Mila went above and beyond to assure us of what we were getting before made the 500 mile trip to look at it, they took lots of extra pictures of the car and were extremely nice and friendly! when we made the trip the car was just as advertised and looked great they detailed it and kept it inside over the weekend for us since it was calling for bad weather! treated us like old friends and were very accommodating, The Sapos are great to deal with and take a lot of pride in their work and are very honest down to earth people and business they treated us great !! and We would not hesitate to buy from them again!Glenn and Kim Davis

Over the years, Ive had a few cars and JK Auto Body was the best experience I had when it came to working on my cars. The repairs were always done properly and on time. The guys who work there know their job, and follow the ethics, which in my opinion is extremely important, and I grew to appreciate it. Family owned business that takes pride in quality cars and repeat business. They made my experience of buying a used car from being nervous and reluctant to relieved and trusting. The owner is very sweet and assuring. The back their cars and makes sure it is fully inspected before and after purchase to make sure it is in tip top shape before they hand over the keys. I would definitely do business again with JK Auto.

So I went here went a friend the other day. Had a talk with the boss about getting a car. They are working with me, and they are amazing people. I was approved so hopefully I get a car soon. They took there time and work very hard on my case. This is how all dealership should be, I will recommend my friends that is looking for a car to go here. Very knowledgeable people

Was not a fan of the staff or the vehicles they offered. Someone was showing us a car and they were talking on and on about the car and how it was fully loaded and as good as new. Well the person showing us the car wasnt able to start it because the starter was shot. Also in their attempt to get out of the car they broke off the door handle. And by that I mean full on took the handle off, 100% detached from the door. Then (still considering the car), we opened the door for the seats and the back. It looked like someone .... defecated on the seat and then they cut out the fabric.. They still wanted more than the car was worth.Perhaps they were having a bad day. But I am never going back here again.

As a first time car buyer I expected the process to be complicated and stressful yet it was the complete opposite. Staff helped me every step of the way. Especially the salesman Chris who made sure I understood everything and that the car was in perfect shape to leave the lot. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable used car buying experience.

These guys are great I bought my first car from them and it runs like a champ. I havent had any problems and they were very good to me during the sale. They took care of all of the paper work and got the car registered for me. They also painted the car and took out all of the dent that were on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car or looking for body work done!

JK Auto more like Just Kidding Auto. I drove 45 minutes there because they made me think that I won a $750 mail prize... I got there it turned out that I spent more money just to get there than I would have won. I won their little up to $50 grab box but instead of the grab box the guy came back after about 15 minutes and just handed me 2 $1 scratch tickets. Highly disappointed that I wasted a good portion of my day waiting around for them for them because they were too busy putting on a circus show

Take your car there to get fixed by a mechanic or body shop they are the best highly recommend them

I have to admit they were all very nice and friendly. However, knowing I have a one year old they Let us drive a dangerous car off the lot. After ordering parts infront us of they never made an appointment to fix it and every time we made the attempt they were too busy. A few weeks go buy and our car is still not inspected bc they havent fixed the issues. And the car died out of nowhere. Luckily it was just my husband in the car at the time. So my daughter was safe and didnt have to sit in cold weather waiting for a tow. It took about an hour for someone to respond to us. And unfortunately I had to threaten them and tell them I had no issues calling my lawyer if they didnt get back to us. Convienently someone called him within a few short minutes and told him theyd pick him up. Lets see now how they handle this situation. .. I will update the review once I have my car back. My husband works full time and attend police academy and I work full time as well, working over time mostly. We need a vehicle. We have a child we need a safe one. To be continued....Ive decided to edit my post to add to this awful experience weve had with this Company in hopes that nobody else has to go through what we have gone through. When the car died we spent a few days arguing back and forth over a rental that they were suppose to give us. We both lost a few days of work because they took their sweet time. Come to find out once my lawyer was called they said they had a car for us the whole time it just wasnt clean so they didnt want to let us use it. My husband and I lost out on money to support our family because we missed work over a dirty car?! Does that make any sense to anyone? So I walked down there and got that dirty car (it honestly wasnt dirty at all theyre just full of excuses). Once they finished replacing the engine that blew only 3wks after having the car, they returned the car to us still with the original issues untouched. Everything the car needed to pass inspection was still untouched, unresolved, and broken. We are going on 10months of back and forth with these people. And in my last phone call I was told this wasnt their problem. That it has been to much time passed and I have to worry about it passing inspection myself. I have called Atleast 3-4x a week, I have left messages, and not one person has returned my call. Not One! But the last time I wrote a review they were quick to call and ask me why I would do it. These people run a disgusting business. Theyre a bunch of scammers. After all the money Ill be forced to pay not only for the car but to also fix the problems myself I could of gotten a much better car somewhere else. One I actually liked. I agreed on this car bc I needed a safe car for my toddler and the baby we have on the way that will be here any day now. And also because they gave me their word about fixing it. Theyve called so many times for the parts. Right Infront of us.. And yet my car is still broken. My car still hasnt passed inspection. And JK Auto STILL DOESNT CARE OR DO THEIR PART TO FIX IT!I would NOT recommend this auto place to my worst enemy. Nobody should have to go through so much in order to have a decent car for their family. My husband and I have been pulled over so many times because of our sticker and once we tell the officer whats going on they all have the same response never trust that place one officer actually told me that in one day he had to tow 3 cars because of JK and their loop holes schemes. Long story short. .DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
