The customer service in the Brass Mill Center, LensCrafters is unparalleled. From the time I walked through the door, they made me feel Valued. I tried on many pairs of glasses, they took pictures from different angles, spent time talking to me about how they looked on my face, and what image I wanted to present. They tirelessly worked with me and never made me feel like a bother but that it was important that I find the right pair for me. They understood that these glasses were as much a part of me and my daily life as the clothes I would choose to wear with them. They understood that these were not just a piece of hardware to be able to see but part of a feeling, part of my self-esteem. Customer service is so important any day of the week but after being stuck in the house for so long during this pandemic, it was great to feel welcomed and like I could put myself back together with a new pair of glasses. I appreciate the manager Cristian, and the wonderful young ladies working with him. It’s more than just buying glasses, it’s an experience.

Had my eye exam, then was helped to find new glasses. Was planning to go back the next day for pickup, but as I was walking out to my car, got the text they were ready! Definitely under an hour, close to 30 minutes from I think Ill go with this pair to they fit perfectly!. I appreciate the staff at this specific site, always helpful & friendly!

Nothing but a bunch of lying scammers. I called yesterday asking if they accept me & my fiancé insurance, they said yes my insurance covers eye exam, contact exam, & frames. we go there & i come out with a 150 bill & no frames. Highly disappointed and never want to come back

Doctor was very nice but the staff needs work on listening to clients and paying attention to detail.Over charged and over priced for things I didn’t even ask for. I went in for glasses and got sold contacts I already had. I ended paying over what I can afford and left confused. The manager was not helpful nor understanding.I was told I paid for the lense fitting after already having eye exam done. I was told the trial pair were supposedly free even tho the lady said that’s what I was paying for.VERY CONFUSING STAFF IS NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH.IF someone agrees to switch exams a form should be signed providing legal documentation.I will never return.

The doctor and his assistants were all wonderful very nice funny great conversation very helpful.. the office manager was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Very nice guy.. I will say the only thing I raised an eyebrow to was how expensive everything was, I do not have ins for this, the manager did help out with a couple of discounts to help me out with. However it was still pricey.but now knowing that next time Ill be more prepared

I went here for my last few eye exams and pairs of glasses, thought they were great. I made an appointment recently and was told they charge a $50 co-pay, regardless of insurance, and you have to give your CC info up front in case youre a no show. First, my insurance pays for 1 eye exam per year, so i dont know what the $50 is for. Second, I get the no show policy, but it doesnt look good to the majority of honest people out there who wouldnt do this. I will never come back here.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service here. The optician, Mr. Meyer, was extremely helpful and LensCrafters is definitely lucky to have him on their team. I was washing my glasses and the nose pad broke. I came into LensCrafters and he fixed it in a timely manner, all while telling me a funny story about how a customer actually had his glasses swallowed whole by a fish once. I would 100% recommend going back and asking for Mr. Meyer to assist you, you won’t regret it!

Sadly they have one rude lady there that got attitude because I was expecting my glasses. They werent ready for two weeks now and told me they where going to be there today. Called again today, when they said they where suppost to be there and now they wont be ready till the 9th of October. The staff in person is very helpful when there, and the women I talk to today was very apologetic. But I dont have my prescription and I need them. Im getting headaches cuz I dont have prescription. Time line is aweful.UPDATE: Called today and the guy was very nice but very sad because my glasses have not left the lab yet, guess they using a outside source, so why tell me these dates that they are suppost to be here, going on 4 weeks now, very frustrating.

Don’t bother coming here. Staff is not understanding or willing to help you get in and get the things you need. I was running 7 minutes late unaware of how to get to the store from the parking lot and the staff tries to reschedule me and turn me away. I wish I would’ve scheduled my time somewhere else to begin with. After walking inside they continued to do a poor job of helping me out. Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time

Decided to go to this location to purchase new frames with updated lenses. Two young female associates were on the floor alongside an older female. Two groups of people walked in after me and were asked if they needed assistance. I chose frames and stood waiting while one of the young associates helped a customer. The young one was sitting down on a tablet and the old one walked off the sales floor. After About 15 minutes of waiting for the one person on the floor with a customer to finish I decided this was not the type of place I want to give my money. Terrible customer service, very oblivious associates.

Staff are rude and disrespectful especially if you need help. Once they received your insurance money they dont care about you anymore. My husband told them that he is not seeing with the glasses and yet they insisted that he must wear it for 30 days before they would change it. Needless to say, he went elsewhere.

2/14/2016- I went for my eye exam and just loved the doctor. He was so nice and really took the time to explain things to me. I am disappointed that they are selling to a new owner but the time I have gone there has been really professional and I will be sad to see you leave. New Milford is too far for me and good luck. I dont believe they are there for just selling glasses. Any eye doctor you go too sells glasses too. I had an excellent experience with both the doctor and buying new glasses. and I always get my contacts there with no problems. You will be missed. Thank you for the excellent care. Good luck.

The assistance at the Doctors office is extremely poor and unprofessional. I did not get a name but the girl I spoke to worked on Feb 3rd at 6:10pm, they were reluctant to give a family member trial lenses when we were told that it was allowed for someone else to pick them up.No empathy for this person who will now have to travel without being able to see properly!They lost a loyal customer of 10+ years. I hope management gets involved and actually does their job to make sure they do not treat future customers this horrible way.

My first experience at LensCrafters was great. The gentleman that helped me was great and I love my glasses. After that the company is nightmare to deal with. After spending hundreds of my own dollars out of pocket on top of whatever ungodly amount my insurance paid, I cant know my pupil distance measurement? Or let me clarify, I cant have anything over the phone, I can come in and then when I come in I can have a print out of my order but you cant help me understand any of it and its written so I cant understand it! Awesome. In 5 years when this company is out of business and everyone gets their glasses online, it will be for the way you treat them after spending money. I will measure my own pupil distance and order my glasses online from now on.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Absolutley terrible. The dr didnt listen to a word I said and ended fitting me for the wrong contacts... the receptionist never called me back with answers to my questions after 2 phone calls and I ended up having to drive down there with my newborn baby just to find out what was going on with my Rx... a simple contact fitting took 4 visits! They were totally apathetic to any of my concerns and didnt address any of my questions. I have never had such a horrible experience at any droctors office in my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently went to lenscrafters in waterbury ct and after having multiple problems with my glasses for almost two years I came out with a new script, picked my glasses the next day, and I could finally see again! This place is the WORST! The optometrist screwed up the prescription by making the astigmatism correction off by 90 degrees. When I came in to complain the glasses were not comfortable, they gave me the you have to get used to them until the 30 day guarantee ran out.Then they would fix it, for more money! Go to a REAL eye doctor, not a just front to sell the glasses.
