My experience was awesome! Francisco is an excellent Service Representative. I will come back here anytime I need an oil change or anything for my car. I was there when they opened at 7am & they were able to find out what was wrong with my vehicle plus fix it. Customer service is awesome or at least my experience was on today.
We found two trucks on Auto Trader that we wanted to see at Waxahachie Dodge. When we got there, a woman took us to the trucks and told us that the trucks are being sold for MSRP + $5,000. While this would make the trucks out of our price range, I understand the trucks would probably sell for this amount easily. But that is the amount they should advertise on Auto Trader. It is false advertisement and unethical to advertise one amount to get customers to your location and then change the price once there.
I took my 2005 Ram 1500 truck to have the brakes fixed, because it doesnt brake like it should (main problem) and also the dashboard had a blinking abs light and they recommended me to re-program the ABS module so I had to I had to pay 355.00 + charge for using a total credit card 365.00 I left the truck for two days and they called me to let me know that it was ready, but only the ABS light went out, that is, THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED.The mechanic recommended me to bleed the braking system that would cost 120.00 plus taxes, which I accepted as long as my braking problem is solved, the problem was not solved and now they want me to adjust the booster so they want to charge 355.00 plus taxes to see if the problem is fixed . I went with THEM to find and solve, I did not go with them to GUESS the problem because I trust that they are the experts. I DO NOT believe it is fair to pay for a mechanical service that does not know how to diagnose mechanical failures.It is as if I were going to buy watermelons and they gave me the seeds.We (consumers) are not willing to waste our money, in that case we better go with a cheap mechanic to GUESS and pay less than an agency service.NOW THEY DONT WANT TO RETURN MY TRUCK TO ME UNTIL I PAY THEM FOR THE FAILED REPAIR.Why is a Dodge mechanic misdiagnosing a Dodge vehicle problem?Are they really experts on Dodge cars and trucks?Fail the diagnosis just to collect more money?They know that I had to rent a car to get around while they are repairing my truck badly and they dont care about the customer.I am willing to pay for them to diagnose and fix that should be their goal.They have hijacked my truck, if I dont pay for the failed service.I have wasted almost 2 weeks of my time.
Brought my car in kept my car for three days plus the weekend. Tell me my car heater blower, heater coil, and wire on the back door. My car was blowing Cold and heater working fine, wanted to charge me $2300 for a heater coil, The problem I was having only requires a AC and heater blend door Actuator $28 at AutoZone. My car is not leaking antifreeze it’s not leaking under the passenger floor is simply. When I turn on the AC the heater comes on when I turn on the heater the AC comes on and there’s knocking on the dash. Charge the insurance I had God knows how much. End up paying $255 for nothing.

I found several trucks online that fit my needs here and called to check stock before loading up my 5 year old and driving 45 minutes to see the trucks. Upon arrival, I was promptly told to add $5k to all of the advertised prices the had posted.Hard no go.

First, as a woman in a male dominated industry, Madison was absolutely amazing! She explained every detail every step of the way. She kept in constant communication with me and continually updated me on the process, when parts were ordered, etc. She gave me a realistic timeline and even found discounts for me. My Chrysler Pacifica never ran better! They even washed my car and had it sitting pretty when time to pick it up. The entire staff was amazing, but Madison was exceptionally awesome and her customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much Waxahachie Jeep Dodge. I’d recommend any and everyone to you guys!
Definitely will not return to this dealership. My Jeep is brand new and having issues and the service advisor blamed me for the issues. He as terrible with communication. I’m willing to drive down to another dealership to avoid Francisco.
I have to say, I received the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. I was stranded from out of town and had to have my car towed to the dealership. Jonathan was great with communicating with me and very accommodating knowing I was from out of town and wanting to get back on the road to get home.They had a courtesy car picked me up at my hotel at check out time when I requested to bring me to the service department. It was a great experience.
They claimed they “test drive “ my vehicle and taken items apart an put fully back “ without my acknowledgment aswell, and didn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle and tried too charge me a diagnostic fee of 200. Dollars. 25 mins after receiving my vehicle, I experienced the exact same problem in which I brought it there for . Hands down bad experience, and my worker for my vehicle was “ Shawn”
I saw this car on the website 10/22/21. I emailed the dealership to make sure it was still available and got a reply that it was there and ready for a test drive. Waxahachie is about 40 miles from my office and about 60 from my home, but this car was the color I was looking for and couldnt find more local. I drove down after work to meet with the salesman. I asked for him but was told he was just the guy who answers inquiries, so I met with another salesman, and was then told that the car was not there, it was still in transit and still in Ontario, Canada. It was expected to be in between October 30th and November 10th. Everything in my head said walk away, but I was there and didnt want to go through the hassle again, etc, etc. so I went ahead and bought the car at that time. Anyway, I got lucky and the car did come in and I was able to pick it up on November 4th. The sales process is what the sales process is at any dealership where Ive ever bought a car. 3 hours of my life Ill never get back. The price was fair, not great and the trade in value was fair, not great. The car is great and I love it, so thats what really matters I guess. 3-Stars for telling me the car was there when it wasnt. Everything else was pretty good.
When other dodge dealerships were back up, Waxahachie Dodge dealers was able to get me in and service my vehicle quick and thorough. The customer service was great and above all. Everyone that I encountered was very nice. When I called, I had a brief conversation with the service scheduler (I think her name was Brianna?). When I arrived for service, the young lady that checked me was very sweet and welcoming. Wait wasnt too long and it actually went by fast. My car was clean when it was returned to me and they made my day with a very nice surprise towards my service😉. My family is new in town, so it was extremely cool!

I had a very good first time experience in the service department.. first I was greeted by a human voice on the phone making a appointment..second I was able to get an appointment in just a few days.. I can only speak of my experience so far, as I will have to go back when parts have come up in..However I had tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment in Arlington and all I could do was leave messages to call me back, which I never did get that call.. so having said that I am extremely please with the service I have received thus far..Alice and David Smith

This was my 1st time at Waxahachie Jeep. EXCELLENT customer service, when I called, a human answered the phone and helped me. Very nice. Then today went in for appointment for a recall and Francisco helped me.. very nice and professional, and it was completed sooner than promised, 2 hpurs instead of 2 weeks later like Classic Jeep (on 2 of my familys vehicles).I finally found a great dealer worthy of the Jeep name. Any Jeepers in the Dfw area, WAXAHACHIE JEEP is the only option imo. Im sending all my jeep friends to Waxahachie. VERY happy with them and highly recommend.Ive called Classic Jeep in Arlington, since January of 2021. Left over 30 messages. To date I have NEVER once received a call back. I called about a major recall along with service, which I would be paying for. They clearly dont need the money. Ive driven Jeeps for 30 years and have dealt with many dealers in many states. Classic is hands down the worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. They couldnt even align or rotate tires on a 2016 jk at my last visit because they didnt have the tools, according to the service manager. Seriously. Anyone looking for a legitimate Jeep dealer, go to Waxahachie Jeep. EXCELLENT everything- wouldnt change a thing. Im SO happy I found them!
Mark the customer service rep checked me in for my oil change services. He was friendly, attentive and professional, he said that my car would be ready in an a hour, and it was. This is was my first visit to this dealership and I was very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely return!

My husband went to have the brakes on our truck repaired, we ended up paying about 700 dlls there and they couldnt repair it, although the truck is Dodge, they didnt know how to find the problem (or they didnt want to), after that they called him to See the possibility of removing the bad review that he put the dealer in google and they offered him try again my husband thought about it, my husband thought about it but decided to take it to a private mechanic, who fixed the problem for 100.00 dlls.We really wasted time and moneyThey offer free brake checks without knowing how to fix a truck of their own brand.Dont let your money be stolen!

As a woman, one of my least favorite things to do is to bring my Jeep into the dealership for service. I have had terrible experiences at the Greenville, TX location and the Rockwall, TX location in both of the service departments. I have been lied to and had multiple attempts to charge me for services and/or parts that weren’t actually necessary. Fast forward to my experience at the Waxahachie Jeep service department. What a breath of fresh air! Shawn was respectful and polite from the minute that I pulled up. My oil change and tire rotation were quick and I was out of there in under an hour. I will drive over an hour to get all of my service from this location in the future. I actually feel like I can trust them to take care of me.
We are from out of town and found this dealership through Truecar. They made the buying process very easy. They drove the car to us. Paperwork was signed and they agreed to send our copy once financing was finalized. They kept in touch till it was delivered in March. Once delivered, we never had our paperwork mailed to us. We are already having issues with our new car. I called, message and left voicemail to Mike and manager and to this day no response. We are now August. Every time I call the girl who answers ask who and why I need to talk to someone. She transfers me and no one ever answers or calls back. Very frustrating.

Today was my first time going to Waxahachie Dodge Chrysler & Jeep. I needed to get an oil change on my Fiat 124 Spider! Shawn Raleigh is awesome! Super helpful and very friendly. When it was time to pick up my car and pay for service Shawn advised me it was no charge!😮 When I asked why he told me it was my first time coming to them and because I only get my oil changed once a year! Took car in on a recall. Didnt understand the process at first but eventually realized getting approved for installation of a new engine is time consuming. Worth the wait.

I have been reading great reviews about this dealership and thought I bring them my business, I called today and spoke with a young lady and was asked How can I help you I asked to speak with a Service advisor for the Dodge vehicles as I needed to schedule and also speak to someone about the issue I was having with my truck, the young lady said I can help you took all my information and then asked What was the reason for brining my truck in. I explained the problem I was having and then said that she was transferring me to a Service advisor, I was like really! I wasted my time speaking with you?? after being on hold for a few minutes she told me the advisor would call me within a few minutes. I still have not gotten a call from the service advisor till this day. Even if she or he was to call, I will not be taking my business to this dealership.
Vince went above and beyond his job to make sure I was well taken care of! I purchased 4 new tires and he made sure I had the best price! He saved me money and made sure I had a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop! He made sure the car was cleaned and the oil changed. Vince is the definition of going above and beyond. My day was less stressful because of him! Amazing dealership with amazing customer service. Ask for Vince!
Horrible. Stay away. Was told I needed parts replaced that didnt need replaced. Lied to about warranty. The pig tail needed replaced and a 10 cent fuse. #77 But was charged for 2 other items I didnt need. They wanted to replace the whole fuel tank over a bent heat shield. Supervisor was mad i interrupted his last 2 bites to his lunch. Even when I proved to him it was a fuse and not the module he still lied and just kept saying I dont know it will take me 2 hours to find out. They will scam you fast. Be careful. 4x4 still dont work. He said we can write another ticket and but it in the shop again. For what? Stuff I all ready paid for. Lesson learned.

Took my Pacifica in for an Oil Change. Mr. Raleigh was the Service Advisor. I have not been in this dealership before. So to keep me coming back he said he would give me the first oil change for free. I cant do better than that. So Ill be back. Also a free car wash. There was a gentleman there with a Truck that has the same recall my dually has. He was unhappy that all they did was weld the steering linkage together. I discussed it with Mr. Raleigh, I have read other forums and it has been my understanding that is all they can do. Mr. Raleigh confirmed that. I will be bringing that in for an oil change in a few days. This past weekend I had a Def error come up. I may need a new Def pump which should be under warranty. So far I have been happy with the free oil change and the discussion on the steering recall. I have been very pleased. If needed (doubtful) I will write another review.

I usually feel pretty intimidated going into service centers because of my lack of knowledge on cars but everyone there was extremely kind. I worked with Maddison and she made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and never made me feel as though I was a bother. I drove 15 miles to this dealership rather than the one that’s 5 miles from my house which says a lot. Will for sure be taking my car back here for future needs.

COMMISSION, COMMISSION, COMMISSION!Sales man claimed that due to the shortage of vehicles, he could sell the Ram for well over $5k above the sticker, because of the shortage. He was really pushing their financing, which I didnt need.Theres no negotiation, just their hardline sell!Too many Ram Dealerships within 100 miles to put up with an ineffective Salesman, who was looking for his Months salary on one sale!This dealership can kiss my grits!

I purchased a new Ram 3500 from this dealership. The truck broke down in Ohio with 25,000 miles on it. The dealership in Ohio had it for 2-1/2 months before I had the truck transported back to Waxahachie where I purchased the truck, (at my expense). It is July 15, 2021, and Waxahachie has had the truck since December 2020, and I have now been informed the truck is fixed. Communications from the dealership were pitiful, I was continually lied to by Star, and this was all compounded by one of my work trucks being down for ten months. I also purchased a platinum 3500 from this dealership at the same time. That truck was in minor accident at 3,500 miles, and sent to this dealership for repairs. After the third return with the same problems, I traded the truck in on a Ford. Run, dont walk, to a Ford dealership if you are buying. If you need service, and you will sooner or later if you purchased a RAM truck, take it to another dealership as your experience at this one will likely be bad, especially if pete is still the manager at that time, (he may be washing cars before too long). I have owned millions of dollars in company and personal trucks over the last 24 years, and I have never received such horrible service over that time. RAM-JUNK, STAR-LIARS, WAXAHACHIE DODGE worst dealership in any town, in any state. Now I can get a robot response regarding this review, which is fitting... They should let the robot run this dealership, it might improve the entire operation.

Went in to talk about my 2016 Ram 6.7 Diesel in DEF Limp mode. (7/19/2021) would just like to get the code removed. This is still under warranty for emissions equipment. In the documentation the warranty is clearly stated. Yet, All the service rep wants is $800. to do service. I have other Recalls to do and I am wanting to get Oil & fuel filters changed even though they are not even at 50% yet. Just because I have not driven it much because of Covid. The Service Rep also says that this $800. Service is needed every 67500. (I have completed the crankcase engine filter service myself) Yet, in my documentation the service he wants to do is not needed for this vehicle. He just wants my $800 of my paycheck for unneeded service. Trying to Upsell unneeded service. Dishonest is what I call that.

Other than waiting 2 hours on a scheduled oil change and tire rotation things were good today. I bought my vehicle from here almost 2 years ago so I got these services on the house. The staff was nice and I was actually able to sit in the waiting room the whole time. They have restrooms, tv, drinks and snacks for purchase and complimentary coffee.
Absolutely loved the whole truck buying process. Pedro Guerra was such an amazing salesman, he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the best recommendations for my situation. I came all the way from Waco because my family recommended him to me. He took the time to make sure I knew everything on my vehicle. He just goes the extra mile for us. AND I GOT A FREE YETI COOLER!! Brought my 2014 Jeep GC Ecodiesel in for an open EGR recall and to have a TPMS replaced. Upon diagnosis they discovered an oil leak as well - before moving forward on the repair I was called and notified that it would be covered under warranty. They also gave me a loaner vehicle until the repair was complete. This team is very communicative and does a great job of taking care of their customers.
I did not have an appointment but they worked me in and because it took about 15 minutes longer than estimated, they comped my oil change.
Sent my R/T Shaker Challenger in for a full synthetic oil change. Service was good and staff was polite.

I Purchased a new Ram 2500, love the truck and appreciate Mikes help. I had some concerns and admittedly I’m not the easiest person to please. The GM reached out to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. They worked hard to resolve my concerns and fulfilled every commitment they had made along the way.
I went here to trade in and purchase a new truck. The salesman I was dealing with was Anthony Sampson.I picked a 2500 Tradesman because the Final Price was $45,694 which is not true. He added something called Market Value $2000 and some type of electronic chip charge $1500. I asked why they advertised one price but raise when you get there; his reply was oh well it is what it is.I went in preapproved through my credit union and after finally agreeing on a price he tells me it will be there 5/28. The truck isnt even there and he pressures me to sign the paperwork. I told him I wont sign till I see the truck. The very next day he texts me saying the truck is there. I leave work early and get to find out it os not and he blames his manager for this mistake. He then tells me it will be there on 5/31, so I cut my time short from my family holiday celebration to go pick up the truck and once again its not there.Now the latest excuse is the keys are lost to a truck blocking it on the railcar. This has been a week already actually 10 days and I guess it is still on the train. Funny thing is that a entire train has been held hostage because of this, LOL.Anthony Sampson is a liar and has no honor or integrity. I have written a letter of complaint to their corporate office and Better Business Bureau. I had to give one star or I could not post this review.
We went in to look at a jeep, used jeep, lol. We tried it out, well my kids fit but were a little tight. I did not even sit in it until they we comfortable. The salesman Joe said, Hey let me show you something thats about the same but just a little larger. I dont remember the price difference, it may have been cheaper. But it fit the kids very well. It had all the options we really wanted. I went in with financing, but they got me better financing, better rates and no down. There were some issues that were minor but Joe talked to his boss and they got me in and out a couple of days later. It was fast and painless. This was the most efficient car buy we ever have done. No hassles, no gimmicks no head aches. A+ service and sales. Thanks Joe and all involved in a very good transaction.now after the fact, the car has problems which Joe and the rest just dont return calls and ignore. One is Joe told me he would have the fender fixed before I got the car as part of buying it, well its not fixed. I drove it up there and he was going to call us back, 3 weeks and crickets. The car has electrical issues, the car has no front license plate mount, the lights flicker. The service dept is super friendly and pretty good, after the sale service unless you going to pay more up front for hidden problems sucks.went from a great experience to an I dont know and pray I was not screwed. Im a vet and disabled and cant not do much anymore, this is an issue to me.
$400 just for a 2012 Dodge Avenger key its a shame that the dealer will take advantage of a person like that

HORRIBLE service. If I could put zero stars I would. They had my car for two weeks. During that time they did not contact us to let us know what they had diagnosed the vehicle with, we had to contact them to find out anything that was going on. After a couple of days we were told it was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival we found out they had not yet test drove it and decided they needed to keep it longer. Then we were told it takes 4 to 5 days for new parts to be delivered. Come to find out they ordered the wrong part for the car so we had to wait ANOTHER 4 days for the correct part to come in. When we finally picked up the car 15 days later we brought it home for just one day, long enough to find out the same exact noise we took it in for was still there as well as a new noise that was not there before. We took it back and were assured we would be taken care of in a day or two. After waiting two days with no word of what was going on we contacted them. We had to spend a whole day calling and texting before we finally got in touch with someone who could tell us what they diagnosed it with and were told it would be another 3 days before it was ready, but were promised it would be ready Monday. Showed up at the end of the day Monday and they were barely beginning to work on it. When we finally picked it up a day later we find out they have fixed things on the vehicle that were NEVER discussed with us and we were expected to pay. Vince was very rude and unprofessional through out the entire 3 weeks of dealing with them. We will never be doing business with the Waxahachie Autoplex again.
