My mother passed 2 days ago. Fred helped me figure out the best way to handle her account. And then helped me figure out how to best handle getting my dad a new phone added to my account. He told me who to call to handle her internet account and her streaming account. I left with a few less things to have to deal with. Thank you, Fred.

I had an awesome experience at this store on March 3, 2021. My associate was Clarence and he was so patient and helpful with my family and myself. From the time I walked in the front door with the gracious greeting from the associates to the waiting area the experience was so exceptional. The level of maturity of the associates as well as the store manager was simply impeccable. I would highly recommend AT&T to any and everyone that I know. I do apologize for not remembering the store manager name, but he deserves kudos for how well his staff is trained and the maturity level that they uphold. I was previously a Sprint now T- Mobile customer, and I wished I would have switched my services before now.

0Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They say I cant be there for them to fix my phone. Weve been paying $90 to $350 for a Samsung a 12 per month and all that is on the phone is wifi connection. Its sad how I just switched to straight talk and automaticly have better service than what is supposed to be premium.

Clarence was so good to help me order a new phone. (There was another young man that was helpful too...a few days earlier. I was uneasy about getting this new phone. He was very informative, made me feel comfortable and took care of everything. He even talked to my son about the phone when he came in. He was just someone i would be glad to help me again. And there was a young woman that greeted people. Her name is Taylor. She was so kind and thoughtful. She is excellent at greeting and helping people.

I purchased a phone, otter box case and a screen protector spent easy over $1,000 it was for the buisness. The phone screen protector had a bubble technician said it would go away two days later the screen protector started bubbling up more took it to the at&t store and asked for it to be replaced because I felt the technician did not install it correctly . Manager said that was a warranty issue and I had to file a claim even tho it was not installed correctly . So I get a text later about coming inn how they can help my buisness with devices, I explained the experience I had and would not be returning to that store they could have made it right they just said sorry for your experience lol customer service is very low . Bought a tablet at another store spent over $1,000 all because they refuse to do the right thing and that is take care of your customers. No customers no buisness.

I had a misunderstanding with direct TV for over 2 years. I went to update my kids phone at att, was told there was over a 700$ charge from direct tv. To say the least I was upset. I had a direct tv account years ago they advised I still had equipment out. I told them they were correct I had moved they didn’t provide service at the new location years ago, they didn’t send the return boxes they advised they would. I still had the equipment in the attic. I left the att store upset drove to the house took the equipment out of the attic with the new instructions from direct tv to send it via ups back. I sent it, kept the receipt and tracking number. A FULL YEAR LATER WENT BACK TO ATT. To finally update my account or attempt to again. Walked in and met CLARENCE HUNT, he pulled my account up, there was still a 424$ Balance WTH. When I am telling you being taken care of, I was, Clarence was on the phone for over an hour taking the steps needed to get the direct TV account fixed. My miserable experience and expectations were turned around because one man “Clarence Hunt” went the extra mile to take care of a customer. I pull up and I see a sign saying something bout break-ins, I didnt think much of it, I go in and ask for a PREPAID sim card for my mobile hotspot he tells me he has to do a credit check, I already felt a bad vibe from him from the time I walked in. My phone crashed. I took it to the AT&T store in Ennis tx. The agent told me I was eligible for an upgrade and all it would cost me is the sales tax which came to $66.00. Then when I got home I read on the service document where I was going to be charged $22.22 per month for 36 months. I filed a claim with Asurion and received my replacement phone in two days. I went back to return my so called upgrade phone and was charged $55.00 restocking fee. I want to reimbursed for $71.00 that I paid. I already had to pay the $50.00 deductible. The store in Ennis tx is pathetic and the employees are rude and dont have the customers interests mind. However I drove 15 miles to the AT&T store in Waxahachie tx. and was greeted at the door by a very nice young man by the name Clem. He will have my business from now on.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 20 years now. I rarely come into the store and I remember why now. Came to authorize my wife to have her take over my sons phone line. She was being waited on, but employee moved on to next customer because I was not in the store. I get there and we wait over 1 1/2 hrs and he still never got back to us. The store closed and we left because we were tired of waiting.Come the next day to try again and there are two employees and 6 customer waiting in front of us, not to mention the two that are being helped. The staffing and attentiveness is sub par for a company as large as AT&T. If you come into the store be sure you have 2-3hrs to waste.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I was told if I brought my old phone back within 30 days, Id get a $350 credit on my new phone. When I brought it back within 30 days, I was told my husband had to return it - not me. That I was no longer a user on the account. I’ve had this number and account for 22years. So my husband came back with me and we were told it was worth $13 and that they wouldnt honor the deal.Im telling everyone I can not to use att and,especially, not to go to this store. Verizon gets better reviews, anyway.

When I went to the AT&T store here in Waxahachie on Wed, I had received help from one of the reps. there. Her name is Natalie and she was great patient and kind. Offered great service when it came to answering any questions I had and took the time to make sure my service was set up and even did an awesome job of giving me the walk-through of how much my monthly costs would be and everything. I would recommend her service to anyone who walked in. The other reps. there too were nice and pleasant to be around. No one was rude nor disrespectful, they all made me feel welcomed there. I am glad I chose that location over any other location.

I had to upgrade from my iPhone 8 Plus as my husband broke his phone. He insisted I get the new phone and he would take mine. I’ve been very satisfied with my iPhone 8 Plus so was a little nervous about getting a new phone. As soon as I walked in this branch, I met Mr. Kadare (I don’t know his last name). I truly believe God placed him in my path. He is the most kind, respectful and patient man. He answered all my questions, reviewed the entire process of upgrading, to include the structure of a new contract and assisted me in transferring 2 phones. He stayed 30 minutes past his end of shift to make sure both transfers were complete and both phones were active and functioning correctly. I’m so very thankful I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Mr. Kadare (I don’t know his last name). I don’t change phones every 2 years because, well, if it’s not broke, why fix it! I pray our Lord blesses Mr. Kadare (I don’t know his last name) in return for the grace Mr. Kadare showed me! If you need a new phone, go see Mr. Kadare (I don’t know his last name) and bless his day with grace!

Natalie is a Rockstar! Not only did she help me come up with the best way to save money for wireless service, she went above and beyond. I was going to have to go Online in order to get the best deal for me; and instead of insisting like any other sales person to purchase in store; she insisted I choose the better deal and go online. I was later informed that she also has a link to where she could receive credit for the sale regardless of me choosing to go online so I did. Im glad Natalie got the sale and I am able to save a ton by switching to ATT. So if you need someone who will look out for you ask for Natalie!

We went to the AT&T store in Waxahachie yesterday to upgrade my wife’s phone to the iPhone 12 pro max. We were helped immediately by Clarence. We could not have received better service. He answered all our questions, explained the changes in our bill. Added my veteran discount. He put the glass protection sheet and new case on the phone. It was definitely a great experience.

Do not shop here!!!! I repeat Do not shop here!!!! This place is full of crooks!!! Switch my family to AT&T from another service provider and was promised all kind of things during the promotion and switch over. Once we start receiving bills, it was almost $100 more a month than what they promised. Then when my wife went in to straighten things out, the employee lied to her face and claimed he didn’t say what he said. Even though she had the proof in writing. They better be glad I don’t walk in and check there employee..#pissed😡😡😡😡

The employees at this store absolutely LIED TO ME about coverage. i’ve run multiple speed tests, all horrible. my service hardly works half the time. if the person making commission off of me had been honest, i wouldn’t have switched and taken on the financing of a device which has TRAPPED me into the service. i’m paying off my phone next month, and leaving. this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that i was lied to so that they could hit how many new lines they needed for the month (maybe tell them not to make it so obvious that they need the sell)

Store pickup was fast and hassle free. The customer service rep shouldnt deactivate your sim card in the old phone and dont you they did it. Id appreciate if they didnt do things like that.I was getting your not connected to the network messages when trying to use my old phone while in home depot to look something up. Then the message sim not provisioned showed up. Thats when I realized the reason my phone want working.

We dropped a line and changed plans with the understanding that our bill would be $240, with two phone purchase payments according to a male employee back in February. This employee just told us whatever to make us feel good. He should be fired. The employee today informed us he was incorrect, and our bill is $305. After many, many years(25+) as an AT&T mobile customer, we will be moving to a more honest company. This is unfortunate.

This store is only “trained to sell phones & accessories”, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager Aaron is simply rude! You sell a brand new phone, that you don’t have in stock, that I have to wait a week for; but you can’t help me set it up when it arrives. According to Mr. Rude Manager Aaron, employees are trained to not help someone move your info from the iCloud to your new phone.To get customer service from VERY kind & patient people, go to Red Oak. Worst customer service ever! My phone was sim swapped. AT&T allowed my number to be sold to MetroPCS without my consent on a Sunday received a text it had been switched over to another carrier. Who ever at AT&T that allowed this happen without a customer coming into the store should be sued as well as AT&T. They were able to get into all of my apps PayPal, Venmo, banks and emails. Was able to drain my entire business bank account in less the 12 hours. AT&T has a lawsuit happening right now 24 million due to sim swapping. Thousands of people are being hacked and I believe it’s by employees who work at AT&T that is selling customers private information and 4 digit passcodes. There should be a policy in place or AT&T should learn how to catch this from happening. Been with AT&T for over 20 years.

5 employees waiting for a customer, great! A lady immediately greeted me and asked what I needed. When I told her my problem she immediately got defensive and kept asking if I had called customer service. Yes, but I cant get through so Im here. She becomes rude and says she cant help me. Maam I know you can I have taken care of these same kinds of problems at a store in the past......no I wont help you and walks back to her seat. If you want good customer service over the phone att is not your company, if you want good customer service from a retailer this isnt your store.

The staff was very helpful. The wait is a little long sometimes but not so today. The staff is knowledgeable, the store is clean and well stock. Cellphone service costs were higher than Verizon but we have very poor Verizon reception at our house so we had to use AT&T.

This location was ok, it only serves its purpose and does not give any reason for advocacy. When greeted we were asked for our name, put into a tablet for check in, and when the transaction was happening, it was a very quick and simple process. Waited for about 10 minutes, so not too terrible.

WORST MANAGER EVER. Erin Cash basically told me that I was a liar and that his employees did not quote me a price that they both most certainly did. I cant believe such incompetent people are working in an ATT owned store. Kayla Littleton and James were the employees to quote me an inaccurate price, I just received my bill in the mail showing another price and now the store will not take the device back because its past the 14 day return window! I went in this afternoon to pickup a phone for my daughter that I had purchased online. The store employee was very rude and not helpful at all so I asked for the store manager. The manager on duty was even worse. When I told him that I had never had problems at other stores I had done business with he told me Then I suggest you go to one of those stores I filled a formal complaint with AT&T and will never recommend this store to anyone. Left the store without the phone I purchased, had to cancel order and reprocess for another pickup place.

I went in at 11:30 to swap out a phone and get everthing transferred simple right. No by 2:30 I was done but charged me a re stocking fee ok fine but I did not bring any funds with me thought it was a easy thing. Do I called art on line made the payment over the phone because I did not have a phyisucsl card on me to cover the fee that was not good enough so my Rep said lets get them to put a note on your account to waive the fee. Ok we did that. Now the store manager not only would not come out to talk to me but told my rep I needed to pay it in the store no matter what ok now Im mad. So he held my cart open for 24 hours I called into art told them all if this and files a formal complaint. What a jerk

I approached the front door of this location only to have an employee block the door and say no dogs allowed despite the fact that mine is a service dog and the employee violated the my rights and the law. I will now drive to Desoto for any business I need to do with AT&T. Clearly the employees at this location need training on the laws pertaining to the ADA...
