I have gone the last two years for eye exams and both times the doctors were pleasant, thorough and informative.The young man who did the pre- testing was good.The girls who made my appointment and checked me in today was either new or needs more training. She seemed distracted and not tuned in to the information I was giving her....

Stay away...Run...never been to somewhere as unprofessional as here. And everyone behind the counter is literally braindead. Gave me my prescription without getting it signed. Wasting my time running back and forth all because people can’t do their mindless job.

I went to lens crafters to get new glasses and my dr was Frank Restivo. I am 70 years old and he gave me the best exam and spoke to me about any concerns that I had. Patience and understanding.Also the girls that make the appointments were so very nice. Then when I had to pick out my glasses they were very nice and helped pick out the right glasses for me. I had a wonderful experience in my visit. I would recommend highly. Patti
