We had an excellent experience with our sales associate Delta. They were very helpful and pleasant during the entire process. This was probably my best experience while purchasing a cell phone.
I stood in the lap top area for 15 minutes while 4-5 different employees walked around, chatted at the desk and blatantly ignored me when I asked for help. I walked out and didnt spend my $$ there. Will never go back.

I was looking for an inexpensive television for my bedroom and Best Buy had the best solution for me. I picked out the television, checked out and paid for it. It was easy and I am a very satisfied customer.
Out of stock of many things. Have to order online if you want anything decent. Very difficult to contact the store directly as the phone system is one of the worst youll encounter. The staff doesnt know their products all that well. They had to look online to find the answers to all of my questions which I could have easily done myself.Conclusion: I went in looking to take a tv home with me. Their best options for my need were displayed but not in stock... if I wanted to have it ordered and shipped to my house I would have looked online to begin with. . . Also their prices are a little high..

Bought a washer and dryer. Upon purchase said that we couldnt be home until after work at 330. Was informed that geek squad installed until 8 oclock at night. On the day before the scheduled delivery, the geek squad guy messaged to notify that he was only working a half day that day and wouldnt be able to install the items purchased from best buy. Then refused to answer the phone. Additionally best buy is not receiving calls either. Absolutely zero customer service.

I usually shop online, but decided to buy a phone at Best Buy Waterloo store. The associate in the Mobiles section was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a phone and I am very happy with the experience.
Paid over 1k for a TV that I had to wait 6 days to get. Got it home and the back was broken. Tried to call the store and they cant even answer their own phone. Talked to national and it took forever. The trip to Best Buy is 40 miles one way. Simply wanted a new TV delivered to my house. Nope wouldnt do it. Wont buy from them ever again.

Mask or no mask Best Buy is home away from home. They always have what you need (except for todays printer cartridges)😂😂 at a good price. I spend anymore time there they are going to need to give me a blue shirt.
I am not generally a fan of Best Buy, but had a very good experience here. I was looking to buy a Pixel 5 unlocked and the person who helped me was very honest that many times US Cellular has problems. I also purchased a monitor and tower for a small business. I was very impressed by the sales person, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They didnt have a lot of things in stock, so had to be ordered and wait. Curbside pickup was possibly the fastest and smoothest Ive ever experienced.

They dont want to work, bad service not recommended to get a big TV. I ask first at the cashier I want to schedule an appointment for a TV 70 inch, they send me to the squad, the guy said I have to call the 1800#, ot I can schedule at the help center I told him to call someone and he said Im sorry I dont have a radio with me so he never moves where he was, then I walk at the center help by the home theater and itvtake some one to get there like 15 min. I ask to schedule and he said let me go for the paper work after 5 min he came back and said I cant schedule from here if we installed the TV we are able to do it other wise you have to. Call the 1800 number so such a bad service for a warranty and best buy workers dont like to do the job they are supouse to do it...I will never get another TV with you prefer sams club... even warranty is better

Went here to do local price checks. Didnt buy anything. The staff were helpful and polite.
Took forever for staff to wait on me and when someone did approach me, they were not familiar with the product, they had to request further assistance.

I came here usually and I was sure that I know everything place in this store, I asked for a staff to take something for me inside a cabinet. Then he and his manager said that nothing inside it and I find a staff that I know cause he helped me everytime I came and he did take for me what I need. I recommend that you should train your workers as much as you can. Overall, just few staffs in there are friendly and helpful for customers and I appreciate them, you should review and train for some of manager in there. :))

Did not have the item the website said they had, one out of 4 employees I spoke actually tried to help. The other 3 were just rude. Seemed to care more about the conversation they were having (employees on the floor). Im guessing Best Buy is not long for this world unless they make some changes quick.

Asked for help, could care less, just wanted us to go away. Looked at cell phones, two stood chatting but ignored us for help. Went to appliance area, went past but couldnt be bothered, asked what sales on 50 IN. TV. Barely willing to answer, tone sounded burned out and just go away.

Went with my son. He was getting a gaming monitor. Lots of items in store. Masks are required. He was able to purchase a monitor for gaming for around $100 less than normal. It was still at Black Friday pricing.

Basically help myself to a video game that I was looking for to purchase for a birthday gift I was greeted at the door but besides that and the cashier and I checked out. Dont really seem like I was even acknowledged while I was in there. Walk straight through grab mortal Kombat and walk to the cash register They even remodeled too so and moved everything around I noticed that It looks ok except the video games are all the way in the back of the store now.

Poor customer service. I tried calling the Waterloo store at 4:50 on a Monday afternoon to see if they are taking recycling again. They had stopped a few months ago due to Covid. After navigating the computerized service so as to reach a live person, no one at the store would answer the phone. You would think a company advertising technical goods and services would be able to work a desk phone. Apparently not. Too bad, as I am looking to replace the sound bar on my TV and planned to do that when I recycle my old printer. Guess Ill use Amazon.
Very helpful...Geek Squad found the app on my cell ph that caused SD card to be corrupted. Once she got rid of stalled app sd card was uncorupted.Modem recommended by Mediacom wasnt available @ Wal-Mart, who sent me to Best Buy. It took 2 different sales people to find exact modem I needed. Hope this fixes internet problem so I can cancel scheduled service call next week by Mediacom. Its been 3 weeks since Mediacom tried to reset modem from office & scheduled service call.Best Buy was calmly problem solving in a peaceful no lines helpful business environment. A good experience!

Y Best buys really gone downhill in The last 5 years I went in there the other day and there was nothing in that place everything was either tied down so much you couldnt lift it up and look at it or it was piled to the ceiling and a box and was never unpacked its just a horrible place I had a horrible experience they didnt have any in its Best buy and they didnt have the adapter cord that I needed for my cameras
So great to have a best buy where we can ask questions and see the actual products. I love stopping in to grab everything I need for my home office.
They had a great selection of technology, got a great deal on a camera for about half off. Good pricing on the film for that camera. Really good experience.

When we bought a washer dryer we received certificates good for in store purchases. Turns out those certificates cant be split up meaning a$100 certificate has to be used on a $100 or more purchase. Also the certificates expired after 60 days. I would have liked to have been able to use these certificates on my washer dryer purchase.
Terrible customer service. Employee that helped to unlocked the case forgot what I was asking about 3 times. He then proceeded to forget the color when ordering. After that, be misspelled my name on the ticket and told me it was the wrong address. I know my address. Would have been much easier to order online.

Horrible service. I walked around for almost an hour looking for what I needed. The associates we in groups talking to each other and not 1 stopped to help me. Its a bunch of kids who have no work ethic and backed by a company that allows it. I am going to be shopping online from now on.
