I called them to fix my Motorola phone because they are an authorized repair center. Their response was we will mail it to Motorola for you. I can do that. Dont waste your time here.

Fixed the phone right up it works and looks as good as it ever did and only took a day to get the work done I hope not to need them again but if I do that is were I will go

I made a 0900 appointment to have my iphone 11 screen fixed and it’s perfect! It didn’t take long and the female associate that helped me was great. Will definitely return to this location.

There was a REAL problem with my email account. CPR got with Microsoft and figured it out. Shame on Microsoft for NOT ironing out there problems BEFORE forcing upgrades that don’t work as they are supposed to, on us. Thank You CPR for holding there feet to the fire and getting them to own up to Microsoft’s mistakes!

Does good work for fair price. I have used for several screen replacements and battery replacements over many years

We did a quote online and brought it into the store, and the price was the same. The screen replacement only took an hour and a half, and they installed a glass screen protector for us as well. It was a great experience, and the price seemed reasonable.

Went in for battery replacement on an iPhone. They had the battery there and was done the same day for $100. Dropped it off and picked up about two hours later.

Fast and friendly service. I needed a battery replacement for a 2 year old phone. They ordered one in and had it for me the next day. When it arrived they called me to set up a time for the repair and was ready when I crossed town. They told me it would be about an hour, they came in early and had me out the door on 45 minutes. It was also less than originally quoted. Sometimes you get lucky, as I was with that. I wouldnt hesitate to stop in or call for any repair needs.

Told me 250 for the screen replacement came in he did all these tests said looks good. Then said 450. Told him I called him 20 min earlier. He said he apologized. Ps I have him on a phone recorder app. Just saying Im not going to do business with them again

Only come here if your uncomfortable fixing your own electronics. I needed a laptop lcd screen assembly hinge replaced.I had the replacement assembly for the repair. I was qouted $129 plus extra charges if something came up during the replacement repair. I swapped the broken lcd assembly with another lcd cover assembly/hinges bought off eBay and saved myself more money spent unnecessarily.

I came in to ask about repairing the cracked phone screen on my iPhone 8. McKenna immediately answered all my questions and said she could do the repair the same day! I’m very happy with this service and will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thanks for the great service!

I had ordered a replacement battery and tool kit from Amazon with plans to do it myself but my schedule was too busy and I was a little hesitant to do the work.Cody was courteous and got the work done in the time he said he would... or so I thought...My phone continued to have battery issues. I figured I had received a bad battery from Amazon so I ordered another and another kit to do the work myself.Imagine my surprise when, today, I opened the phone to find the OEM battery still inside. Furious does not even begin to describe where I am at on this.I work out of town. My phone is my lifeline as a construction superintendent. The battery issues caused difficulties too numerous to list. Not to mention I had to take time out of my weekend with my family (which isnt every weekend) to do the work myself.I dont live in Waxahachie, nor am I frequently near there... but rest assured, next time I am, I will be marching in their store and demanding a refund, compensation for both batteries (since the first was never installed and I had to buy a second), and compensation for my time doing it. Since they were going to charge me 64.94 to do the work it only seems fair I be compensated the same...So lets see:$64.94 - I was charged for work that was never done$64.94 - my labor to do the work they were supposed to do$14.60 - the first battery and tool kit which I left with them$34.36 - second OEM battery I bought, tools, and replacement glass-------------$178.84 - what I figure Im owedI would be glad to have a discussion with the owner, and give a favorable review of this fiasco, after receiving the above reimbursement.

I don’t usually write reviews but the first time I went in was to replace the charging port and they said it would take an hour after an hour they said it’ll take longer because they broke my screen, after that I had to come back in the next day because they messed up the mic. I had to come back a THIRD time because they left a tiny crack in the screen and now since they installed the screen poorly it’s broken on the edge. NEVER COME TO THIS SHOP

I came to your shop looking for a replacement battery for my Samsung phone. You did not have it in stock but told me you could order it and have it in a week. Two weeks later I check back and you told me it was not in yet but should be in shortly. Again, you took my contact details.Six months later I still haven’t heard from you. But a competitor in town has installed the battery replacement.

My phone has been rapidly loosing battery charge over the last couple of weeks. I emailed CPR, got a call the same day on the weekend. They ordered my battery, let me know when it had arrived. I took my phone in and within a couple of hours it was ready. The process was seamless. I will use them again for any repairs. I am determined not to buy another phone in the near future, so this is a great alternative.

I went in and got a new battery a week or two ago now because my battery was in dire need of replacement. Now only two weeks later and my phone wont charge at all or recognize there is a charging cord plugged in! This is extremely aggravating with how much money im having to spend!

I told him & showed him my phone, he assessed it and quoted the price and how much time it would take to repair it....Amazing customer service I was in and out in less than 30 minutes...He said if anything goes wrong with the screen to come back and he would take care of it... I am most well pleased with my visit yesterday...Will recommend him to all that needs phone repair..

Ordered a new screen for a phone that needed repair through them and it was only a few days for them to receive it. Once received, they were able to install it same day and it only took them roughly an hour to do so. Friendly staff and quick reception.

I’ve been losing battery for quite a while going from 93% down to 40’s without using the phone or waking up in the morning with 4% when I went to bed with a full charge and the phone off. ATT does not have batteries but suggested CPR Cell Phone Repair. The gentleman behind the desk looked it up, had the battery and asked we come back in 30 min. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend them for your cell phone needs.

Took an iPhone to get the screen and battery replaced. Aaron quoted me a price and I was very impressed in the short time it took to do the repairs. Quick and easy. No problems what so ever. Great service and would recommend this place to others. I will be returning to this place for all my other phone repairs.

There was a sweet young lady who made sure everything was explained and that my insurance would cover the cost of repairing my phone. I left confident that I would be well taken care of. The repair has not been completed due to a need to order parts but I trust it will be completed in a timely mannee.

They had the part I needed in stock, and the total for the part and repair labor was about $100 cheaper than the other 2 places I called in town, who didnt have the screen in stock. My phone was fixed an hour after I dropped it off.

Went in for screen replacement. They requested my passcode. You don’t need access to phone & data to replace screen. I asked for my phone back and went up street... they replaced it a little cheaper, in 15 mins vs 45 I was quoted, and without a pass code. My wallet and my data security are better off!!!

Took a Samsung tablet in yesterday that hasnt been working for several months now. It was a common, easy, and quick fix! Very polite & professional! And didnt even charge me! Will definitely take any future devices needing fixed there!

Amazing service!! My fiancés iPhone 7 plus screen cracked the day he got it and we went into their shop close to closing. They made a call for a screen, drove all the way into Dallas to pick up the screen, and then came in on their day off to make sure it got done all because my fiancé desperately needed a working phone before he left out of state. If you have phone issues this is the place to go! The service alone speaks for itself and the people working there are a plus because they were nice and friendly. We told them that day we were having a gender reveal and when we went back the next day they remembered, asked about it, and were excited and happy for us! Thank you for taking care of us! Very impressed! I spent hours looking around on the internet trying to fix my iPhone problem by myself. I went to the ATT store, and they told me they had never seen an issue like this before. Finally, I took my phone to In&Out Smart Repair, hoping desperately to avoid buying a new phone. It took Cody less than two minutes to fix my problem.
