So great! Got a tire replaced that had a giant bubble on it. They were better priced unless I wanted to get a used tire. They saw my bulb was out on my license plate and was able to fix it so I don’t get a ticket-we’ll for that anyway. Great place. Fun classic cars to see. Saw an old station wagon that looked like a tank with a copper sup’d up engine and other cool stuff.

Would 100% recommend. Very nice people that know their vehicles and are always on top of their game. Very quick to get you up and going

They replaced the bearings of my wifes flex and did a fantastic job quickly ( same day), efficiently and at a very reasonable price. They were actually 20 % lower than 2 other quotes. The wife and I highly recommend everyone needing repairs to contact Jason 1 or Jason 2. Both guys are well versed in auto repairs, extremely cordial and thourou. These 2 can and will get it done! We thank you for the great service. This will be our choice for any car issues going forward. We had always used the dealer. Fairway Automotive is great! Everyone there goes above and beyond. This time it was a simple fix, but in the past they have done extensive work on my vehicles and always with the same great service, fair pricing and just general great service. I used to shop around a bit to see if I could get a better price, and after years of great service, I realized it was a waste of my time. They are the best and so professional.

They were fantastic and friendly. Went in to get my lower control fixed and they ended up finding something else big wrong. Had everything fixed within about 48 hours of receiving my vehicle and kept me up-to-date on the entire process. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back again if I need to.

This is an awesome team. I took my MG in and they sorted through a series of little cascading problems (some I created...), put the time in, did the research, and figured it all out. Based on my experience with them and seeing their work, they have become my shop of preference. You can tell that they love what they do and it shows in their work. I was going to bring my 1st edition car in to be detailed and paint corrected AFTER my vacation. Three thousand miles out west. They explained the benefits of doing it prior, with their business doing a follow up detail after the trip. I took their advice and I couldnt be happier! Not only was it protected with a ceramic coat while on the trip but cleaned back to car show readiness afterwards.They delivered exactly what they said they would and kept you informed along the way.

Ive gotten a lot of service done at Fairway since a friend suggested them a couple of years back. The work has been top notch, but the customer service and the modern communication really makes it. They give you feed back live when they do the analysis, and you are able to submit approval for the estimated work right from your phone. Ive had them service my 2011 Lancer and 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid. Theyve done brakes, oil, filters, spark plugs, fluids and more. Its all been done quickly and expertly. Highly recommended.

I took my 1978 K20 in for an initial inspection after purchase. Aaron and Jason looked over it and provided me with a full report (with pictures) of the items that needed immediate repair and a list of things we could work on in the future. After selecting the services I wanted the guys to complete for me, the guys got to it, getting my truck back to me within a week. They were EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell Aaron really loved working on my truck! I will absolutely be bringing it back in the near future as I work to restore it.

I will never go anywhere else for vehicle repairs. I live near them and a friend even recommended them due to their work with rescue shelters. Because of that I chose to use them for new tires and an oil change. Nothing but nice and professional and tons of patience. I will be back soon for new brakes and I know my car will be in good hands.

They are very thorough and I like that they give you a estimate of what your repairs will be and if they have to do anything else they text you with the total cost to give you the option of having it done, they repaired my side mirror and replaced my blower motor they were two different jobs and both were completed in one day, they are very courteous and professional and take the time to answer questions and explain what they will do

I currently drive a 2006 auto that I absolutely love but is at an age where it needs some extra attention at times. I’ve always been incredibly loyal to - and had great trust in - my long-time mechanic so making a change like this is a big deal for me.I was referred to the Fairway location on Watson Road last year by my primary mechanic for scheduling reasons and have been so impressed by the quality of their work and the level of communication. I love cars but I don’t *speak* car. I’ve not once felt like they tried to sell something to me that I didn’t need.I took it in again recently for a routine oil change with Justin and only after hearing about some of my concerns with how sluggish it had become, they offered and performed a service and it’s been driving beautifully ever since. I have had a great experience with Fairway so far and highly recommend them.

Black paint shows imperfections more than any other color on a car. Fairway’s paint correction with ceramic coating detail was done to perfection. They are very detail oriented and did not miss a spot inside and out. I highly recommend Jason and his team at Fairway Automotive.

I had a great experience at fairway automotive! Their automated system is super easy to use. Its really easy to get a quote and approve the work you want done. Super friendly and very knowledgeable people on every level. I had all spark plugs replaced and an alignment done. We talked about and discussed brake pads, and possible steering box upgrades for my jeep and i learned alot!Aaron also noticed and pointed out to me that my rear pinion seal was leaking a bit which I had no idea about! Fairway automotive didnt miss a beat!

What brought me in was a tire hole patch. Upon investigating my tires, Jason #2 asked when the last time I rotated my tires and got new tires. Deer in headlights, I said you know, never in my possession. Apparently you need to do that every other oil change?!. Well, you don’t know what you don’t know. I was very grateful that Jason took the time to explain and assist me with getting two new tires. MUCH MUCH appreciation to Jason and Chris for assisting me on my automobile dilemma!

I brought my car in to look at an issue with my engine light sporadically turning on. They took a look at it and called me within hours to tell me what the issue was. Since my car was under warranty, it did not cost me a dime!! They had my car fixed and on the road the next day. I was very impressed with their quick and friendly service.

I had a very noticeable spot on my 2019 black honda civic that looked to be some sort of mineral residue. Running it through a carwash did nothing. I walked into Fairway Automotive on Watson and they took a look at it right away and were able to remove the spot in 10 minutes, without even charging me. They had the old part taken out while they waited for the new part to come in. Once the part came they put it in and I was on my way. I brought my boat to Fairway to have it wetsanded, buffed, and detailed. Not only did they do the fiberglass, but also worked the motor and trailer as well. The turnaround time was only a couple days, the price was more than fair, and it came out looking brand new. I have also taken my truck (diesel) there for routine maintenance and new tires. I cannot recommend Fairway enough for all that they do. They are great people and who do great work!

I was very impressed with the powder coat job on my rims, they looked great! They also got my car in and out the next day. BUT when i drove away my car started to shake! No worries they just forgot to balance my tires. I go back they fix it.....AND THEN i drive away again and they didnt tighten my lug nuts and my wheel almost falls off. LOL it was comical to say the least but highly unprofessional.

I brought my Chevy Camaro in to fix a wheel bearing and brake issue. I scheduled my appointment through their app and was contacted by text and followed up with a call that same day to set up an appointment the next day. At the shop, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I asked to work on my computer while my car was being fixed and the attendant set me up with their WiFi and a seat on a comfy couch in their lounge. The cost was very reasonable compared to my dealership quote. I am very happy with Fairway’s service. They know what they’re doing!

This is by far one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. My son decided to paint the interior of my car with nail polish (pink polish on black leather).Jason and his team went above and behind to try and find a solution (no easy task). They asked to keep my car another day to continue to work on it. The following day, I got a call that they found a way to get the polish out but that it would take a lot of time.Due to the extent of getting it out, I was offered the option of doing it myself to save money (a lot of money). That right there was a telling sign of their honesty and good intent to help me out.When I came to pick up my car, I was instructed on how to get the paint out and even given the products needed to remove the paint. On top of that, Fairway did not charge me even though they spent hours working on a solution as well as detailing the inside of my car.Truly genuine people and extremely hard workers! Its so rare to find such amazing customer service!
