Dr Yungquist was fantastic. She was compassionate, comforting, and painless. All of which is greatly appreciated from someone who hates the eye doctor. All of the staff I interacted with were Helpful and friendly. They were great to help me choose my new glasses which I cant wait to pick up. Thank you!

I was extremely impressed with Myeyedr. I had been going somewhere else for years and needed to get in for a last minute appointment. The Myeyedr. team checked the schedule for all surrounding locations to get me in same day. When I walked in everyone was friendly and I was greeted right away. The clinician I saw was professional and friendly and made me feel very confident and comfortable. My entire family will now be going here and I can gladly say I have switched from my old eye doctor to this one.

Great eye doctor. Dr Lefevere is on time,thorough,and they use latest equipment. Had appointment for eye exam with glasses perscription and contact lens prescription at 315, was in and out by 405. Highly recommended.

I was going here when it was Opticare for years. It switched over to MyEyeDr, but I continued to go because it was close to home. When I went for my last appointment, the staff was running around like their heads were cut off. It was an absolute mess. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes to be seen. Then it was rush rush rush to get me through. I told them 300 times I wanted to keep my frames and just change the lenses and they kept insisting I should switch my frames to a new pair. At the time I was under my Tri-Care and before I even started the appointment I asked them if they accepted that sort of insurance. They told me yes, that it would be no problem. Guess what was a problem? The Tri-care!!! I had to call the insurance company myself and get an explanation of benefits FOR them. Then after all was said and done they said I was all set. I paid for my lenses and went home. A few weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for almost $300!!!! FOR WHAT????? Completely disorganized and rude. I recently got new insurance under a civilian employer and my husband made an appt here because its close to his work. I told him we are going to have problems but I understand the convenience. He gets home and tells me he had to pay almost $300 for an appointment!!!! I check the bill and they charged him for things the insurance should cover. When he called them back they started arguing with him AS WE ARE LOOKING AT THE EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS. They told him when he picks up his glasses THEN they can refund him. What a joke. How this place stays in business is beyond me. Probably all the extra charges and bills they try to get away with.

Ive been going to the company (Optic care) now My eye doctor, for many many years. The doctor is great and one of the assistance Cheryl is great. Ever since the change over to My eye doctor customer service has gone right down the tubes. I ordered a pair of frames early Oct. and a week later was told that they were discontinued, so went right down and picked out another pair. Weeks later got a call that they were in so I went to get them, and the regular assistant was off that day. The person that helped me could care less how the glasses fit, THEN after waiting over a month the frame was chipped, when I showed her she said she would order new frames and call me when they came in, Well now its going on three months NO call. I dont recommend this place to get glasses, what happen to the place??
