We bought a washer and dryer here! Paid for installation and delivery. The delivery people didn’t hook up the dryer correctly, my husband had to redo it. The washer leaked everywhere cause they didn’t replace the hose. My husband had to go up there and get the hose and do it himself, I feel our delivery fee should be refunded. Bought it at Sears cause I thought we’d get good service

Great . I ordered online and did store pick up . I called ahead the young man had everything ready when we got there loaded our washer and dryer and we were on our way. Very nice and great service.

Senior citizens do not buy anything from this Sears store. They have the worse management and terrible customer service. Gave my 87 year old mom a run around on a refrigerator she bought less than a year ago and needs it service from this exact store. I would never buy anything from this store ever . They can not help you if your appliance breaks down. Your screwed. They dont care if your appliance breaks down. All they care is your money.

I was in need of a dryer for several months, but was waiting for the right deal, and going to the laundromat in the meantime, when I finally saw a dryer online that seemed perfect at the Sears Hometown Store in Waterloo. I went there in person the next day and they had it in stock, and as luck would have it - I was told that the delivery guys were due back in the store shortly after I paid for the purchase, and the salesperson said he would ask them if they would deliver and set up mine the same day when they got back to the shop. I wouldnt expect that to happen - and fully expected to have to wait awhile for the delivery. But lo and behold, I had barely made it back home (about an hour later) when here came a Sears truck with two awesome delivery and set up guys - Rick and Jake - with my new dryer! They were both so pleasant, upbeat and helpful - and in no time had my new dryer installed, and even switched the door to where it opened to the opposite side that I preferred. I am over the moon with the service I received and my new dryer - highly recommend this store!

Had some really nice items. Inventory was low, but it seems everyone is having a hard time getting appliances. We will go back soon when we are ready to buy☺

Bought a fridge was missing parts, still waiting for a return call 6 days so far. will never buy from them again

Ordered item online for pick up in Waterloo. Credit card charged. Item canceled due to out of stock. 17 days later and still no credit. Next step, dispute the charge. But the customer service reps keep trying to sell me things. Gotta admire their persistence. Uh...no thanks. Not a review of the Waterloo store, but BEWARE. Theres a reason theyre bankrupt.

Great service & very patient at Sears store in Waterloo Illinois. Mike took the time to look everything up on my freezer and explain what l needed to do to keep it operating until I receive the gasket needed. My husband and I have ordered many appliances and tools from this store and found they have always been very professional and kind. Family and friends l have recommended have been happy as well.
