This authorized Metro by T-Mobile location will not answer their phone, yet every time I go to the store, there are usually no customers, occassionally one. There are no customers in there right now, so I just called from the Walmart parking lot to see if someone would answer, but no one did. Very poor customer service. This store should not be able to represent T-Moble, a company known for awesome customer service.

I went to see about a new phone and the lady was very kind helpful and pleasant.

Everytime I call nobody ever picks up the phone, then I’m having to drive 30 mins to get there.

Refused to even look at me. Much less help with buying a. Ew tablet and transferring my account to my. Ew phone. I WILL never return to this place. I will also in the mean time be looking for a new carrier.
