Dr. Khatib is an amazing doctor/surgeon. I had a broken ankle that needed serious surgery. There were several bones broken in my ankle. Dr. Khatib was totally able to take care of it. Not only is he a completely skilled surgeon he has a fantastic bedside manner. You don’t see surgeons like Dr. Khatib. He puts his heart into all his surgeries and his patients. I highly 💯 % recommend Dr. Khatib.

My wife and I have been going to him for years and will never go anywhere else. He is a pleasure, he gets you in out and on your way. He handles everything so professionally. I got the new iPhone 12. It was the easiest experience. Michael set up the phone for me and transferred all my data to the new phone in minutes. He added discounts to the price of the phone and the phone case. It only took about 20 mins for the whole process!

The facility was ideally set up for safety according to COVID-19 guidelines. There was only one employee and he was overlapping handling 2 customers. When he had a moment he looked to me and I said that I was picking up a phone I had ordered online. He asked me for a minute. As soon as he was able he fetched my phone, quickly checked the details and I was on my way. He was friendly and polite, in spite of the pressure, and wholly professional.

I went to the Verizon store in Wayne to upgrade my phone. Isaac helped me, as well as another customer. He was able to take care of my upgrade and assist another customer, all while answering questions by the school of us. He’s an asset to Verizon and should be commended for his great service.

Mo and Isaac were awesome! I went in with my husband because our contract was up with AT&T. While we were still hesitant to make the switch, they assured us that it would be a very easy process and that we will not doubt Verizons service. We had to set up 3 brand new lines, 2 of them being business accounts. They made sure everything ran smoothly with the switch and porting over our numbers. They even took the time to switch over all of the data and photos from our old phones, which took a few hours. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked great together as a team. Cannot possibly see anything more than a 1. They sold my wife a refurbished Samsung watch claiming it was new. Days of problems so we called Samsung and they told us it was sold in October 2019. UNACCEPTABLE BULL

I have to revise my last review, in light of the fact that I have a phone that’s not working properly, brought it back to the store to resolve it, and was given the bum’s rush and told nothing was wrong with the phone. I had to drive all the way up from Pennsylvania. I refuse to be stuck with a phone that doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t hold a charge, the sound doesn’t work, the videos I recorded playback in fast motion without sound. And they told me the phone isn’t holding a charge because messenger stayed on which is utter nonsense. Hopefully there is someone at the store that might see this and try to help me, but I will be returning again. These phones are not cheap and I refused to pay all this money for a Paperweight.

A few months ago I stopped by the Wayne store and Isaac went above and beyond to help me add a line to my business account. Unlike anyone at Verizon the last 9 years I’ve had my account, he suggested what I needed to do to save money and properly set up my account and needs. I returned yesterday to upgrade and change lines specifically to work with Isaac again and he did not disappoint. Not only does he know his stuff (unlike past experiences I’ve had) he transitioned both phones and upgraded me to a new phone with ease! I will always seek out Isaac from now on!

Just purchased a new phone today and had the most wonderful customer service I’ve had in a while. The sales associate Isaac was both pleasant and knowledgeable. He was extremely quick thinking and resourceful and really helped the billing department troubleshoot my issue. I had a very positive experience with the crew at the Verizon Wireless store located on Rt 23 in Pompton Plains, NJ. Justin Pope was my consultant and I cant say enough great things about his professionalism, patience, knowledge and kindness towards me. I am a senior citizen and technically challenged with all things connected with computers, phones and etc. After having my old iPhone for 6 years, it started giving me trouble and I had to finally purchase a new phone.
