The Waterbury Vision Center is a hidden Gem! It is a great place to have your eye glasses prescription filled. The service is very professional and the one-on-one attention made me feel like I would have all of my needs met.....and they were! The store is visually appealing and it has a large variety of frame styles. I have recommended this store to everyone I know. It is the only place I go for glasses.

She is an Angel! My glasses were completely broken. I needed new frames asap and the associate was kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and I got new frames that fit my face perfectly, in less than 20 minutes.🥳 Im a very happy customer and Ill be back with my family. Thank you!!

I was referred to Waterbury Vision Center by Walmart in Waterbury. At Walmart the Technician on duty said she couldnt assist me she was heading to lunch. she then referred me to WVC. I called from my car and spoke to Carmen she set me up for an appointment. On my visit i had the greatest and fastest appointment.. I was in and out within a half hour with new glasses. Carmen is very caring and helpful. I would recommend her Services to anyone in need.

Very good experience here. I am usually hard to fit, with a small face for an adult. My new eye doctors place simply told me they had no glasses for me. (??!!!). So I tried Waterbury Vision Center. Carmen was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and assured me she could help me.There are so many glasses here, and I did indeed find a beautiful pair of eyeglasses.

Great place very helpful. Carmen is a sweet heart and was able to get ny prescription from fl she called them and helped me out with the whole process. she also helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and she had them ready for me in 30 min thank you so much
