I called everywhere trying to get my iphone screen fixed. This place had the best price, and was able to get it fixed for me in less than 30 minutes. I hope I dont break my screen again, but if I do Ill definitely be coming back here.

I couldn’t find the time to drive to Southlake to the Apple store so I came here since it’s close to myJob. Cracked my screen and the people they have working at this location are the nicest and most helpful.Big props to Jax and Morrison!!!👆🏻 Those two need a raise

I would not recommend going here to get your phone, tablet, or computer fixed. As another consumer stated before me, they had the same problem with Twisted IPhone of Waxahachie as I did. After receiving services from them Saturday evening, my phone began to freeze up. Taking all of the resetting advice into consideration and applying each technique during the week, it still did not work. I took it up again for a replacement screen on 2/12/2020 and did not inspect the screen before I left, about thirty minutes later i found a crack on the phone... I DID NOT DROP OR DAMAGE THE PHONE! I called the store and planned to take it in the next day due to having prior engagements for the rest of the evening. I took it in about 45 minutes after the store opened today (2/13/2020) with video proof of the phone still freezing up, and was told that due to the small crack on the screen that was not on there when I left, he could not replace it. I asked for a refund and was told that he couldnt do so after he called the owner and briefly explained what was going on with my phone and did not mention the freezing that happened before he replaced the screen the second time. I left and got on my phone and the screen began to freeze while I was in the parking lot so I went back in to show the representative and again, he would not fix the problem, but said that it was probably a software issue after i dropped my phone the first time. Again, it didnt start freezing until after I got the screen replaced.Save your time, money, and device and find a different repair shop in town.——It won’t let me reply to the owner, but i did not get offered a repair at a discounted rate and it doesn’t excuse that my phone is continuously freezing after the first repair.

Be very cautious with this place. I brought my laptop computer in for a diagnostic because it would sometimes not power on. My computer is old and I have been running it without a battery, with the power cord for over a year. I had already taken it to the Mac store and been told that it was probably dead. The Mac store said that because they don’t sell the parts anymore I could go to a local repair shop and possibly get it repaired. They said nothing about the battery potentially being an issue. After dropping off the computer at Twisted IPhone, I got a call from the receptionist telling me that the man doing the repair said that I only needed a battery. Only a battery? When I questioned the young lady and asked for clarification, she became defensive and combative. She was relating information that she seemed to have no knowledge of. I asked to speak with the repair guy and got a call later that day. When I spoke to him I asked him what was included in the diagnostic and the only answer that I got from him was that he took off the back of my computer and could see there was no battery and no other visible problems. Are you serious? I could’ve taken off the back of my computer and told you that and not had to pay over $40 for a “diagnostic”. While he was polite, I could never get a straight answer about what else is included in the diagnostic (like maybe opening it up and looking at the actual logic board of the machine) He just kept insisting that the new battery should fix the problem. I expressed my concern that I believed it was more than the battery and I didn’t want to invest in a battery if there were going to be more repairs that might be more than the machine is worth. Again, he kept pressing for the battery and insisting that he felt like that would fix the problem. I had an uneasy feeling so I picked up my machine the next day and did not go back.I ended up going to Simply Mac in Cedar Hill and got the best service I could have hoped for. The manager there quickly took a look at the computer and tested out the battery theory over a couple of days. He said that it is definitely more than the battery, probable it’s a new logic board install, something that would cost more than the computer is worth. He took the time to speak with me, troubleshoot my computer and give me a detailed explanation of the reasoning, all of this for no charge. I was told the same thing from another computer repair shop in Waxahachie as well.Moral of the story, be cautious with twisted iPhone.

Wow... the service was excellent.I went in to fix my iPhone screen and was out in 30 minutes. The girl who attended me was really kind and respectful. I’ll recommended to people who’s looking for a place to fix their phone.

Dont let the few bad reviews get to you. I shattered my screen yesterday, I gave these guys a call this morning. The associate asked what model my phone was and told me they had the screen replacement I needed in stock. He told me the time frame and price as well.When I got there, he greeted me and was friendly. In a short amount of time, my phone was ready and my screen was whole once again.This place is affordable, and the service is fast and friendly. I would recommend this to others.

Fantastic customer service. Ashley went above and beyond to replace the screen on my IPhone 6s. After replacing it I thought it was too dark she removed it and replaced it 2 more times to be certain I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Excellent knowledge of equipment and ability to procure parts. I had gone to one of the other places in town and my Spidey senses were telling me not to do it but alas, I dropped my equipment off there and sort of forgot about it TBH. Two months later I stop by to ask them and they tell me they are waiting for parts. I reluctantly agreed to leave it with them while they procure the part. Two weeks later, big surprise, they couldnt get the part. This all led me to go where I knew I shouldve went the first time, Twisted iPhone. I had gone by their shop previously and noted how professional it looked. Too late to make a long story short but, I dropped it off to Twisted iPhone, they ordered the part and had my equipment repaired in 7 days even though they told me it would be 7-10. Great communication from them. Expert knowledge level while talking to them about the problem. Fair price from what I can tell and friendly faces. A great experience. Well done, yall.

Just for a replacement speaker for my iPhone 6 they wanted $64 not including labor. I bought a brand new one off the Internet for $8. Somethings wrong with that picture

While traveling for business I had dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked the screen. After seeing reviews for these guys at their other locations this was the closest to where I was staying so I went to check them out. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge they had when I had questions about the repair. DO NOT GO HERE!! Support another business.. ANY other business!!! I have never in my life been so appalled by any place I have ever spent my money and it wasnt cheap! I went in at around 5:30 to get my phone fixed with a baby on my hip. I was told it would be ready right around 6. Ok, awesome! So I took my daughter to get a bite. I showed back up at 6:06... THE PLACE HAD CLOSED DOWN WITH MY PHONE! I would have made sure to have been there BEFORE 6 if I had been aware that not only do they close at 6, but that the second it was 6 he was locking and leaving despite the fact that a cell phone is now everyones lifeline. I understand hours are printed on the wall but what company tells you the be there around closing time without a friendly reminder that oh by the way we do close at 6 I have children and was expected to not be furious that if I had an emergency overnight and needed the phone. When I went in the next day clearly upset not only was a discount not offered but he was beyond rude! And the management said well if you had called him he would have stayed YOU IDIOTS HE HAD MY PHONE! Worst $114 I have ever spent

I shouldnt and do not think this store deserves a star. Horrible customer service, I was there to replace my screen and when I spoke to Ashley the manager about buying a phone case so this wouldnt happen again she chose to tell me to purchase a screen protector so I did a total of $260 for protector and cracked screen, so when I left there the tempered glass protector they sold me didnt fit my phone, the guy helping her said it was to look that way. 2 days later I Cracked my screen again so I called and asked Ashley about the warranty ( that I was told would cover it if it happened again.! ) Well, she tells me there is absolutely no warranty and I began to ask her to have the owner to please contact me she immediately hung up on me. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service and for a manager to treat me that way is uncalled for I just hope the owner takes this matter seriously if he wants to stay in business he needs to make changes. I will keep calling every day until I get to speak to him/her. Very dissatisfied customer.

Took my iPhone 7 to get the shattered screen changed and was charged $160. The screen never worked the same. I had dead zones, where the touch screen didnt work. The first time I took it back to the same store, the guy at the counter did a hard reboot on my phone and it seemed to work better for a bit. I went back a week later because the dead zones persisted and the same guy wouldnt even look at my phone. He told me it was likely an Apple hardware problem because he had similar problems with his own, new iPhone. He told me to wait for the next ios updated and if the function did not improve then to take the phone directly to Apple for a repair. I became more and more frustrated with my phones touch screen difficulties over the next few weeks and took my phone to a different phone repair shop in Waxahachie. There, the very helpful gentleman at the counter actually touched my phone and diagnosed the problem in 60 seconds. He completely changed my screen again for $100 (his normal charge to fix an iPhone 7 screen). My phone is back to normal and the touch screen works like new. There are no dead zones. I will never go back to Twisted iPhone. Not only was the staff completely unhelpful and the work shoddy, but they were much more expensive for what apparently was sub-par parts.

This is the only repair store Id ever use. The staff is always friendly and has a conversation with me while they work. Theyre quick and considerate of the customers time.

Very unprofessional store.I had went to Crandall to have my screen replaced which was done. I called to ask about a warranty because my back camera wasnt right. I emailed and was told to bring it to the Waxahachie store since Crandall store had moved. Owner told me the camera was fried. I was okay with that when he showed me but why didnt the Crandall technician tell me since it was obvious to see. I then asked for my case back and the owner said did you have one on it when you brought it in? Also, I will have to check the camera to make sure. Like Im gonna lie about a case. Really!!! I notice two people came in after me with the same phone and guess what the technician put my case on another customers phone. They called that customer telling them what happened and she was suppose to bring it back. The manager Ashley apologized several times about it but not the owner. They offered me a different brand of case but nothing like the one I had. Ashley said she would bring me my case and guess what I dont have my case. What business takes peoples stuff apart and give it to another customer? If youre not going to make it right then maybe you should tell the customer up front the truth. Dont say youre going to do something then dont do it. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

TERRIBLE DO NOT leave your computer with these people. My husband dropped our computer off and when it was returned ALL of our pictures and music were gone. They had no explanation for the missing pictures and music. All of my kids pictures growing up are gone. Im devastated.
