The lady was really nice and only took a couple of minutes to get my phone charging again. My grandson had spilled his drink and I got a message that liquid was in the lightning port. I did the rice trick but a piece of rice evidently got stuck up in there. She fixed it in probably less than 2 minutes at no charge. Will come back again if I have any other issues.

I had a remote to a camper that the screen is cracked and to get one replaced its $300.for a new remote. So I searched for an electronic repair shop swiping past the big name stores like Best Buy, Just Save gadgets comes up had great reviews of how polite the owners are and the pictures on Google was of a welcoming reception area. So I thought maybe my gadget could be saved after all I did have the screen from another remote in my hand. So I go to the Just save gadgets walk in ask if it could be repaired was asked what it was I said a camper remote and the woman yells back at some one do we fix camper remotes something was said back that I couldnt hear and the woman told me no. I was confused and left  thinking of all the great comments. So I go to Best Buy to ask the geek squad if it could be repaired they said all I need to do is swap out screens and they referred me to a cellphone repair shop they dont fix them but the guy that works there can repair it for me.I did call Just Save Gadgets talked to the owner to let him know my Gadget could be fixed. I know now why I had to wait in line at the best buy and the cellphone repair place and had to wake someone up when I walked in Just save gadgets not a welcoming reception area hiding behind plexiglass. Just save limited Gadgets its not that I was told no it was that you didnt even want to look at it and best buy did, sad thing is I know just save some gadgets could have repaired it. Its as simple as un soldering one and soldering on the new one. Dont you worry my gadget is getting repaired as I type this. Just a little conservative advice Dont blame your bad reviews on the reviewer dont blame your failing business on someone that was willing to give you his money to just look.

I walked into this shop around 2:30 in the afternoon just to inquire about getting my phone screen repaired. Their price was very reasonable so I agreed to have them repair it. This place is absolutely amazing! The people that work there are extremely helpful and know what they’re doing. I came in thinking that my microphone and speaker were damaged on my iPhone X. It just turned out that it was just dirty. So instead of trying to charge me for a new speaker and microphone for my phone that didn’t need one, they simply just cleaned it for me and didn’t charge me anything! It’s hard to come by people that are just honest people that aren’t just out to make a buck. I’ll definitely be a customer from here on out! Thanks again!!

The owner fixed my IPhone home button in less than 15 minutes. Due to social distancing we waited in our vehicle, and was just about to drive off and explore Waxahachie, the owner comes out with my phone already fixed! I’m definitely making the drive to Waxahachie from Dallas if I ever need my phone repaired!

These guys are terrific. Its been same day service each time! Replaced my wifes iPhone 6 plus screen, battery and camera for about 125 bucks. Love it. They even threw in a tempered glass protector. Sweet people.

I took my kids iPad there cause the sound was stuck on earphones & they messed it up so bad, that the home button no longer worked when we picked it up. I will never use them again & the woman working the counter was the rudest person Ive ever met.

This place has helped me multiple times throughout the years. The first time was about a year ago when I thought my lightning port on my iPhone was broken. I took the phone in fully expecting to pay however much it cost to fix it and the lady at the counter just took some tweezers and pulled out a LOT of pocket lint, and it charged just fine after that. They could have easily just told me they would change the port and charged me however much, but the fact that they were honest and did it for no charge at all speaks wonders about who the owners are as people. About 4 months ago I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7. I took it straight to them and they had it fixed within 30 minutes for $100 and gave me a free screen protector with a lifetime warranty on the screen. Well unfortunately the screen was faulty and started bugging out and I had taken the screen protector off because I thought maybe that was the issue, it wasn’t. So I took the phone back and explained the issue, they said that taking the screen protector off the phone voids the lifetime warranty which I didn’t know....so I was expecting to pay another $100 which I was fine with doing. But guess what? They still replaced it for free and ate the cost of the screen. That is absolutely outstanding customer service, and it’s worked just fine ever since. Today, with my iPhone 7 I was experiencing the same issues as my old phone with the charging port not charging, I checked for pocket lint but couldn’t find any so I thought for sure the port was bad (since I recently accidentally pulled my phone while it was plugged in and yanked the cable out) but to my surprise she was once again able to pull a good amount of pocket lint out and my phone charges perfectly again, and she still didn’t charge me a thing. I cannot speak more highly of this place. The owners are amazing people and they do quality work in a very short amount of time. 100% recommend them for any of your phone repair needs. They have gained a customer for life.

Just Save Gadgets is a reliable on terms of warranty. Although few aspects could be improved such as replacement parts (because they dont have every part available in store), theyre dedicated to their customers until theyre satisfied. And with each time going over there, their quality is steadily improving, a plus for a small, family-run business. Ill return there again to await for the part for my phone to come in once again.***UPDATE***After waiting for the part to come in, they gave me a free battery for my patience.

This place is dishonest and very rude. They said they replaced my iPhone screen with an Apple one. They lied. The first time the white under the screen broke and he wanted to glue and paint it. That failed. He replaced the screen with another fake Apple screen that cracked almost beyond repair. I got a “apple charger” from him that didn’t work. Then they gave me a longer one that didn’t charge at all. I went to a Sprint Technicinan that replaces it and when he saw under the screen he noticed my camera had been stolen and replaced w some awful piece. Other pieces of my phone were taken and replaced w horrible pieces. When I confronted him, he called me crazy and said he’s given me all this stuff. No he hadn’t. I showed the photos from the previous technician that were fake or replaced w bad parts. I wondered why I could take but a fuzzy selfie. Now I know why. I’d not send my dog to them. They are trash. They are dishonest and they steal. NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE. EVER. I’m warning you. It’s a bad business.

So far, not so good. Dropped phone off and was told it would be ready in 45 min. That was almost 2 hours ago. I have left messages, sent text and I cannot get a response. I understand things happen but you have to be available to your customers. At this point Im really not sure if I will use them again.Well, I am trying them once more. Started out a bit better. Phone was returned to me when they said they would be done. Just so happens the part was bad and the phone still will not charge. Not their fault, I get it, bad parts are shipped and received all the time. They said, no problem just bring it back and well take another look. That was last Friday and its now Wednesday and I havent heard from them. Tried to call again but got voice mail. I really want to give them a better review than I did the first time. We shall see.

It’s places like this that give other small businesses a bad name. I used to go to them all the time, but here lately they are using cheap aftermarket products and charging as if they were using name brand. Then when it doesn’t work they won’t stand behind their product. The screen they put in our phone fell out and we took it there for replacement and they tried to tell us we punctured a hole in something that was internal behind the screen. We never even had access to the internals of the screen until it fell out. Anyways pick somewhere else because they WILL NOT stand behind their products.

This place is great. My phones LCD was broken to where its touchscreen would not work as well as there being graphical issues. When I took it to them they fixed it up in less than 20 minutes and they replaced my screen protector to go along with it. The team here is great.

Went there to get my iPhone 6 screen fix after it was run over. They fixed it fast. About 3 months later I had an issue with the phone. No cracks or anything my phone frame had developed a bend which My warranty does not cover and that pushed my screen up out of the frame. I took it to them and explained what was going on and they put a new screen on and bent my phone back for free. They are great.

Galaxy s4 charger port replacement. They had it done in an hour and a half for $45 and seemed to be pretty busy at the time. I was pleased with their service and they offered me a 30 day warranty.

I believe that this is a great place for certain repairs. If they replace your screen, they give you a lifetime warranty on it for as long as you own it. Also the battery replacement price for my 5s was just $20. However, if you have more serious issues (like board level problems, weird charging issues, etc.), youll be better served by sending your phone off to iPad Rehab yourself.

When I came in to get my samsung s6 edge scr fixed, they went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. My repair was done quick and the work was great. The employees are kind and polite. AMAZING!

The price is good and they are very consistent with any repair I have. It is good to call in advance to make sure they have the part you need.

I dropped off my 2 tablets here in August. It took a few days to get them both fixed but they discounted the price for me. Both cracked screens and charger ports. After picking them up I immediately had to return 1 because the auxiliary port wasnt working. Then I had to take the other back because the charging port has stopped working again. And now a month and a half later both charging ports are down again. I am not happy with this establishment.

I had a great experience while at the store. Everyone was super friendly and the repair was timely. However, I broke my screen and LCD again just a few months later and brought it to a repair shop in Colorado. The guy asked me if I had had my phone repaired recently and I said yes. He could tell, and it was a terrible job, because two screws on the outside of my phone were missing, one was loose, the proximity sensor wasnt held in right (which had been giving me problems), among other problems.Basically, dont go here. Go somewhere where the people know phones and know what theyre doing.

The screen was coming off of my iPhone 5s and the Apple store told me that replacing the screen was the only option for $100. I took it to Just Save Gadgets and they looked at it and said the the battery was swollen for too much heat and was pushing the screen away from the body of the phone. It was too hot because I have a Mophie and I was charging it all the time. They replaced the battery with one identical to what was in the phone, resealed the cover, all for $21. I couldnt be happier and I will go to them first from now on.

I dropped off a phone last Friday and was told it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. When I called to confirm on Tuesday, I was told that they were so sorry I had not been informed but that the part needed was out of stock and they had no idea when it would become available and no idea when my phone would be able to be fixed but I was welcome to either leave my cell there until some unknown date when the part became available or I could come pick it up. I called In & Out Repair, which is also located in Waxahachie, and they said it looked to them like the part was available. So I picked up the phone from JSG on Wednesday and took it to In & Out Repair and they ordered the part to be overnight shipped and it will be repaired and ready for me to pick up on Friday. Now I am paying a MUCH higher price but at least the service and experience is better than what I had been given at JSG. I have always used Just Save Gadgets and am really disappointed with this experience. I feel like I was lied to and like they did not really care about having my business at all.

02/28/14Came in with a broken lcd on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Quoted me $250 for the replacement and made good on their quote. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I called and they had it fixed the very next day. Very quick service and the screen is perfect coming with a 30 day warranty.The only problem I had was my discovery of a few scratches on the edges of the phone. Probably hard not to make scratches with an aggressive procedure like a screen replacement but would have appreciated a little more gentleness on my 750 dollar device.10/11/14Was very happy with the quality and time on my last hardware fix by this establishment, A little frustrated this time. Dropped off my Galaxy Note 3 in for another repair two days ago and have not gotten any update. Gave them a call to get an ETA and the man said he would check up on it and give me a call right back. After an hour with no call back I decided to give them another call. The call went straight to voice mail which was full so I could not leave a message. The ongoing message gave me a number to call for a cell phone repair technician. Called that number. Same problem. After several more calls within the span of a few hours I have yet to talk to anybody. I guess Ill just keep trying to get through to someone. I have no problem waiting a little for the repair, I would just appreciate a little more communication. They seem busy enough to be able to afford a better phone system. A little disappointed this time after having such a nice experience with them last time. I will update this review when I hear something more but for now, I am definitely not satisfied.

Pricing is decent, but the service is subpar. I paid to have my screen and LCD replaced on an IPhone 5, after I couple days there were noticeable blemishes on the screen. Also noticed my front facing camera wasnt working. Brought it in, they replaced everything a second time, but after only two days the imperfections came back. Wouldnt recommend this place.

This place is dishonest. Had the screen to my sons iphone replaced. Come to find out they used refurbished parts without even telling us or offering us the choice between refurbished and new parts. Then when we had to go back THREE times due to problems following the repair they suggested we spend another $30 (on top of the original $86) to replace the refurbished screen with a new screen. Not happy at all. Very poor service and I feel they were not upfront or honest. The phone is still not fixed to my satisfaction. Will NOT use this place again and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I took my phone in on a Saturday and was told they would have to order a part, and that my phone would probably be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday came no part, called Thursday...no part. I called on Friday and they got the part, but it was defective.Not saying that was their fault but called two other places that said no problem they would have it fixed in a day or two.The people at Just Save Gadgets referred me to Big Als in DeSoto. They fixed it while I waited!!

Wont use any other phone repair other than Just Save Gadgets. Nicest people youll ever meet. Ive had two experiences with them and both were great! The first was with an S4 Att told me was broken because it would not recognize a SIM card, Just save Gadgets tested it for me and it was working properly. Took it back to Att and phone was connected within 10 min. Not sure why Att first said it was not working but at least I had it checked out by a reliable and kind business owner! The second was with a water damaged phone, took it to them and it was unrepairable but they did not charge me a dime to let me know the phones LCD and location services were damaged... Love, love, love this place and its owners!!

I went here to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced in 2015 and they completely BROKE my phone. After they fixed my screen my Touch ID would no longer work. I went back to tell them and they said my phone did not have enough memory to use the Touch ID. If you know anything about iPhones the Touch ID has nothing to do with storage. The after about a month my screen started to completely fall out! NEVER go here!!!! They have the worst customer service and ALSO broke my iPhone. This place is a WASTE of money and time.

I went to Just Save Gadgets because the glass on my phone was cracked. When I got it fixed, the screen was defective. By this I mean I couldnt text unless someone texted me first, I couldnt type numbers or emoticons. When I finally got that fixed I wasnt able to talk on the phone because something is wrong with the microphone. Due to these issues I have had to go to this store 5 times in one week to get everything fixed.
