My husband and I popped in this morning to get a new tire since we had the donut on. We didnt schedule an appointment, and were in and out in 25 minutes! Staff was super friendly and prices are affordable. Well be back!

Friendly staff. They addressed every customer promptly and gave very accurate time frame in which to expect their tire service to be complete. They were very good about updating me on the progress. I did not feel like they were pressuring me into a sale, but were very informative about my options!

DO NOT GO HERE. Ive went multiple times to get tires fixed and they havent fixed them properly once. They keep leaving one valve cap off causing me to buy new ones, went to get a tire plugged cause of a nail and it loses pressure faster than if the nail were left in there, and I bought new wheels from them that causes all my tires to lose pressure constantly. I advise choosing either a different location or a different shop entirely.

Adrian was very patient and helpful. He even took the time to find exactly what I was looking for with my new rims. This was my first time buying tires outside my uncles shop. Very impressed with the care they showed.

If there were 10 stars I would give them 10.Came in for a tire patch because of a screw in my tire. Staff was literally at my car door when I was getting out, asking how they could help. Superb customer service. Took 30 minutes in and out. Best part of the experience was that since I bought tires from them previously, they did the repair for free, no questions asked.I have been to multiple Discount tires across the state and they are the best in the business hands down.

Weve been to three or four different Discount Tires in three states, and we are always impressed by the quality and efficiency of service! This location was no different. Made an appointment, and our Travel Trailer tire was patched within a half hour and for no charge. Love the service, and have earned my business for any future needs!

Spent $950… for them to put one wrong sized tire on my car! This is definitely a safety hazard and someone is responsible for this. Unfortunately the tire with the incorrect size was put on the back passengers which seems pretty sketchy to me. Had I not noticed sooner, I can’t imagine the possible damage that could’ve been done to my car. Not pleased at all.

The staff was very friendly Wade was awesome he actually put the air into my tires and suggested that I get the pressure check every month so I highly recommend this place even though they were slightly busy they did take the time to make sure that my vehicle was safe

Great Service!!! Recommend Bay Area Discount Tire store. They patched my rear tire, no charge. Saved me from buying a new tire. Yesterday Dealership said 50/50 chance of patch sealing and if it didn’t, I would have to buy new tire. Problem was they didn’t have the Tire I needed. Thankfully they suggested going to Discount Tire, said they had better selection if the patch didn’t seal.

Great service but I and most people who drive a stick would appreciate a heads up instead of having the tech try his luck. I did drive home with a balancing issue so they were really nice and are going to work me in to get it taken care of.

Was told 30 min wait. No problem. After an hour and a half I asked and was told everything was fine by Andrew. Knew something wasn’t right so I asked a manager. Turns out tire had been done for some time. Nobody let me know and I sat in the lobby for way longer than necessary.

I have been a long time customer of this chain and theyve always done well for me and in my opinion theyre one of the best tire places ever. I was so pleased that when I moved from Houston, TX to Ventura, CA that American Tire is the same company and I was able to keep that relationship. Today we had an issue with a tire on a rental vehicle in the Webster/Clear Lake area. Across the street from where we discovered the flat was this Discount Tire (ironically the same one I used to visit when I lived here). I drove over here and put more wear on the already damaged tire. Bruce met me at the door and he quickly assessed the situation. Hes replacing my rental car tire at an extremely discounted rate. God bless him! Good man. But I believe its because he works for a great company. Keep it up, guys! Ill be back again and again for my personal car tire needs. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

I cannot recommend this location of Discount Tire enough. All of the staff was very nice, as I could hear them working with other customers. Andrew was the associate that helped me and to say he saved the day would be an understatement. I have been fortunate enough to never experience car issues while alone and this day I got a flat and nobody was available to help me. When I called he talked me through different options and listened to me despite my nervous and anxious rambling. Eventually I was able to make my way to the location and he had already pulled my tire and was ready for me. What could have been a ruined weekend was solved unbelievably quick thanks to Andrew and the rest of the staff. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for Andrews kindness, knowledge, and customer service. We always use Discount Tire but I will be sure to frequent this location in particular for our future needs. Thank you so much!

Ordered tires online with appointment to install in 2 days. They called that morning to say tire delivery neglected to deliver tires so rescheduled for next day. Arrived and they discovered they still didnt have tires. Called me that afternoon when they got them. Told me that had problems getting the bead to set, but eventually got it. Tires and wheels were covered in grease when I got the car back. Not a terrific experience but price was lower than competition for these tires

I went into this location because I had a nail in my tire. They had to order my tire and asked if I was just going to leave the car over night. My mistake because when I called they said it was ready. It wasn’t ready when I got there. I then I had to wait two hours. Maybe because they don’t have a good communication system at this store? Why did I leave my car over night? Like why even give me the option? Ridiculous, you would think when they got the tire they’d put it on? Not sure won’t be back.

Brought tundra to the 707 Webster location for tires rotation/balance after yesterday really bad service at the 1555 S Friendswood location. Had an appointment at 4pm. got there just before 3:45pm and checked in. tundra was ready less than 25 minutes later. great job to the manager and staff at 707 Webster location by serving the right and fair way. this is how it was done if a customer has an appointment. checked in early and out in fairly reasonable time. Ill will come back for services and to purchase tires to this location. the Friendswood location has bad service after yesterday incident and reading similar comments so i will not conduct any business at the 1555 location.

Discount tire rocks! Bruce was very helpful and communicative. They are very professional and you can watch them work on your vehicle from the lobby. Transparency in this industry is key and they nailed it.

The folks at discount tire helped me in my time of need. I discovered my car had a low pressure light which lead me to discover a large screw lodged in my tire tred. This was definitely not what I wanted to see. But! they did manage to have my tires in stock and even better the damage was easily patched in 30 to 40 minutes at no charge.I will happily return here in the future for tire needs as long as I remain in the area. These folks treat you right and help you fast. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tire related needs!

Bruce doesnt play around!! He knows the ins and outs of his business and is very involved in the whole process. I have a lifted diesel truck with 35-in tires and it can be a headache trying to find the right ones. I went to about 10 different places including other discount tires and as soon as I walked in to this location Bruce recommended one tire and that was the one. The other shops I went to flooded my brain with so many tires that I didnt even know what I wanted lol. Shout out to the guys in the shop! Them boys know how to get it done!!

Having TPMS issues, didnt get solved on the first go around but didnt get charged either.

Alex is who this 5 star review is for. I had worked with someone else that same day and he wasn’t all that charismatic or helpful. I was glad to see Alex was still there when I came back when there was a slight issue with the sensor. The other guy essentially gave up and Alex tried harder. He was a great representative for discount tire.

They were efficient and satisfactory. I went in at opening time (8am, well 8:02 to be exact and they were open and ready to go!), and I was serviced immediately. I did not get my second foot out of the car and the service attendant was there to greet me and get my car serviced. Wow! I had new tires put on some rims I already had, and man that took less than 30 minutes to complete. They do have you drive your own car into the service bays, so if you arent that great of a driver, I suggest telling them so you dont damage your vehicle.

The associate who greeted me was polite and courteous, and very helpful. I arrived at 4:15, and was done by 4:45. Got a single tire replaced. It was leaking pretty badly at the time. Very pleased with the time spent and the work done, and with the expense overall. I checked other places and the cost for a 60k mile warranty tire was at least $30-50 more elsewhere. Cant beat that!

Great place. Using social distancing and wearing masks to protect their clients. They also let me drive my car into the bay, stay inside my car while they changed out my tire and switched out my spare! Didn’t have to have someone else in my car and didn’t have to wait inside! I picked up a screw on my way to an emergency service call at a nearby water plant after winter storm Uri. Despite the parking lot being almost full, they got me in and out in under 45 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Ive been happy with location for a few years... 2 pairs of tires. The wait time is hit and miss depending on the time. They move pretty fast and can usually get out in less than 30mins. Staff is friendly and oroffesionl. Id recommend going here if you need new tires.

Made a 9:30am appt for a puncture repair (slow leak). Arrived a bit before 9:30.. was out of there a little after 10am! Little fuss (they did of course check the tread on all my other tires.. but told me none were below the threshold!), did the repair, no charge!

I went for a wheel balancing and tire rotation today. I drove my car into the service area, got it out and they didnt charge me. They fixed my leaking tire with no charge. The team was busy, efficient and courteous. They have you drive up on the lift and never enter your vehicle to reduce any chance cross contamination. When I returned after discovering a wheel cap was missing, the tech said it was missing when I arrived and even offered to order me another. While cleaning the interior later, I found it in a storage bin from the last tire replacement!

Terrible, came in to buy a tire for a brand new car ...asked guy to check warranty because car had 800 miles on it. Without checking with tire manufacturer, the manager tells me the warranty claim would get denied. He said we did not want to waste freight cost to send the tire back for warranty claim....Then, the shop put on a new tire. The new tire was not properly inflated to correct pressure. I had to bring the car back to the tire mechanic to get additional air installed ...bad service

Ive been to a few locations and this one has been the fastest by a lot. I got here at opening and they found the puncture, put a new tire on and checked the air on my other tires all within 15 minutes. Usually takes 45-60 minutes at other locations when there is no line.

Discount Tire has been my exclusive tire store for as long as I can remember. An example of why this is so is my experience recently. I bought two tires. Within fewer than 200 miles I hit a curb and blew out one of the new tires. I took it in fully expecting to buy a new tire. The masked sales person (which I mention to express my appreciation for Discount Tire’s respect and concern for my health and safety during the pandemic; which I think every customer should reciprocate, as I did, by wearing masks as well) looked up my account and somewhat disappointedly said: “oh, see you didn’t buy the road hazard protection.” To which I responded somewhat defensively: “yeah, I never do.” He said: “okay, well the replacement tire will be $21.00 for the labor.” Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I happily paid the $21.00. Discount Tire made my day. I don’t know on what basis I was afforded this treatment. Maybe something in these circumstances triggered a “standard” Discount Tire policy. Whatever the reason, they have made me an even more loyal customer—if that’s possible. Thank you Discount Tire!

Got my tires in 2 days before expected. Very professional and answered all of my questions.

I went to get air in my tires, after waiting 20 mins, no one came to assist me, I left. I call the number twice and no one answered. After ten minutes one person gave me the one minute finger then another ten minutes past. Three customers came in after me and were helped before me, including a black Honda Accord that was driven up on the rack by the customer. I guess service after the sale is not a priority here, I’ve purchased three complete set of tires at this store. Very poor customer service. It’s a lost art for sure!

I was in a hurry for a wedding, no big deal during any other time, but I was a bridesmaid. I had a flat tire and they changed it super fast. Long story short, I made it to the wedding just in time.

Over and beyond service. I blew out a tire. Parked at an office building. My spare in my truck was too rusted to lower down. I came in the next day and looked at tire pricing at one near my house. Chose them out. Then took off the blow out tire. Took it in to one that was closer to my truck. They replaced it. Took it back. Changed out the missing tire myself. Drove the truck back. They then torqued it down further for me and then they changed the other three tires. Aligned it and Im going to assume they balanced it also. I got lucky because I didnt purchase the tires at the store closer to my house. If I did that then they will be the ones to change out my tires. Also I would suggest to my future self in cases like this to call first to the store closest and stick with that. I wasnt thinking clearly. Thought Id buy a tire and change it out and done. Forgot that I needed a wheel also. Just wanted to get the truck out before being towed.

I had gotten a flat tire on my vehicle. I had purchased 4 new tires from here a couple months ago. So i took the flat tire in here on a saturday around 4, 5 o clock. I expexted to be there forever, especially when i got there and saw the lobby full of people and every employee running around busy helping somebody. I was extremely impressed when i was taken care of with a new tire on the rim and in my truck pulling out of the parking lot in 30 minutes. No lie. They didnt have the exact tire that they had installed on the vehicle when i had all 4 of them replaced, but they had something equivalent and used the warranty and i was in and out of there in 30 minutes and only had to spend $20. Awesome service. Friendly staff. Very polite and efficient and willing to help each other as well as the customers. Good job guys!!
