Supporting local and buying American made products has always been important to my husband and I so when we needed to purchase all new appliances for our rental home we knew Peoples Appliance was the place to go. We talked to Spencer about what we were looking for and the was able to accommodate everything we needed at a great price! I will absolutely never buy another appliance from a big box store again! Quick and easy installation with an explanation on how to use every piece we purchased. Knowing that if we have any issues all we have to do is make a call and someone from our community will service the appliance is so reassuring!

My grandma ordered a stove in November. It is now January. She has called them multiply times because being three months without a stove is ridiculous. The man who answered the phone said “I said I’d call you when we got it in.” Very unprofessional and rude. She definitely took her business somewhere else. Do not recommend this company to get your appliances.

The minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a smile and an offer of helping you find what you are looking for. I especially like that it has been a family owned business for several decades which tells me why Peoples Appliances customer service is second to none. I had some questions about a washer yesterday and spoke to the owner, a nice young man by the name of Adam Morris. He did some research and testing and when I came back today he had the answers for me and even helped me back to my car! I will pass on the good word and will continue to doy business there for a very long time!!

The sales staff is so helpful! We were able to purchase three lare appliances in an emergency and receive discounts! The deliver/installation staff installed all in one day and hauled all the broken appliances away. Great service & great prices! Thank you!

Absolute worst experience. Waited a week for my appointment- guy arrives and said I cant tell what is wrong with it, its not plugged in. I said no one said to plug it in, he responded, did you ask. We dont fix this brand of appliance and you told our rep it was a an electrical issue. No sorry dude...I told your rep my make, model and serial number. I also told him the fridge was no longer cooling and he told me to unplug for 48 hours, replug back in and leave on for 24 hours. I did exactly as told...leave plugged in for 24 hours implies unplug if issue is not resolved. This guy told me three times they can not get parts or fix fridge. It is 7 years old so well past its prime. Each time he stated but we can try and order parts, it it would be expensive...1st time he said it would probably run 500.00 so much cheaper if you buy a new one from us. I explained that I was not going to buy a new fridge, 500.00 is a heck of a lot cheaper than 3000. Again told me they dont fix this brand but he could try and order parts, he said it would probably cost 800.00. The third and final time he told me it would cost 1000 dollars. I finally called him on his BS and he said it was his discretion on what he charged me. He told me I would need to pay the 100.00.... Yeah, good luck getting me to pay that bill.
