointment, receive all information, including carfax, for the vehicle and was able to test drive and make a deal within a short amount of time. The prices were fair, the staff was friendly, the car was well taken care of, and all information about the car was accurate. I received a fair trade-in value for my existing car. Though extended warranty and vehicle inspection were offered, I did not feel like they tried to push me into getting anything. I would buy from here again.

I bought a 2012 Audi A4 from this dealer and 7 months later, I needed a new engine. Engine light was on just a month after I bought it, but whatever they did keep the light off until the 3 months warranty run out then boom!!! after just 7 months total, I had to buy a new engine for $4000. Went back to them, and all they told me was to buy a new car. I am assuming the few good reviews that they have here are either paid for or someone playing his trick.That hurts man. It really does

I went here looking for a truck for my husband. I spoke with a wonderful young lady who was very helpful and smart and took care of everything for me. I put a deposit of $100 and signed a promise to buy if my husband liked the truck.I quickly looked at the truck and asked if the price was negotiable. The manager, a big man, was rude and quickly shot me down stating that it was already priced as low as it could go. I realized that I would never want to do business with him!When my husband and I went back we looked at the truck that the young lady prepped and cleaned for us (something she didnt have to do but was nice enough to do for us). We drove it but unfortunately, the engine light turned on and we could not agree to buy the truck.I went back to get my deposit and a nice young gentleman convinced me to try a different truck and assured me that they would hold the truck for my husband to drive. I really wanted to do business with this dealership because the young lady and the young man were so kind and obviously had great integrity so I agreed to work with them.We went back and the trucks check engine light went on and the truck jutted a little. We went to speak to the manager about fixing and reducing the price of the truck and I was shocked by his rudeness! He was obviously annoyed that we had the audacity to make such a request. He said the price was not flexible and he couldve sold the car already and that many people have already tried to buy it but because we (so rudely) held the truck he had to send all the customers away. He loudly refused to fix the truck stating Why would I fix a truck if you are not going to commit to buying it! I told him to go ahead and sell it to someone else and that I would not be doing business with this dealership because of him and his nasty attitude.That was the second time I had to converse with that rude obnoxious bully and I pray I never have to talk to him again!I had to wait until Friday to get my deposit back and I was filled with anxiety just imaging that I would have to talk this bully again.I went in on Friday and thankfully the pleasant young lady was there and we chatted for a bit and she immediately refunded my money and gave me back all my paperwork to assure me that I would not be taken advantage of or victimized again by someone at that company. The bully manager never showed up. The young lady assured me that the owner was a nice person and was nothing like the horrible man I spoke to but I find that hard to believe since he hired such a horrible person.I tried emailing the owner because I dont like to speak bad about anyone and sent a contact message. Guess who called me?! The bully! He had changed his tone but I swiffly got off the phone with him avoiding any manipulation tactics he might have had in mind for me. The damage has been done and he cannot redeam himself after the way he spoke to me!I hope the owner of this dealership reads this and realizes that he will not get any business by bullying, abusing and ripping off people! I will not buy anything from a company that employs people who are experts in the field of bullying women. I will not buy anything from a dealership that refuses to fix their cars and trucks unless someone commits to buying them!I feel sorry for anyone who has to converse with the manager.If anyone is going to give you great service here and help you get the best for your buck, it is the young lady I spoke to. And I would like to add, that the men there were not nice to her. When I came in the door, one of them ordered her up from her lunch, speaking rudely and harshly to her. This happened two times to her, which I observed. She responded so kindly and did not complain or anything. I hope the owner realizes that she is worth ten of his bully agents and would make 100 times more sales than them! I would have bought from her!

Initially did not feel welcomed by the owner however my sales assistant Jesse was so pleasant and helpful, this actually turned my experience around to be wonderful and pleasant. Jesse worked really hard to get me into a vehicle in a very short time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Joe and his staff were very helpful and transparent about the vehicle that I purchased. As a first time buyer from a dealership, it can be a bit of a challenge because you feel like youre not sure what youre doing as a young person, but they happily answered any questions I had and explained things I did not understand. Regardless as a customer, always do your due diligence and reasearch whatever you buy.

A good car at a fair price! I found this dealer while looking to upgrade my Prius. Dave showed me an excellent car, and the dealership was also extremely helpful during the registration process and fixed a minor problem (a flow control valve) even though I wasnt in warranty. They seem to have a lot of inventory and take care with their customers. I would recommend them. Very happy with my car!

Initially the experience with Joe was pretty refreshing he took his time to show me the car follwed by a test drive. From that point on things went South. Once we arrived back to the dealership he introduced to his manager and normally thats a good thing but not in this instance. He tried persuading me into the car inspection fee which started at $1000 in addition to the sale. Afterwards after I explained to him I wanted to make the purchase same day he made a slew of excuses on why I could not without spending additional money for his car inspection program. Then he tried almost force coercing into financing. To make things short after all was said and done I was missing a gas cap, floor mats, and the additional key. After expressing these concerns they told me the key shouldnt cost more than $150 and they would contact me as soon as their key guy came back from vacation. Ive been waiting two months for this call. To say the least after spending 6+ hours to complete the sale because of all the fabricated obstacles and false promises. I personally wouldnt recommend making a purchase here.

Im a young woman with zero experience financing a car. My first impression was fine, Sean was really nice and helpful. They asked for 100$ to show that I was serious about the car. I didnt know better so of course, I gave it to them. I was told it would be refunded if I changed my mind.I went in a week later to discuss the cost out the door and my interest rate. It was way higher than I anticipated. I ran the numbers myself at home and nothing about their price made sense. The monthly payment was extremely high for an older car with over 100,000 miles. I explained this to them, the response I received was annoyance. They told me I should expect to pay within that range and that I wasnt going to get better elsewhere. I told him that I wasnt going to purchase the car for that rate and that I was no longer interested. I asked for my deposit back and the finance guy, Mitch, was visibly annoyed with me. Well, I put in a lot of hours calling the bank and running the numbers. He dropped his pen dramatically like he was on the verge of a tantrum - as if it were MY job to pay him to do HIS job. Thats his bosses responsibility.Then, the manager came in to try and convince me to accept the rate and buy the car. At this point, I feel like Im being bullied into buying a car. I have two grown men standing above me telling me I dont know what I should be paying. Furthermore, there was little privacy, the room connected to the office was FULL of men just hanging out right behind me. I started to feel overwhelmed and stressed. I said my final answer is no, but if I changed my mind I would call them. But at this point I wasnt interested in the car (or their business at that point). I asked for my money back, and they were hesitant. I said, I was told it was refundable and finally the manager huffed and said, yeah, fine. Whats a $100 to me anyway.They called me a few days later and told me they got the price lowered to - GET THIS - the actual cost of the car. Cool. I told them that would have been great when I came in originally but I went to a real dealership and got a car worth the money within the last two days. Hopefully my experience & review of this business will help someone in the future. Im glad I didnt end up buying a car from them because I have no interest in working with people who feel the need to bully and manipulate someone into buying a car. These two men have horrific customer service skills. I dont trust them and I dont think other customers should either.Ps. I had to go back a week later to get my money back. What a waste of time, but at least I learned something in this process.

Drove over 2 hours to buy a vehicle from here and couldnt be more satisfied at the level of professionalism that went into this car buying experience. I dealt with Joe and he handled everything superbly. When I need to buy another vehicle, they will be the first place I check. I wouldnt normally take the time to write a review for anything, but when the level of service is this high I felt compelled to.

My husband and I drove 5 1/2 hours to purchase a used 2010 Lexus IS350C. It is quite a risk to drive so far by only seeing pictures online. When we arrived we were impressed to say the least. The pictures did not do this vehicle justice. We were amazed at the fact that the leather in the vehicle was in pristine condition. The salesman came in after church to accommodate the delivery as we could only make it down on Sunday. Once we arrived we test drove the vehicle (no issues there) and we were done with the paperwork within about 30 minutes. Excellent would be an understatement. Thank you to the entire team!
