I’m not a patient here, prefacing with that. However, I was treated very well. I was in the Thousand Islands for my honey moon and ran out of contacts on the 1st full day of our trip and didn’t pack my glasses. They were the only optician in the area carrying my script and brand in store and when I got there, they gave me 10 days worth completely free. I walked out with happy tears, they seriously saved our honeymoon. Thank you Original Eyewear!!!

This company will scam you out of your money. They have a large sign posted in their office claiming that ALL payment is due upon receipt of care. I paid $400 at the time of service. The company upped my bill by $300 up to $700 when they sent the same bill to my insurance company. These are not good people. This is not a good company. They will scam you. Daniel Sweet is correct, you should not go here. This company has been reported to the FTC for fraud.

Completely useless! Unable to help, overpriced! In the age of COVID you would think people would be a little more helpful. No wonder small business is dying. Keep up!

I actually purchased my frames and lenses through EyeCrave Optics, just about a month before Jody passed away. The wonderful staff here at Original Eyewear squeeze me in to tighten and adjust my glasses every time I call. They’re always super friendly and helpful - and they are following Covid guidelines precisely.Thank you Original Eyewear! 🙌🏼☺️

I have multiple complications with my vision, and Dr Braun always takes all the time necessary to work through all of my issues. He is always trying to make sure that we consider all options to get my vision corrected as much as possible. I really appreciate how diligent he is. It has been tremendously helpful to me.

I just spent about $2K here for my family. When I went in to get the new cable temples for my frames, they made that simple task very difficult putting blame on me that they ordered the wrong ones. I pointed out to Debbie that it wasnt good to argue with customers and she actually argued about that. Dont go here

Dr Braun is the best eye Dr I myself and my family have ever had. We have never and a wrong prescription.s The staff is helpful and pleasant.

I had an excellent first time experience with Original Eyewear of Watertown! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and I was seen very quickly with only a short 5 minute wait or so. Im super happy to find a great vision center as I recently moved back to the area and wasnt sure where to go, and I gave them a try due to positive online reviews. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely continue to schedule all of my future appointments here!

It was an awsome experience. They were super helpful and friendly.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They do not offer Saturday hours and they are a little pricey but the service is well worth it.

I got the best eye exam Ive ever had, and new lenses that corrected my vision problem that was not addressed properly by a previous doctor. Very friendly staff, and A+ doctor.
