I just went into this store to look at beds and circled the entire showroom with not even a hello. It was likely close to 5 mins I was in there while a woman was at the desk. I passed within a few feet of her as I walked. Nothing. A man walked in as I was nearing the door to leave and I hear a cheerful “hi how can we help you” directed at the man who walked in. I will not go back and definitely won’t be spending my money there.

This place is horrible. Went there last week with my wife and picked out a bed frame and things where looking up. We paid our deposit on the bed frame and was told we would get a call the next week when our frame came in. This last Wednesday my wife called up the store only to be told the bedframe had come in. We went too the store to fill out some paperwork so it could be delivered. Then we where told we owed them extra money for the frame to be delivered which we where never told that at the beginning. They told us they would deliver the frame to us the next morning. Next morning comes and they call us, telling us the frame got damaged and they where going to give us our money back. We got to the store and asked one of the owners several times if we could see the bed frame, that maybe we could take it. She refused to let us see it and claimed it was boxed up. The second we walked into the door she was giving us attitude. She didnt even try and give us a frame on discount or something for our troubles and there mistake. The owner was unprofessional and rude and I honestly dont know how they are staying in buisness.

Great deal on furniture sets will be back

Came in and ordered a bed frame last week and had to wait for it to be delivered to the store. Called today to find out they have had it in the store for 24 hours and never called to tell us. Then we go in to sign paperwork on it to find out they are trying to charge us even more money then what we were told when we put a down payment last week. We are never doing business with them again.
