Please! Next time advice to your customer when the check engine light is off that your mechanic cant find the problem of the car and we can save that money.My car had a problem with the check engine light to come on and off for few days and I brought the car to check for nothing. So they didnt tell me exactly what caused that problem. I hope at least they checked the all system and also under the car to see is everything was fine. Cause they charged me $160.00!All inside the facilities was fine! Lounge room was nice...Polite staff! Ill give you four stars for that! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟Have a wonderful day!Respectfully, Waleska B.

I had a tire appointment at 1pm on a Friday. I have had many tire appointments and on average they are about an hour or less. I had to wait for my tires on this occasion and an hour and a half in I asked if they knew how much longer. With an attitude I was told that the appointment is a 3 hour appointment. The problem is not necessarily how long it takes but it was that I was never told. Not when I made the appointment or when I told them I was going to wait. And 3 hours is im sure average when you overbook to make money. Unacceptable!

I would like to recognize Zachary Schafer for being on top of my service all day long. He was in constant contact with me about ideas and finds. His service was top notch. A couple suggestions, When setting up appointments for people that are an hour away the phone consultants need to be more thorough on what is needed on the said vehicle. I have 2 recall issues that could not be taking care of because the parts werent ordered. I will now wait until my next service because its over an hour away. I know service can get hectic especially towards mid morning. I noticed that the guy in the service department seemed overwhelmed and was getting snippy with Zachary multiple times. I know times are tough and finding help let alone good help is harder. Maybe try to get him someone that can help him with his job, an apprentice perhaps. He kept saying that he had to drive my vehicle to see what the shake was about. Seems like someone else should be able to test drive and diagnose a vehicle. I was very happy to find out I can just go to Torrington for service. I would suggest expanding that service department to more than just service add the tires for life and some small repair jobs. Compared to my last experience this was way better things are trending in the right direction keep it up.

Best dealership I’ve been to. Had a wonderful experience here and definitely will return in the future. I was looking to buy a larger vehicle for my family and was searching for a specific car. I found what I was looking for there And contacted the Internet sales through the website I was browsing. I was responded to right away and set up an appointment. Test drove And loved it! They didn’t jerk me around or push me into a uncomfortable payment. The sales person Jeremy Gambino was on point throughout the process and it’s the first time I didn’t have buyers remorse. David in service was very nice when I brought my car in for an an oil change and tire rotation. However a few days after I had my visit I noticed my tires werent rotated. The psi reading showed that the 2 rear tires stayed in the rear and didnt move. I called David to ask about this on Friday the 27th and was told he was going to look into this and call me back. I havent heard a thing back about why on 2 separate visits this has happened and why they are billing out to GM $18 for a tire rotation they arent doing.

Ordered Corvette on Jan 7 2021 with Rich Godlewski,, Car was delivered to me July 20, 2021. During that time, Rich kept me aware of what was happening(Status Codes). He told me when the delivery truck was going to be dropping off my machine so that i could be there to watch. He was there when the car was uncovered and parked in lot. Dropped car off at 8am, called in around 11am asking for status of my vehicle.” It wasn’t in shop yet”, per my service agent. DID NOT get any call/update on vehicle so I called in around 3pm. Vehicle was still not ready. I need a car to get to work, I asked for a rental car, put on hold, waiting waiting waiting 45 mins β€œon hold”. I hung up asked for a human being instead of being put through a recording calling in, I asked for the service manager told him I needed a car to get to work (time is 430-445pm) no help from service manager. He stated my car was in shop for many hours, waiting on a part. WELL IF YOU KNEW SOMETHING THEN TELL ME THE CUSTOMER!!! I could have asked for a ride to work or figured something out but no I had to miss work. Fed up with excuses and not being communicated with I hung up and picked up vehicle next day. I WILL NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE NOR FUTURE PURCHASES OF VEHICLES. Richard Chevy ( next town over) ruined my corvette on a SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, never going back to them, never going back to this blasius dealership.horrible communication horrible service agents horrible experience

On 6/25, I visited your dealership for a 1:30 PM appointment to have two tires inspected on my 2016 Chevrolet Traverse. One tire was plugged after having a nail in it and the other was not holding air. It took about 2 hours to have the vehicle tires inspected just to be told the tires were not in stock. This was very frustrating visit and a waste of time. We live about 40 minutes away. We were told to return on 7/3 at 8:00 am which we did. I was there at 8:00 AM sharp however I waited until 12:00 PM and the job was not fully done. I noticed the vehicle was parked outside with new tires on. I asked the service rep who checked us in and he said the vehicle was waiting to be aligned. I watched the vehicle parked in the same spot for over 2 hours. On a side note, the service rep who checked us in was rude, appeared to be in a bad mood and made me feel I was wrong when I asked the status of the vehicle. When I told him I was not waiting for the alignment and why, he said something under his breath as he walked away from me. I felt that since the tire replacement was not a big job, we were unimportant. I overheard someone say the mechanics were going on lunch break so I would have to wait longer. When we purchased the vehicle there, we were treated as anyone would want. Although I purchased the vehicle with the tire package, I don’t think I will return to your dealership with another tire issue. The incompetence at the service desk and attitude of the staff is not worth taking a 35-40 minute drive. We paid for this tire service and all we ask is to be treated equally. I eventually left without the vehicle being properly aligned.

You were booked three weeks out. Tech was kind enough to book me two wks out, prior to me leaving for vacation. No one seems to care that customers are present. No hello...no cheeriness...except for the woman at the payment center. She was friendly. The rest of the staff acted like they were just putting in their hours. Quite contrary to my experience at Honda. I drove right in the bay. The service rep had his computer station right there and he seemed truly appreciative for my business. I came here for an oil change for my subaru. I noticed there was a huge hole on my hub cap. I immediately call the service department and told them. I was told to come in on Monday so they can take a look. I came in on Monday to show them the hub cap, and they told me they have to check the cameras to see what happened. They also had to check the system to see if I was there on Saturday. Of course, I was fine with that and gave them all of my information. They mentioned that someone would call me the following day. Two days have passed and I havent heard back from the dealership. I called myself for an update. Still nothing. I would recommend services at another location. I understand its a hub cap, but to break a part on a customers car and not say anything is shady and unprofessional. Im sure Im not the only one

Tried to charge me 4600.00 to repair a head gasket that wasn’t bad. They told me I couldn’t pick it up because it would over heat, which was a lie! Had it towed to my mechanic who drove it for two days and not once did it overheat!!! Turns out all it needed was a thermostat, which cost me a 1/4 of what they were trying to charge me!! And all they could say was sorry for the misdiagnosis!!!!! I will never buy another car from here due to the awful service I receive from this service department. Mine you this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue. I’m just a number and nobody cares.

So I buy my car last year in June 2020 and They didn’t give me a tire lock to remove the tire when I had a flat so I had to have the car towed there just to change the tire, such a inconvenience. #2 they registered my car and gave me new plates and told me they would send the old plates back to the dmv And they never did so i found out I’m still getting charged taxes because they never returned my plates and they still have them. And #3 my daughter just brought a car from there 2 weeks ago and she has a flat tire and long and behold we look in the back for the extra tire and it’s not one there. They talking about get it towed there until next week Monday when people have to work the weekend. I won’t refer another person there again. They are terrible and someone need to be giving my plates back or pay my tax bill.

We got a fair, great price on both the car we purchased and the trade-in. I didnt see any need to negotiate and the transaction was quick and easy. Great selection of cars. Full stop there. They hang their hat on theyre a big dealership. But honestly they use it as a crutch to get nothing done. It was dragged out almost two weeks to get an appointment to pick up the car is trying to purchase same day. Turns out the car I was trying to buy was in an undisclosed accident. Were they up front about that? Nope. I had to make sure I asked the correct questions. Then they told me they would work with me since they wasted two weeks of my life. What did that mean? Giving me less off another car than I had already gotten off the first. Dont waste your time here unless you have a month to get your car.
