Ive had mixed results from MT Schiele on Watson and I no longer go there. They lost the cover to my brake fluid reservoir, lost the lugnut key to my car, they didnt put all the lugnuts on one of my rims, and they put tires with more wear on the back instead of the front like I asked and is recommended by tire companies.

Very helpful by getting me in last minute when they were obviously already busy. I appreciate them working to help me out.

I highly recommend M.T. Schiele! It is so hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, but we have finally found ours! That is a big deal! There is no fluff or trying to sell you something you dont need and I love that.

I came here because I got a coupon for a free oil change. I wont be back. In spite of the county order to wear masks, none of the employees had them on when I got there, even on their chins in a failed attempt to wear them. Brad was behind the desk when I walked in and he did put one on at the end to finish the transaction but it should have been on before.But the biggest issue during the visit was Brad. He was polite enough to me, but he got to the work area with the door open and was complaining and swearing nonstop. F this and F that. Its not professional conduct. If they had closed the door I would have never heard it. But I got to listen to it all loud and clear. They apparently dont care what customers hear even if its inappropriate.The one good thing was they were fast. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. But I dont plan to go back. I can do without the constant swearing and complaining.EDIT: Brad saw this review and called to apologize. I decided to give them another chance because he took responsibility for his actions. I wont go back. When I went this time I was told my car would be in the bay in about ten minutes. Forty minutes later it was finally pulled into the bay. While I got to spend the extra time there I heard a few f-bombs and other colorful language. Add to that something about Mexicans (and basically all non-Americans) and cheap labor. Its bad enough to have that being said, but they dont even care about who hears it. Be warned that you may not have a good experience if you go. I was there over an hour and had made an appointment last week.

Terrible way way over charged and then told to hold my tongue when I said you charge me double from what another mechanic charged she was very ignorant to me will never go there again terrible

I’ve taken my Jeep Schiele on 2 different occasions and have been 100% satisfied both times. The first visit was for a transmission rebuild and a rear axle swap. The second visit was for an engine swap. I normally do my own work but these were pretty big projects that I didn’t want to tackle. I am very meticulous and hard to please but the guys at Schiele did a great job. They are knowledgeable, do good work and are great guys. I will be returning for a front axle swap in the next year and feel confident they will knock it out of the park as usual.

Its also been said, The only way to do great work is to love what you do -Jobs. The passion that comes out of this place is so genuine I had to pinch myself. They truly love what they do here, and that makes all the difference in the quality of work you will receive.Obviously, price is always a concern. From my experience, when I called in I was given a fair rate over the phone. Then of course because time is money and since I had the money and not to the time to do the work myself I ended up adding a few things extra at my request after the initial quote. A day later I came in and picked up my rig and received an invoice that I was more than happy to pay. This was a truly great business experience, coming from a truly cynical businessman. 10 Stars A+++

I went to get my transmission loomed at to see if my clutch pack was indeed the issue I was having with it (got an estimate at dealership I purchased from). They were SO SO SO nice!!! They had my car for less than an hour and told me that they couldnt fix it due to ford not releasing the programming to fix it.. They didny even charge me for the time they spent and were so nice and explanatory about the situation! Amazing team here and will be going back for future issues!

Amazing people, amazing service. They were quick with letting me know what was going on. Very upfront and helpful, making sure when you leave you have full knowledge of what theyve done and anything additional that can help. They dont over charge, or take advantage. I grew up around cars and knew what was wrong with my car when it was towed in, but didnt have the time or full set of tools to complete a repair. They diagnosed the issue (I didnt say I already knew) quickly, and were very fair about pricing. They provided the best customer service Ive had at any repair shop, and offer all of the services you could need at their location.

My lower ball joint fell out of its socket across the street from them and with out hesitation (other then the fact that I was 19) brought tools helped fix it with out even moving the damn thing. 10/10 ign
