My wife and I used them to repair some hit and run damage to our car. The staff was helpful, friendly, and kept us in the loop. We dropped it off on Monday, they told us it would be done by Thursday, at the latest. Got a call the next day, and was told the repairs were complete! Way to over deliver on my expectations! I got off of work at 5 and they were willing to stay after so I could come pick up my car after 6. I was able to make it there before, but the fact that they were willing to work with me speaks volumes. They have a life long customer in me. The work looks amazing as well.

I am so thankful I went with Service King in Clear Lake. Their work is so beautiful and it didnt take them long at all. I received notifications during the process directly to my cell to keep me in the loop with all updates. They explained everything so clearly and there were no hidden costs. The lovely ladies in the office are such a pleasure to work with too! They just took the stress out of everything. Its not fun getting into a wreck but I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

I took my truck and to have some areas of my truck repainted. When we went to pick it up the molding in those areas was severely damaged. They tried to explain that for whatever reason thats what happened when they tried to pull the molding off. I explained to them that it wasnt my problem. I didnt take my truck in to get damage fixed and get it back with new damage. I finally had to call my insurance company and the insurance company is one that told them to fix it. Very very unprofessional.

They kept me updated and informed about the process, kept everything smooth and clear the day arrived to drop off my car and also the day to pick it up, and they were very friendly and really focused on customer service.

I have a very bad experience here. Worst to the worst. I just got my car after they give me a high quote. Now my car is not drivable. I’m trying to let them know that I’m not satisfied how they do it but they told me that they have nothing to do about it anymore. How can u not fixed the inside motor after the accident instead they just fixed the body? My car have a lot of problems after they said that hey fixed it. Now I have to do out of pocket to fizzed my car cause my insurance said that I reach the limit. Cause this service king is billshit.

Ive had to use a few different body shops or collision centers over the years. Service King, hands down, was the cleanest and most prepared shop Ive been to. The folks up front are knowledgeable and friendly. Their service estimate, for me, was solid - they even actually got it done a few hours sooner than planned. They coordinated with the insurance and the rental car. They kept me informed all along the way. Ill definitely use them again and you should too.

Service was outstanding. I was notified by text and phone calls every step of the way. They answered all of my questions and were very professional. My vehicle was fixed much sooner than they had originally quoted me on. My vehicle looked amazing when I picked it up. They even vacuumed and detailed it for me. I had no problems with service king and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. The lifetime warranty parts were explained as well as the 90 day warranty on the paint job. The best part is there is a service king in every state and each location honors your warranty.

We had some minor collision damage repaired here and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Jimmy was very friendly and thorough; we were kept advised of the timeline and never had any doubt as to the status of our vehicle. Drop-off and pick-up were hassle-free as well. Our vehicle came out without a hint of the previous damage. Overall, I would highly recommend this shop.

These guys took car of everything! Check in was fast and easy, they kept me up to date on repairs via text, and I got my car back a day ahead of schedule. This place sucks. My car has been sitting there for several months. They could not get the right parts for whatever reasons. The manager is very rude. They could not figure out what went wrong during inspection. While they repair what is supposed to be repaired, they behave like do a great favor for the customer.Never come to this place to fix your car, believe me.

Car crash! Where to go?Insurance says here, ok.Three weeks later. Done.Solid customer service but this place is overwhelmed and slow as molasses. I wouldnt choose to take my car there, but my insurance does, so there you go. If youre spending your own money, you can probably find someone faster and better.

Easily the worst businesses experience Ive ever had. Dont let the GEICO agent talk you into getting repairs at this location, your best bet would be go straight to the place you bought your vehicle. They turned a 5 day job into a 4 week job. Gave me nothing but excuses, shoddy workmanship, and just and overall terrible business. Avoid at all costs.

It took over two months to get my car back from these people after my rear end collision. Chuck just kept making excuses that made no sense and kept falling through on deadline promises week after week. Then after about 8 promised completion dates I call them to confirm project completion and they tell me they found more damage and they had to wait on more parts!! Not to mention if they had found the damage from the beginning the insurance company would have totaled out the car but now thanks to these monkeys with wrenches Im now stuck driving an upside down totaled car that is still not fixed right! Customer service is a joke here. Do yourself and your car a favor and find a body shop you can trust to do the work right and treat you the way a customer should be treated.

My truck is here as of 7.14.2016. My truck was broken into in galveston all it needed was a window and some minor dash parts replaced. Well 1 night in and someone breakes into the facility and steals my rims tires and tailgate. Just mine and Noone elses mind you. My experience in starting the same way alot of others did.i recieved a phone call Friday July 8 on the issue as of today at about 1030. On 7.14.2016 they have not ordered the rims yet because they cannot find them but Macha ikr toyota said there is 10 in the Toyota warehouse in sealy tx that can be here today or tomorrow. Cmon guys I even gay them the part numbers because I read the reviews. Keep in mind the only time service king has called me was to tell me abkut the incident. Every other time Ive called them. Ill keep yall posted on what happens next. Wish me luck.PS I called the corprate office and they said they would contact the district manager to contact me that was 1000am or so its 400pm and still no call.

I took my Cadillac CTS here about a month ago to be serviced and it came out with more issues than it went in for. First I took it to the Kobayshi Road location and they moved it to this location without even advising me. When I picked it up the first time, my check engine like came on. I was told to leave the care because it was late in the day, but since they told my insurance company my car was ready that day I wound up getting charged for an extra day because I didnt pick it up until the following day!When I went back the following day, my car began shaking violently when I got on the highway. I returned it immediately. They said the shaking would be remedied by balancing my tires so I waited about 20 mins for them to do that. My car has not driven correctly ever since, and now it is leaking transmission fluid.To add insult to injury, apparently they forgot to tell me I owed them a deductible and they called me yesterday while I was at work to tell me I had an unpaid balance. I checked my voice mail messaged when I got off of work but they were already closed so I could not clear up the matter. Today I get a poorly written letter dated with yesterdays date stating that they tried contacting me and have not received a response back. WHAT THE HECK?!! I just got the message the same day they wrote the demand payment letter!! They are making it seem as if they have made numerous attempts to call me and I am trying to duck out of paying my bill. That is NOT the case at all!Its bad enough their mechanical service sucks, but their customer service leaves much to be desired, and their manager Chuck Trepagnier should learn how to write a proper business letter or hire a proof reader. I will NEVER again take my car to this place and I would NOT recommend it to anybody.

I dont recommend taking your car to Clear Lake location. Someone T-bone my car and it was pretty messed up, they ended up putting in over $22,000 into my car to get fix, why wasnt totaled??? I dont know!!! When I went to sign paperwork I was told that my car would be ready in 20 days, well two months went by and nothing, so we decided to give them a call, a week later we went to pick up my car and I couldnt believe what I was looking at!!! The paint on one side of the car was different color, the passenger seat belt wasn’t working, parts from inside the car were missing, they had to repaint it again so they kept it for almost one more month, so when I went to pick up my car I notice that my Ipod was missing along with the charger! We talked to Jose about it and he told me that he had seen the Ipod inside my car but they been having issues with one of the employee stealing and that he was going to talk to his supervisor (Chuck) about it. A week later we called Jose to ask about it….. he told us that Chuck was going to replace my ipod……. But he never did!!!! It’s been over four months and they never did replaced my Ipod and never got the part that was missing from the bottom of the seat belt. I got tired of talking to Jose and hearing the same answer over and over!! (I will talk to Chuck about it) I am very disappointed with this place, never again I would take my car to Service King.

I seen a couple of other reviews in regards to this location but I decided to go ahead and give them a shot after my Insurance GEICO assured me there would be someone onsite to make sure the work is done correctly. WRONG!!!!!! I have only received one phone call in regards to the status of my vehicle from GEICO. The rest have come from Service King. As for my vechicle It was supposed to be ready on Monday 10/7/13 well we get there and they pull the vechile out front and we take a look at and there were several things that were obvious that they did not fix and were minor. Jose from Service King said we double check it goes throug quality control blah blah blah. Obviously they did not do that. So now Friday 10/11/13 My husband goes up there to pick up the vehicle. Well now its the bumper and it needs to be aligned and along with other minor issues. Choose a Body Shop that has Great reviews and gets it DONE RIGHT the FIRST TIME!!!
