Visiting an auto show in St. Paul in May confirmed our choice of the Tucson. Upon returning we began a search for the specific model (hybrid) we wanted but could not locate one. We were able to drive a different model at a dealership in Iowa City. We then contacted C & S, our local dealer in Waterloo, via internet and asked for help locating a Tucson Limited Hybrid with particular features. We then met with Scott Thurm, who checked the Hyundai system for this model but there were none. We worked with Scott to settle on a price and found that C & S was not charging above MSRP during the short supply circumstances of the pandemic. In fact, we took advantage of Hyundais policy of a $500 credit for veterans. We placed the order in June, and Scott thought it would take 3 months. The car arrived ahead of schedule, and Scott, along with Danny in Finance were very accommodating in processing all the paperwork. No hitches; good job all.

Rick helped us find our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find just the right vehicle! We would definitely recommend C&S and Rick to our family and friends!

Called about half hour before they closed JUST to get info on a truck and its availability as to we had plans to buy one at this location. Woman who we were transferred to i believe she handles all that, she was VERY rude and did not let my mother finish what she was saying she cut her off and spoke over her without hearing what we had to ask or say. She mustve been in a rush to get out of work. We will be taking our business elsewhere and i will be sure to NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Shawn was a great salesman! My husband and I have been shopping for the perfect SUV for quite some time and just couldnt find what we were looking for. We also met with a lot of salesmen but none of them were as great to work with as Shawn! He not only showed us multiple vehicles we were interested in but he also answered all of our questions and kept us laughing through the process. We ended up buying a 2019 because of the great service we received. We plan on taking our vehicle back for oil changes and are excited to see if the service continues!!
